Dave was incredibly professional, accommodating and affordable! I had a working issue in my camper and he went above and beyond to get me in before a long trip. He also went the extra mile to be sure it was rewired to be safer and more efficient. 10/10 service and affordability!

Needed some work completed on my horse trailer which has a living quarter component. Surprisingly many regular rv repair shops won't take and/or service them.

While we only got our awning repaired, I'm glad to have found these guys. Last year I had a terrible experience and a place had my trailer for almost 4 months (I got the run around, it wasn't due to a wait to get in). These guys not only made my repairs but got the trailer back to me in a very reasonable time frame. Communication was also top notch which I appreciate. I would highly recommend. They have certainly earned my business for here out.

David Williams is an expert RV repair person. He took care of multiple camper issues I had, and each time addressed all my concerns 100%, and at a very reasonable cost. He even takes my calls when I am traveling and gives me diagnostic suggestions and feedback. Highly recommend!!

We had to call David because we couldn't get the slides out on our Fifthwheel. He had serviced our toyhauler before and we had his contact information. This was on a Saturday afternoon. We texted him and he texted right back and walked us through how to reset the circuit breaker for the batteries. It had tripped and we had no idea. David is a lifesaver! It's the little things you don't know that can get you in trouble. He has always been very helpful! Five stars to RV Service LLC.

Dave and his crew are excellent! Squeezed me into his packed schedule to accomplish some urgent maintenance on my Motorhome. They are located in the beautiful Shenandoah valley.

David was a savior yesterday. I had an enormous heat and AC unit to get on the roof of a truck camper - over ten feet up. As I told many people, if I had done it myself, it would have been a circus act at best, replete with all the risks. The sloped roof design does not allow any room for maneuvering, and the unit is too large and heavy to get ahold of while climbing a ladder hands free. David is always very busy but nonetheless graciously invited me over to help me. Thanks to David having all of the right equipment and many years of know-how, the AC unit was on the roof in a matter of a few minutes. Had I tried this myself, it would have been both exhausting and very risky for the new AC and myself. It was such a relief to have the help of David and his employee to make a monumental task go from a headache to effortless. Quite literally and figuratively a heavy load off of my back. By the way, David and his staff were equally helpful when they previously installed a Blue Ox tow system on our car, for our class A RV, just a few years ago. David has a rare combination of smarts, horse sense and goodwill toward his customers. I highly recommend.

David helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He spent a good half a hour with me. Now my atwood water heater works like new. He is my first to go guy for any of my rv needs.

As a new owner of our motorhome, we were unsure of what we needed to do before heading out on a long distance trip. David took quite a bit of time with us going over every system with a fine toothed comb. He is meticulous and obviously loves what he does. We will go back to him and proudly refer him to any who ask.

David runs a tight ship and is very proficient at comprehensive rv service. I needed winterization and other items repaired, and had a specific appointment and date to do so. Was able to get in and out in an hour at a reasonable price. Clean shop and yard, and David was personable and professional. I would highly recommend this shop for your rv needs.

Moved my camper 400 miles from Northern Virginia to NC. Made sure all my tires were filled properly and safe for the road. Great service and very affordable. David and Dale are the best.

They are friendly and easy to work with, very professional. David will tell you right away if it's a part or service he can provide and give a pretty accurate time when he can start the job based on his current work. He had to find some parts for our RV and found replacement lights since the ones for our 9 yr old RV aren't available anymore. We highly recommend this company.

Called about RV refrigerator repair,rather then brush me off or make me wait 30 days for an appointment. I was able to give the technician enough details he was able to advise me of the problem and give me 3 options on how to fix the issue. Good customer, service they didn't have to answer any of my questions. They didn't make any money on me this time,but in the future when I need RV repair they will be the first call.
The RV company closer to me wouldn't give me any information and expected me to wait weeks for a diagnosis.

David was extremely helpful and patient in helping to troubleshoot the problem with our RV toilet. He even reached out to other service facilities looking for parts for us that we didn't have time to order.

We were so blessed while visiting family in the Shenandoah Valley to find David Williams of RV Service LLC when we needed our motorhome generator serviced. David and his son came out to my cousin's house and serviced the generator, fixed a variety of other issues we had, and even came back to change the oil in our engine, all at a very reasonable price. Fast forward several months and we are back in Stephens City when our oil service reminder lights up. So I called David and he said he could send his son over or I could bring it to his shop in Strasburg. I was out dumping our tanks, so zipped down to his impressive shop, clean and quick and busy. I highly recommend David Williams for any RV work you need.

Had them RV winterization. Started early and finished quickly but thoroughly. Very personable. Will definitely use them for our RV service from now on.

Highly Recommend Dave. He saved me alot of time and headaches. I had several different issues with my camper. He fixed all of them and a few others I was unaware of. He could have easily charged me more for his services but he appears to be a straight up individual. That is hard to come by today with places like Camping world etc... Again great guy, very knowledgeable and time efficient. Take your camper here.for any repairs or service needed.

Today I had my 21' awning replaced by David and his assistants. My appointment was at 4pm and that is precisely when they began. They are both friendly and very professional in their work and the way they treat their customers. On top of that, the rates they charge are very reasonable. I was not sure what to expect with Dave but he went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. I was impressed that he was knowledgeable and also very professional. He installed solar panels and lights on my RV in a timely manner and provided fair pricing for his services. Additionally I really appreciated that Dave took the time to customize the installations on my RV with the look that I wanted and was very communicative and personable. I highly recommend him for RV servicing and will definitely be going back if I need help in the future!

Used Dave twice now, once for a complete AC replacement, and the other for the water tank. This team is very friendly, efficient, and reasonable in cost. They also did some minor repairs while the two big jobs were getting done, and they were happy to do them. Great people - highly recommend!

I chased an electrical problem in my 2015 travel trailer for hours. After finally giving up I called David he immediately started asking me questions of trying to help my situation to no avail. I brought the trailer in to drop off he met me at the door said let's go have a look within 15 minutes he found the problem it was a manufacturer's default wiring short between the floor system and the frame. 10 minutes later I was back in action. We don't yet have a tow vehicle for our camper. As my husband says, we got the carriage before the horses. We called Dave for a site visit and he was very accommodating and came out as scheduled. He took the time to explain things to me as a brand new first time RV owner. He went over everything and explained what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him for any of your RV repair needs!

Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, he notice things that he felt needed attention, and he fixed them without pausing. Dave drove over an hour into West Virginia to assist me, I would recommend Dave to my family and friends!

We were camping in Virginia and ended up with a water leak inside our motorhome. Went to Camping World and they were no help. Went to RV Service and within minutes Dave had the part for us and we were back in business. Very wonderful man and business to work with.

My camper was in dire need of water heater repair, and after numerous failed attempts to reach a company that advertised RV repair on the radio, I went straight to Google to find anyone who could fix my problem. I cannot begin to explain how fortunate I was to find RV Service!

Was well worth the 240 round trip drive to have Dave and Dale work on my coach. Polite, professional, relaxed environment, found the problems right away and resolved. Very cost effective. Appointment in three days vs 6 weeks away at local dealer.

Dave reviewed the roof and roof equipment of our trailer after a large tree branch fell and damaged the rubber membrane He gave us several options and then made the repairs required in about a hour. His charge was very reasonable compared to even what my home rv shop would charged and his concern for getting us back on the road was very much appreciated by both of us.

Have used this company for 6 years. Dave is highly professional. Always explains the problem + gives list of repair options. We have recommended his services to numerous people over the years. Would not consider using anyone else. His work is exceptional.

Called David with a refrigerator problem, left a message and had a call back within a half hour on a busy Monday morning. He was available to come to our RV the next day, but offered to troubleshoot the problem over the phone first. After about a half hour on the phone, problem was not only identified but solved. David was very polite and asked for no compensation for his services. We sent a big thank you and a tip for a wonderful experience. Would recommend this service company to anyone.

David is probably the best in the RV business. He will from here on out get any of my work that I need done on my camper. I was having an issue with my furnace and had been working with Camping World, buying their parts and listening to their advice ( big mistake btw ). David listen to my issue and was able to help me figure out the cause. Then sold me the part I needed with a 3 yr warranty and also said if it didn't fix the issue he would gladly take the part back and refund the money. Really professional and clean work area. Even the parts were a better quality. Overall just a great experience.

We randomly stopped by Dave's business after a kind couple followed us off the highway to tell us our trailer lights weren't working properly. He was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our problem in no time so we could continue our road trip. It was a fortuitous visit for us - not only did he help us with the problem at hand, but we felt like we stumbled upon an expert who will get our future business.

Just when you think it's been awhile since you've met a good guy in business, you run into someone like Dave at RV Service LLC. During my first call with him he gave me a few instructions to see if he could help me resolve my own problem! How often does that happen? I did have an electrical issue that I couldn't resolve on my own and he completed the work within 24 hours. If you need RV service, do not hesitate to bring your RV here. I have used RV Service for a number of repairs and other service (e.g., winterizing) over the last six months. RV Service comes to me, which is important, as I have had a very large 5th wheel, and it's not practical to just tow it to someone for repairs. They took care of getting all the right parts, and installed them correctly. They are very good at making sure the work is done correctly, and very knowledgeable. I have asked a lot of questions when they are out to do the work, not just about the repair but also about how different aspects of my RV work. I always found them to be very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for service on any RV.
