We are in Red Bay for a few days for service on our 2013 Allegro Bus. On our way south, our front roof AC stopped working.
I called MS rv solutions yesterday morning. They got me in today at noon.
I could not ask for quicker service. They found my fan capacitor was bad, I did not need a new roof AC unit as feared. They were extremely friendly, prompt, informative, helpful, courteous and the final repair cost was very fair. We were done and back at oir site in 2 hours.
I would highly recommend you use this company. You will not be disappointed.
One final note, I have never seen a repair shop as neat, clean and well maintained than this place. I was truly impressed.

Came to MSRV for service to my Allegro Bus 450PP. Installed a new main awning. Fixed my passenger side slide that needed 3 Teflon shims so the slide would slide in easier. Numerous odds and ends that needed addressed! Work performed flawlessly and all fixed up! Highly recommend

These folks worked very hard to completely replace our carpet in a 40' Allegro Bus. The workmanship was excellent! They even removed the front seats to carpet underneath and in the drivers well. They replaced all the carpet under the 3 sinks. (not sure why tiffin puts carpet under them) I do most of my own work, but after seeing them do this, I am so glad I didn't try this myself! Just pulling the bed apart would probably have taken me 2 days, they did it in 10 minutes. They really went the extra mile to do it right, which I have found to be uncommon these days. After seeing the carpet finished, I will recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet replaced!! Also, book them Very early. When I called in February, the first day I could get was the middle of August.

Daniel, Haley and crew know exactly what to do in most any situation. They are able to make repairs/renovations quickly and professionally. I already have an appointment for next spring. Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to do all the things on your repair to ensure a great result.

Mr Bob Tiffin referred me to Daniel and Carl at MS RV. I had a sagging ceiling panel on our 38’ Tiffin Allegro Bay. I talked to Haley, Daniel’s wife and sent her pictures of the ceiling issue. Daniel was able to work me in on February 3rd. I drove down from Raleigh NC and within about 4 hours the repair was completed perfectly. Daniel, Haley, Mr Carl and Terry could not have been any nicer or more professional. They treated me like their own family. It’s irrelevant to me that I drove 1400 miles round trip for this repair because it was done like the factory. Daniel is the best!! He and Carl replaced our carpet and installed hardwood in our Tiffin motorhome last year. He also troubleshooted a rear bedroom slide for us at that time. One year later, I was having an issue with the slide. Called Daniel on a Friday afternoon for any suggestions on how to fix my new problem. He called me back and talked me through a couple fixes. Got the slide working and we were on our way!!

Daniel, Carl and the crew went above the call! They do excellent work. Our new awning fabric looks wonderful...they looked at a few extra issues that we threw in and fixed what they could and gave us numbers for what they couldn't fix. But the biggest thing they did for us was track down a body part that we've been trying to get replaced for a year and a half...Daniel got the part, arranged to have it painted, picked it up and the crew installed it...it looks great!!
It's such a relief to have it done.

Carl and Daniel just replaced our washer and dryer, all carpet and some slide seals in our 2009 Phaeton. They are great to work with and did an excellent job. They work fast, have reasonable pricing and care about the quality of their work and their customers. We highly recommend them.

Daniel and Carl are AWESOME!! They fixed our slide on our RV and lubed the awnings! Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and they are just SUPER friendly!! I recommend them to ANYONE that needs work on their Coach! They installed a full size washer/dryer in our coach last year and when we’re ready, they are going to install new flooring and refrigerator and inverter system!!! Nothing but good things to say about this company. Both Daniel and Carl went out of their way to provide satisfactory work for us. We had all of our floor replaced and did a beautiful job! They also arranged for us to get some other minor work done on the outside of the motor home while it was in their shop and they were working on the inside. They are both very professional and provide quality work.
