Four weeks and numerous calls later, I was able to get a hold of them. Same thing as before. They said they'd send someone out and never did. I left messages and was more than patient.
Called two days in a row; first day they said they would come take a look & they didn’t...2nd day they said they would come take a look and they didn’t by 5pm so we called and the office person was not sympathetic or apologetic- just plain rude when she said that they were busy. Guess 5 stars is getting to their heads
