Russell Quality Roofing employees were professional and very knowledgeable. The roofing crew did a good job protecting the landscape around our home as they removed the old roof and cleaning up once the new roof was in place. Our roof looks great!

If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Russel Quality Roofing. From beginning to end you would be hard pressed to find a better more professional company to work with. Rick Fuentes, and Emilee McCullough were easy to work with and Danny and his crew did an incredible job. I have included some before and after pictures.

The crew was great. We now have the best looking roof we've ever had. When the work was completed, Russell Quality Roofing's clean up was meticulous. Overall, they did an excellent job.

We had a very old complex mansard/flat roof on our 1890s Victorian, which required special expertise to replace. It only took two weeks from start to finish. Fantastic crew! Russell’s replaced our roof in Lewiston. They were efficient and very tidy! The people doing the work at our house were polite and pleasant to work with. From the time we reached out for a bid, until the time the job was completed we knew we were dealing with professionals that take pride in their work. They had the old roof off, new roof installed, and the entire mess cleaned up in less than 48 hours.

Russell Roofing replaced our roof in Moscow, ID in a jiffy - 11 hours in all including tear off and replacement of some plywood. Overall, their service was great and so was their communication. The porta potty was left here for a while longer than anticipated, before and after the job was done, but that still wasn't too bad. The real test will be whether this roof will hold up in 10, 15, 20, 25, 30+, or 50 years as they claim, but it appears so far to be a good roofing job. They had a large crew of 6-10 people here, and did a pretty good job with clean up, too.

Very professional services; regular updates and communication from the first contact to completion. Work was completed quickly and the roof looks great. Outstanding clean up!

10/10 would recommend. From the beginning everyone was very easy to talk to and always willing to answer questions. When it came to the roofing process they kept it as clean and tidy as you can when taking apart a roof. The workers I encountered were all very nice and professional. I chose Russell Roofing due to local recommendations. Reuben was prompt to return phone calls, and his office staff kept me apprised of the installation schedule and any delays.

We are pleased to announce that our expierence with this professional team left no questions unanswered and provided excellent communication from the Rueben the owner who came to our home from 75 milles away for a pre-inspection with a full explaination of the process. Once peformed Cassandra in the office kept us up to date on scheduling and cost. As the job was peformed by the crew they took time to answer any questions that we had requarding the installation process. As a former DOD employee I have a military attitude towards quality. I noticed the staff was very picky about proper installation without taking any shortcuts! Don't settle for a part time handyman who may use some duct tape and super glue when your back is turned. Just remember you get what you pay for. America was built by proud companies like these guys!

Garbage left everywhere! And I mean garbage everywhere, old shingles, concrete from chimney demo, big pink plastic bag that holds shingles, nails, green plastic nail caps, and the best of all…. A razor blade in my yard.
I love paying “professionals” to do a job then have to go through and spend hours picking up their garbage.

Tar wiped on white gutters. Drip edge not nailed down properly and flops. Paid to have damaged roof boards replaced, replaced ten boards. Should have replaced eleven, there is a soft spot in my new roof?
Why they fixed all the roof except one spot is quite baffling.
Thursday at lunch the crew started packing up. I asked what was going on, there was only a few feet left at the top that needed to be finished. Crew said they were at 40 hrs and left.
Came back Monday morning to finish installing the few feet of shingles remaining during a heavy rain storm.

Owner and his CFO came out to location and said it doesn’t matter if garbage was left everywhere and there is a soft spot in my new roof. I have to pay.

Never once did they offer to pick up all their trash which I have pictures of.
Owner said there are “soft spots” all over my roof. Umm, that’s what I literally paid them to fix. If there are remaining soft spots then they did not do the job I paid for.

Unprofessional behavior. Not good communication to call a home owner a liar and demand they pay remaining bill before they get another opinion on the finished product.

We chose Russell Roofing because of their professionalism and local recommendations. The initial meeting with Reuben to go over options was a real eye opener - we learned a lot of great information. Even with a minor materials delay the roof was installed ahead of schedule and the results were beyond our expectations . . . absolutely stunning. The crew was friendly and worked hard. I was very impressed with and appreciative of the cleanliness of the job site after the job was done. I highly recommend Russell Roofing if you need roof inspection or repair.

We thought we needed a new roof so asked for estimates from many companies. Went with Russell Specially Services for a couple of reasons. They explained the process, had the best warranty, included a warranty transfer to a new home owner should we choose to sell, pretty much in the price range of the others and promised professional work and clean up on a daily basis and concluded with a final walk through to inspect the work the crew did. Actually he has two crews and the crew lead that didn't do the work inspects it so it's an unbiased inspection. Further Reuben is a certified roofing inspector as well as an insurance inspector for Corning.

For payment you can do that via credit card, certified check or on-line. He contracts a portable potty so the crew has a place to go and doesn't need use of your personal facilities and they work 4/10's. 7 AM-5PM. Two breaks; one in the AM and one in the PM and lunch. What I also liked is they cleaned up every day before they left so you aren't responsible for stuff blowing around if the wind comes up or storing of their equipment overnight. No loud radio's playing or profanity witnessed. Great crew members always doing what is expected.

He does like to provide a bid in his office that makes you wonder what that's all about instead of just a signed piece of paper. Well we thought that was kind of silly and time wasting until we did it. We leaned more in that hour then we ever thought we would. Explains a lot about his process and processes everyone should know before contracting a company. His actual cost was lower than the bid and completed 2 days sooner than promised. He scheduled for 5 days and job was completed 3.5 days. We required some extra work to add vents from our bathrooms through the roof vice in the attic. They accomplished that very inexpensively.

Lastly when we picked out what we thought we wanted for a roof color they provided all the homes in the area with that color of roof to go see and make sure we liked it. Actually due to this option we actually changed our choice after seeing the roofs in person and not just samples in the office.

We are very satisfied with the professionalism of Reuben and staff as well as crew members. We will only go to him for roof work if needed in the future. With the expert installation and excellent warranty we doubt we'll require their services on this house for many years to come.

It all started with a different roofing business randomly knocking on my door and saying they’re offering a free roof inspection. Took them up on it and they said I needed a new roof. After doing some research I came to find the business was untrustworthy in several ways. So I did some more research and came to find Rueben and his team. He came out the day after I called him, and personally did an inspection and agreed that I needed a new roof- and then, the rest is stress free history. Cassandra did a beyond fantastic job keeping us informed and updated on every aspect of the process. Since then I have heard from numerous people that Reuben (Russell construction) was the best decision for many individuals roofing needs. The price blew me away being it was A LOT lower than what the previous business offered me with lower quality products and less work. (Ridge vents being installed etc) They will walk you through every step of the way. Can’t recommend this company and their team enough.

Russell Specialty Services installed a high quality roof system on our manufactured home in Moscow, ID. The company kept us informed of each step in process from initial inspection, picking out the material to be installed, getting a professional crew to remove the old roof and installing the new roof system, and then doing the clean-up of our property after the completion of the installation. Their office kept us informed of any changes that had to be made during the process of completing the project. We are really happy and satisfied with the service that Russell Specialty Services provided.

Russell Roofing did an amazing job for a lifetime roof. They are so professional and made sure that the crew was installing correctly throughout the process. Reuben and his entire team are the very best! The crew were extremely courteous of my home while tearing off and replacing a very large roof. Nightly clean up, never a nail or any debris left, which I really appreciated! They were all hard working & friendly...a really great group of guys! When structural damage was discovered, Reuben explained what the issues were and the additional work and cost to provide a sound roof. Since I was unable to get on the roof, Reuben showed me several pictures documenting for me the issues. More pictures were provided when the issues had been fixed. In the past, I have seen first hand (too many times!) what fly-by-night roofing companies and/or cheap-o roofers (who are out of business in a couple years!) say they will do (at a ridiculous cost!) Wasted money and inconvenience/frustration! Hiring the Russell craftsmanship professionals to provide Owens Corning high performance & engineered underlayment system, weather & moss resistant techonologically advanced roofing shingles all with a 50 year product warranty, is the only way to go! I can 100% attest to this! A few years ago during a major wind storm I was laying on the roof holding down the ridge cap, I got on my phone and called Reuben to come help figure out what I needed to do and he was there in less than 15 minutes. We then figured out what needed to be done and that shingles needed to be added and or replaced, a short time after that he sent one of his guys over to fix my roof, I now have another issue on the other side of my roof and the first person I called was Reuben, why? Because I know it will be done the right way, no shortcuts, no smoke and mirrors.

I may not make a ton of money, but Ruben gave a good presentation anyway and his original quote seemed reasonable. However his satellite image showed more work than needed to be done, so he told me that he'd modfy the quote and get it to me soon. I called him back 4 or 5 times over the couse of the next month to check on the quote and his secretary said he would return my call, but he never did. Very unreliable. I know that our house was on the lower end of the profit margin for him so I figure he chose not to take us as clients for that reason. But I wish he could have been honest about it and just told us that he would not provide service rather than string us along with the possibility. A very unprofessional way to treat people.
