Buyer beware. Our roof was weather damaged and leaking so we hired this company. Crew was in a hurry and forgot to roof our front porch and did not take care of the issue with our gutter we had discussed. Glad it was near the holidays because digging out our decorations we stumbled upon the fact that the crew shingled over the vent holes in our attic and had never reconnected our bathroom fan to be vented out through the attic, as well (also shingled over). Finally got that worked out but with the first good rain the roof leaking WORSE now than it was before.
Shall I go on? We called and left a message. Nothing. Crickets. We are now up to over $1600 to fix it ourselves, both outside re-do and inside drywall. Please see attached photos - it gets even better! Don't go with this company!

As first time homeowners, Ruffin Roofing made the whole process of getting a new roof as easy as possible on us. After having 3 other roofing companies tell us we didn't have enough hail and wind damage to file a claim (even with water leaking into the house) we called Ruffin at the recommendation of a neighbor. They took their time to do a thorough inspection of our roof and took detailed photos. We filed a claim and we got a new roof that was fully covered by insurance. Ruffin spent 1.5 hours doing our roof inspection while the other companies took about 15-20 min. Not only were they super helpful throughout the whole insurance process, they communicated regularly and kept us in the know on every aspect of our project. Chris was our rep and he was incredibly professional and on top of everything. The quality of the work is exceptional and we love the way everything turned out. As a bonus they even cleaned out our gutters for us after the install (thanks!). Ruffin is no doubt a customer first company. I can't recommend them enough. We are Ruffin customers for life!

He came out in the pouring rain and tarped the roof so it wouldn't leak anymore into the house until we could get the roofing picked out and set up. After all said and done the roof was done beautifully. I was very thankful for all the help, understanding of the financial situation, and personal situations. He never got agitated (though he should have) he always responded to text and calls. I never felt blown off even with the stupid questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. Brady recently provided me a free roof inspection with no high-pressure sales. He chalk-circled concerns and documented the roof thoroughly in a photo report the same day. I didn't have to 'just take his word for it.' I liked his assurance that he would deal with the insurance company for me, if I wanted. Timely texts and flexible scheduling. I particularly admire Brady's professionalism and all the time he took with the insurance adjuster when he disagreed with the assessment.

I needed a roof inspection for my insurance company the guys at Ruffin were able to come out within 2 days. Chris and Lamar were both so nice, professional, and easy to work with. They were able to provide plenty of photos and the information requested by the insurance company, and got me the report within a couple hours of the inspection. We had a massive hail storm roll through May of 2022 and before the storm had even finished it was apparent we needed to have a new roof installed and all new siding. I had heard good things about ruffin roofing and gave them a call instantly. The same day they were on the roof assessing the damage, boarded up our broken windows, and placed emergency tarp as needed. We have a large house over 6000 sq. ft. with a steep roof and plenty of tricky angles. I was nervous going into the process I knew I needed a top notch company. Ruffin Roof was everything I asked for. During the entire insurance process they were right along side of us. The owner personally came out to do the walk through with the insurance assessor. A few items not covered ruffin roof graciously supplemented. During the multiple days of work the onsite crew was very respectful and worked their tails off! The crew lead was very open and gave me updates throughout the day as i work from home. Not only does are house look great but it was completed fast! Many of our neighbors are still waiting for their roofs and sidings to be completed. We proudly have a ruffin roofing sign in the yard showing of the new colors. thanks guys!!!
