Rushin Roofing

Scott replaced my mothers roof a little over 2 years ago. She noticed a leak just a few weeks ago coming from one end of the house. If you have ever had a leak before you know it isn't something immediately noticeable until it is ultimately to late. Her husband gets on the roof to check out what could be the cause and come to find out Scott did not fill in the anchor spots for the old satellite dish he removed! They caulked around the anchors and called it a day, when he specifically said, in the contract, that the anchors will be removed. My mother is a hard working individual, and so is her husband, recommended by a family member to trust Scott on his expertise, and inevitable got screwed over. Scott won't answer her phone calls, won't come out to assess the situation, and is basically throwing her off his back because of a two year working warranty she was not aware of signing. I understand it was her job to read the contract, but he left this part out on purpose, claiming the roof to have a 15 year warranty, but come to find out you can't call him to follow up on this said warranty. This is bad business, dishonesty and all around a real immature way of going about things. If Scott really cared about his business, or his customers, he would have saw that his workers were lazy and incompetent with the job they did representing him and his name, and would have fixed it. Lets not even mention the amount of trash, and nails they left for my mom to pick up herself! Mind you, she has multiple dogs, a goat, and a horse! And yes, where they were working is where she turns the horse out to graze to give the pasture grass a break. With all this being said, if you even made it this far in this review, I am highly upset and disappointed in this company for taking advantage of my mother, and seriously recommend finding someone else.

Bobby is a friend of mine so I wanted to use him to get my new roof! Scott and Bobby took great care to make sure everything was going to be set up perfect for me. They got my house on the schedule within a week and at 6:45 in the morning an amazing install team showed up with Bobby to get started. They took great care with the job they did. Didn’t rush anything and treated us like family! The best crew I have ever seen work on a house. Bobby walked me through every step and before I knew it my new roof was done. It looks like we bought a new house. Bobby , Scott and Install crew thank you so much for your love you showed to my house and my family it means the world to us!

Did a phenomenal job, super friendly and helpful. Was very quick to get out and get the job done. Would definitely use Rushin Roofing again!
