Wow. I cannot say enough good about these people. I was in Floyd for a few days when the jeep started flashing all sorts of scary lights and messages. At night, of course. I called the next morning and the Service Director, Sean, got me right in. Dale, the service advisor, explained what he thought the issue was and later confirmed he was right. He explained the problem clearly and even showed me the part that needed to be replaced. They were able to fix the problem and get me on my way in less than an hour. The most incredible customer service I’ve ever experienced. And kindness - I was a bit stressed coming in and Mary Ellen the cashier was very gracious and kind. And in contrast to other experiences I’ve had, check out took less than two minutes. I cannot say enough about the amazing service this dealership and its staff provided. I am so glad the Jeep lost its mind in Floyd so these good people could take care of her!

I came in to have a recall performed. I live about 45 minutes away, but needed to come out here because our local dealer was knocked offline by the CDK cyber attack. Although the recall took way longer than I was lead to believe by the recall notice, the staff here was very up front about it, was very friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable while waiting. I'll definitely have this place in mind for future service.

Great experience. The process was smooth and easy which says a lot considering I’m in a completely different state. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience and I would most definitely recommend buying from them. In fact, there was a bit of a misunderstanding on the part of my vehicle which was no one’s fault and they sent a driver to my house, picked up the vehicle, drove it back, made it right and brought it back to my house which is a 200+ mile round trip. Absolutely no questions asked. They very easily could have walked away but they did the right thing just for the sake of doing the right thing which is the epitome of how an honest team operates. Shopping for vehicles has become a real chore b/c at so many dealerships, the advertised price isn't even close to the out the door price as they throw in document fees etc.
That said, this one is particularly deceptive b/c I learned once I managed to get a straight answer that their document fee was the highest I've ever been quoted at $999 and I;ve shopped for vehicles not just in VA, but in NC, PA, and even Iowa.
Bought our family's last two cars (a Mazda & a Ram truck) at dealerships that added ZERO document or other addons but believe me such honorable companies are hard to find.
If dealerships want to add fees, they need to disclose this in their ads; otherwise in my book, it's dishonest advertising and "everybody does it" doesn't change that.

A++ Experience and very easy to deal with. Randall was great to work with and we were able to come to a fair agreement on my trade and the new vehicle quickly. I will definitely give them another opportunity the next time I need to replace a vehicle.

Jeep I went for was sold and still ended up leaving with a Jeep. Hugh was a great help and I had a great experience buying here.

I’m not even sure where to start! Adam was my salesmen. He got me into a brand new Jeep gladiator hassle free. He made sure to keep what I wanted in mind and didn’t steer me to a different vechile. He is very courteous and mindful of what I was looking for. He added my trade and told me what he thought was best to do and his advice took great care of me. He was very mindful of my limited time after work so he had everything ready to go when I got there. Misha offered me absolute top dollar for my trade in which made all the difference in my situation, handled all the finance side and had me and my wife on our way in no time. They will forever have my business. I cannot recommend them enough! Don’t waste your time elsewhere!

Bought the car in December. Just now getting a tag. Idk how they could possibly mess the paperwork up that many times. Everything else was fine. Pretty mid experience overall and would do it again if they had a car I couldn’t find anywhere else I guess.

My daughter purchased a SUV about 3 or 4 months ago. The cost was a little over 30,000 bye the time they were done the cost was a little over 50,000. She traded in a 2014 Malibu. Probably about 6,000 and paid 4000 down. Unfortunately she hit a deer and the insurance total it. After all said and done she got the loan paid off and about 1500 dollars back. It's sad that we have people in this world living off people staying to start a life. Very Poor! People to deal with.

Found their truck online and called. Excellent, straightforward communication throughout. They sent me some requested photos, took my deposit over the phone, and the vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived. Truck is working out great so far, very pleased. Misha and her staff were great and made the purchase process fast and easy. Despite being a few hours away, I would definitely come back if they had the vehicle I was looking for in the future. Highly recommended!

Highly disappointed, I have been in talks with them about a car for over a month expressed lots of interest and was told I would be kept updated. Got a call today after calling ever week to keep in touch about a purple wrangler. Only to be told they let another person put a deposit on the car I told them I would buy for over a month. I would look elsewhere for a reliable car dealership. I have been patiently waiting and even sold my car in order to prepare for a wrangler I have been searching for over a year .

Made an appointment with Michelle for a state inspection. Appointment was for 8:30 and I arrived at 8:00. 8:40am my truck was finished. Great service and I will be back. Thanks

I purchased a car in the beginning of the year. The staff were wonderful and even stayed after closing to finalize all paperwork. Staff even worked with me after purchase for dmv issues as I live in another state. I’ve had bad luck and issues with a lot of cars/dealerships, but as of now no issues with them or anything.

I have been taking my car there for 5 years. Every time I go I actually enjoy it. The staff has been polite, friendly, and competent. I have always waited there for my car, it is very comfortable and I catch up on my reading! I trust this business with my car, and feel very lucky to have this service so close to home.

Awesome experience! I am not local and I was in town visiting family and had car trouble. They explained everything and gave me all my options. They were able to order the part and fix it within 24 hours. Great service and people.

They are friendly and get your service done quickly. They have always been honest and affordable and get any repairs done right the first time. This is the only place I take my Jeep for inspections, service, or repairs. I highly recommend them.

They were guick in doing the repair and very professional. Had an issue with warning light after repair, dropped by dealership and they took care of issue.

I have an old PT Cruiser that wouldn't pass inspection due to seat belt & airbag sensor (motherboard problem). They were able to find one, even though it's no longer manufactured. I might not have all the details correct, but the bottom line is they were relentless and fixed it, even though it took a while to find one. And the cost? I was like, "is that all?" Will use these guys again for sure. Kudos to Dale and the folks there.

My son came to Floyd to visit me, Unfortunately, his Jeep broke down on the Parkway and towed to the Jeep dealership since it was under warranty What a nightmare.... The car broke down in July. First the Jeep was misdiagnosed, then was told unable to get the part, then was told difficulty with deliveries to Floyd and the list goes on for excuses. My son went to talk to the GM about the delay with fixing the car. The GM told him he was taking food out of his children mouth secondary to the Jeep was taking up room waiting for the parts. It took 6 months for the Jeep to be fixed. I would not take any vehicle to this Jeep dealership. It is very poorly run. What a disgrace for the town of Floyd.

Was very satisfied with service except one thing; the technician did not put down any paper in the floorboard and left muddy footprints on my carpet!

My Jeep Grand Cherokee started running rough, was told it could be a very costly repair, took it to Floyd Jeep Ram for service, quick inspection showed a bad solenoid for the valve timing, they ordered the part, got me fixed reasonably inexpensively, thanks Michelle, and Doug, good folks to deal with.

Floyd Chrysler imports cars from Canada. They don't disclose this information when you buy from them the vehicles also have a mileage discrepancy from kilometers to Miles. I bought a f150 from them then when I went to trade it in or sale it no one would buy it went to 3 different dealerships they all said the same thing. They all proceeded to tell me they have had numerous problems with people coming to them with the same issue. The sales manager was mad about me calling them out on this issue took them 2 months to pay the vehicle off when I made them purchase it back. So I highly recommend not buying a vehicle from them. They are a very shady corrupt dealership.

Great buying experience. I was a little nervous as i drove 3 hours to buy and trade in my vehicle. Nice, fair price on used car and good offer on my truck. Steven and Dan are gentlemen and were great to deal with. If they have what you are looking for I wouldn't hesitate to work with them. Also, Floyd Is
a neat little town.

Have had nothing but problems with this dealership bought a 18 Toyota camry from them with a lifetime warranty! Well when I brought it up to the dealership for a oil change and to have knock in the front suspension looked at they told me it was fine, and a week later the bushing are completely gone. Don't bother calling them either took over a month of calling twice a day to even get someone on the phone to schedule a service. This dealership is nothing but a headache.(edit) it's now been a yr and have had to basically rebuild the front end of this car because of this dealerships neglect and refusal to fix other parts that were damaged when they decided to cut corners and never take the tire off when they were asked to check the suspension before the sway bar link snapped and then had to drive across the country with damaged parts because they wont answer the phone. Now they refuse to even look at the car. THIS DEASHIP IS A WASTE OF TIME.
