We worked with Aren and RTB after a bad hail storm that caused damage to nearly all the windows in our house. RTB was able to effectively work with my GC to ensure the insurance estimate was in line with the actual scope of the damage. His work with insurance ensured we got our windows replaced instead of the old factory windows repaired (as originally quoted by insurance).

With insurance approved RTB’s install team did an excellent job professionally installing all new energy efficient windows. RTB also repaired / replaced siding around the windows and ensured matching paint after the windows were installed.

We are thrilled with the new windows. Can feel the difference in heat / draft near the windows and they look great. Would highly recommend Aren and RTB to anyone looking for a professional and honest window company. We have our window company from here forward in RTB!

We originally got referred to Aren through our contractor - he came out a couple days later to talk through our repairs. He was honest, informative and helped advocate for additional repairs that our insurance company missed - responding promptly to our provider on any additional information to get the claim processed. I never had to follow up which was a huge help!

On the day of installation a team of two came out - they called to give us a heads up on their arrival, they were beyond polite and accommodating! They got our old windows out and in new ones in a couple hours!

Reflecting on this proactive approach to customer feedback and the earnest effort to make amends, I have decided to update my rating. Prior review: We engaged RTB Exteriors for the replacement of four windows in our residence. The project encountered numerous obstacles and, unexpectedly, spanned over a year to reach completion, despite the straightforward nature of the installation.

Initially, there were complications with the order process, resulting in the windows being incorrectly ordered on two occasions. Additionally, during the installation process, we observed damage to the trim and siding of our house, an issue that was not communicated to us by RTB at the time it occurred.

We were also invoiced for painting around the newly installed windows, a service that was unfortunately not carried out. Despite this, on three occasions, requests were made for us to settle the payment as if the project had been fully completed, which included the unperformed paintwork. This led us to secure a separate contractor to finalize the repairs and painting, which RTB was unable to complete as initially agreed upon.

In conclusion, while the installation of the windows themselves is satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by a noticeable lack of commitment to quality, issues with transparency regarding the project's progress and scope of work, and inconsistencies in order management and execution. These factors have led us to find RTB Exteriors challenging to work with and have raised concerns regarding their reliability as a contractor.

RTB exteriors removed old windows and installed beautiful new energy efficient windows for us. They also replaced a door and upgraded it for us.

Great customer service both on the phone and in person. The installers were very nice.

I would use them for future jobs and I will recommend them to friends.

Great experience dealing with RTB on our replacement windows. They communicated well and finished faster than promised. Good all-around experience.

We have nothing but good things to say about RTB exteriors. After the major hail storm in May-23, Aren and Ryan came to assess and document the damages and prepared the estimate for our insurance claim, which was approved as submitted. Once we received our insurance money we put 50% down to get the window order placed (11 windows). The installation crew did a great job and made sure our carpets were clean and all debris removed by the end of each day. We’re very happy with our new Anlin windows - much better quality and insulation than our old windows. Great follow up and communication by Aren during the whole process from start to finish, which is key to customer satisfaction. We will certainly use RTB Exteriors again for any future window repairs or replacements.

RTB's services were requested by a third party for me, and I am so very pleased with the outcome! Aren and his team installed French doors on the back of my house, and from the beginning of the project, they were courteous, professional, and efficient. Aren visited two different times to look at the old doors and estimate the new ones. It turns out that the old saying is true: measure twice, cut once! In short, I love my doors and am honored to write this review for RTB Exteriors.

We are very happy with our new Pro Via door. It’s well made and there were lots of options to choose from. We chose a fun blue color that gives our exterior a nice pop.

Aren and his team were amazing! They did such a thorough job working with us through the design process and came up with a plan to stay within our budget. They even moved the project up to meet our tight deadline. Their installation team was also top-notch! They were extremely respectful of us and our property and did an absolutely amazing job with the install. We could not recommend RTB Exteriors enough!

The back side of my house faces west over an open space, and needless to say when the sun comes around, it cooks. The RTB team replaced the original windows with Anlin Catalina windows, and the improvement is astounding. There is significantly less heat coming in to the house and outside noise is noticeably reduced. Jeremy and Anthony did an outstanding job with the installation. They were professional and efficient, and they were very responsive when I had a question. I plan on using RTB in the future.

Aren and his team replaced all the windows and our sliding door to our patio. It was a bigger than normal job given that we cut out a bedroom window in each of our 3 bedrooms to make them fire accessible and up to current code. He and his team were in and out and worked through all of the shortage issues of COVID to provide us with a much more insulated home. We are beyond happy not only with our windows, but our trim out (which he insisted on) that we honestly couldn't have been more happy with and would have kicked ourselves if we hadn't had him and his team perform for us.

Since day 1 RTB has been great. I needed siding replaced on a portion of my house, Aren went above and beyond to make sure we could get the best possible color match as it was an older color that was no longer available. Ended up being a very good match. The install team were great! Very friendly and helpful. Had RTB replace a window at the same time. That came out perfect! Again,the installers did awesome! Office staff has always kept me updated and were very friendly and responsive.

I reached out to RTB Exteriors in spring of 2021 to inquire about purchasing a series of windows. A man by the name of Ryan Russell answered the phone and i was Immediately impressed about the knowledge he has about windows. I was unsure about what windows to use for our remodel. After 10 mins on the phone he said that he would be able to meet with me that afternoon and bring me samples so I can visually see the difference between brands. This interaction made the whole process better than any other company I have reached out too. Needless to say i bought a series of windows for all the bedrooms down stairs that afternoon. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality. Shipping was fast and easy. When the time come to upgrade the rest of the house I will be using this company again!

RTB Exteriors did a beautiful job on the siding for our house. Aren and Ryan were so patient with us as they showed us the many different colors and patterns to choose from. The crew, Carl and his son Hunter did a fantastic job on the installation of our siding and so easy going and great to work with. They were very professional and cleaned up each day after they were done. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the siding colors matched. We are so happy we chose RTB Exteriors and would recommend them to anyone who needs siding done on their house.

My husband and I are beyond happy with the results we have received from RTB Exteriors. Aren and his team went above and beyond to make sure our window installation went without any troubles. When it came to installing our new windows, the team was respectful of our home and my working arrangements (since COVID has turned our spare room into my full-time office). Aren and the Raising the Bar Exteriors team blew my mind away with the quality job they did to the windows of my wife and I's home. We had windows in from when the house was first built in the 80's and we were losing heat constantly. When Aren and his team installed our windows, we instantly could feel a difference with the heat staying in the home. As well, they did the trim around the window and it looks just absolutely FANTASTIC!! They did such a great job that we have already ordered a new door through them to be installed! We cannot wait until the door is installed to have a fantastic new look and finish to our home! I would recommend Aren and Raising the Bar team to anyone! Aren and crew were so wonderful to work with. They made sure every inch of the house was exactly how we wanted it.
