Monarch did a stucco skim coat and painted out soffets, fascia and gutters/downspouts. Work was excellent with the stucco and paint crews being attentive to detail and quality. Chris and Brandon were on top of the project and provided great communication.

Our house was badly damaged in a hailstorm; we lost our roof, most siding, & several windows. Working with Monarch Construction & Roofing was the best decision we could have made. Our project manager Cameron, and the entire company, had knowledge, skill, and professional integrity that made our repair journey smooth and intelligible.

Each work team was also skilled and professional; all the work done was high quality, and they kept the work sites clean and safe. I was particularly impressed with Cameron's awareness of and concern for workers' safety.

Monarch Construction and Roofing is absolutely fantastic to work with! From quote to execution, the entire team at Monarch was thorough and made the process easy. Chris, Brandon, and Adrian did a wonderful job performing the demolition and subsequent repair to the stucco on our home following a painful leaking roof. Their extreme attention to detail was greatly appreciated as the repair was on the front side of the house – a key element and critical focal point that had to be executed perfectly to ensure curb appeal (and HOA guidelines). The team did an excellent job removing all the water damaged wood and stucco, and re-framed and installed new stucco. They were able to expertly match the existing walls with no visible signs of any patchwork. Brandon especially went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service, making himself always available and very responsive. He demonstrated great patience and flexibility after we had a few change orders requiring us to reapply stucco following the installation of new roof flashing. Lastly, these guys don’t mess around – they show up when they say they will be there and don’t keep the customer waiting. Beau is the real deal. I’ve sent him to all kinds of clients—first-time buyers, picky sellers, even the ones who Google everything and he handles them all like a pro. I worked with Kenny Benton through the whole process of getting hail damage to my house repaired. He not only did a great job with the roof but also found damage to the metal window trim and damaged house paint that required repair (new window trim and new paint). Even though the house paint only had hail damage to three sides, Kenny came up with a very reasonable cost for getting the fourth side painted so all sides had new paint. He worked with my insurance agent to handle all of the details and worked with the building department for appropriate inspections. I could not be more pleased with Kenny and the work done!

We had two issues with our roof and attic vent. After reviewing companies on Thumbtack, I contacted Cameron at Monarch. Cameron came out to the house, went into the attic, and walked me though exactly what needed done. He was also up front with pricing and how weather concerns could affect scheduling. Both jobs have now been completed, and I can whole heartedly recommend both Cameron and Monarch for quality of work, integrity and excellent communication. Thank you!

Monarch Roofing and construction replaced by roof and skylights after the hail storm of last summer. They did a superb job with excellent craftsmanship and courtesy to me and my wife as homeowners. I can’t say enough how nice Kenny Benton was as the chief of the crew that worked on my home. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing roof repairs. They interfaced with my insurance company and kept a working relationship possible with additional repairs authorized by the insurance company. Again, this is an excellent company.

There are not enough stars to reflect the level of service I got from Monarch (and project leader Cameron Tiburcio). I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and this was the very best I’ve ever had.

I had a new roof and gutters installed. The original bid was very cost competitive, but the reasons below are what really stood out.

First, the level of detail and communication from the initial bid through explanation of the work surpassed any contractor I have worked with.

Second, the work got done when they said it would be done - no unnecessary continuations or changes to schedule.

Third, it was all high quality work that wound up looking great. I am very pleased with the look and after a Colorado thunderstorm complete with hail it held up wonderfully.

Fourth, while installing a new roof and gutters, Cameron worked with my skylight contractor (Skylight Specialists, also great) to make it a seamless process.

Fifth, when they made a small error, Cameron immediately told me and told me how he was going to fix it without cost to me. Lots of contractors would have hidden the problem.

Finally, Cameron and his crew were all respectful and hard working.

They did such a good job a few of my neighbors hired Monarch for their own projects and I won’t hesitate to call them again when I need more with done (hello siding!).

That’s more reasons than stars. Go with Monarch and be glad you did!

I used Monarch Construction for stucco repair and exterior painting of my home (which has both stucco and regular siding). Their level of communication was great, the project was completed in a timely manner, and I am happy with the outcome and quality of work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future home projects.

My project manager was Brandon - he visited the site multiple times to ensure all was being done to my satisfaction. In addition, during the final walkthrough, he found areas that needed touchup that I had completely missed. I was impressed and grateful for his attention to detail.

I can’t recommend this roofing company highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely phenomenal. They handled a very large insurance claim for us that included a full roof replacement, window replacement, exterior painting, and gutter replacement — and they managed every part of the project with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Chris and Casey, the project managers were awesome to work with!

Their attention to detail was second to none. Every aspect of the job was done meticulously, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Several of our neighbors had their houses painted, sided, and sometimes re-roofed by Monarch. In the spring of this year, we decided to address some known issues with our siding and asked our neighbors about their experience with Monarch a year later. Based on their positive feedback, we reached out to Cameron and scheduled a consultation with him.

Cameron was very knowledgeable about the company's product and explained the "good, better, best" options relevant to our needs. He provided honest opinions and outlined potential repair costs based on the damage we’d seen under the siding (he couldn’t pull the siding off before contract to inspect) and warned us that with the age of the house, and experience in the neighborhood that there may be additional charges for any adjustments to align this installation with the current code. His estimate of issues, based on his experience in the neighborhood, was spot on. Cameron patiently answered all our questions, and we decided to move forward with Monarch.

Cameron kept us informed throughout the process, from ordering to completion and was on site daily. Once the materials arrived, Monarch’s crew—a professional and respectful group—handled the installation with care. The weren't bothered when we asked questions and ensured the product, they were installing the product met quality standards (even rejecting subpar materials) and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the work. Cameron returned for a walkthrough, identified a few minor missed details, and promptly had his crew fix it.

We will be using this company for future projects, as their care and attention to detail continued through the entire project.

Wonderful experience working with Cameron and his Windows & Doors team! I really appreciated Cameron’s prompt communications and honesty -- especially after first getting a quote from another company (Gravina) who quoted me about $12,000 extra (which they said they'd "discount" if I booked within 72 hours). Cameron didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and didn't throw in random costs; the quote I got was for exactly what I expected and the price was very reasonable.

The Windows team was fantastic, great bunch to have putting in my new windows. They seemed to take a lot of pride in their work and it shows in how well they installed the windows, framed them, etc. Also, I requested two special indoor window sills and they did a beautiful job, asking for my preference in all the details so that it would turn out exactly as I wanted — and even better, my cats love it. :) The windows have turned out really well. Because my old windows had bulkier framing, my new windows are larger and seem to have completely changed the rooms to be brighter and feel more open. Would definitely recommend using Monarch Windows & Doors!

Our experience with Monarch was excellent. Joe’s timing was excellent, showing up at our door right after we closed on our house (literally right after) and knew we needed to get some additional ventilation in our attic. Joe took the extra step of getting a second opinion from his more experienced colleague to make sure it was all possible. This really made us feel reassured and that they wanted to make sure it was the best thing to do instead of trying to make a sale. They also helped to caulk some gaps on the roof line and paint them to match. We really appreciate the team. Everyone was really friendly and actually felt like friends in the end.

Monarch Construction and Roofing recently completed a major and extensive external home project to our home, and my wife and I could not be more please.

Our home is nearly 35 years old and much of the stucco work was in need of repair to address both functional and performance characteristics to the home’s integrity. From initial contact and estimating, including impeccable detailing in a project plan of the work to be accomplished while answering all of my the questions thoroughly and honestly to ensure understanding and alignment, to finalizing the quote and scheduling crews to perform the work and ensuring job completion, Chris Ball made what could otherwise be a difficult and stressful process, work smoothly and simply with full customer focus.

Brandon Tomasso, the Field Manager for our project was equally well-qualified, hands-on and customer focused as he oversaw the day to day execution of the project. Always, keeping us informed, holding to his commitments and ensuring a standard of quality second to none for the work accomplished, he always kept us closely tied in to the day to day progress of the project. Moreover, he ensured that the project was completed per the plan and the work performed with the highest quality and integrity. The crews were trustworthy, respectful and friendly, and ensured daily and end of project clean up was performed very well.

In summary, we are very happy that Monarch performed this work on our home. We know with certainty that they were the right company with the right mindset to do this work. If we ever have another need for this type of work, we know who we will call.

We have worked with a number of construction companies over the years and this was by far, the best experience start to finish. Cameron with Monarch was fantastic to work with. All communication was timely and clear even when weather delayed parts of the build. Could not be happier with the experience!

I strongly recommend Monarch Construction & Roofing with no hesitation. Every facet of my experience was exceptional. I attribute most of this positive experience to the sales person and project manager, Cameron.

For context, I have to explain what was going on with my house: our pest control guy noticed that there was a rotten soffit board near my roofline; he said, “You should probably have someone look at that”. So I called a roofer; they said I needed a new roof. I asked how that would fix the rotten soffit board and he was extremely scant on the details. Then I called about four other places who called themselves “exterior” places…they all wanted to sell me something and didn’t explain how or whether it would solve the problem. One of them found another problem: a rotten fascia board. They said it was a gutter problem. I called gutter guy who offered to fix one of the gutters, but not the fascia and he didn’t even bother to look into the original soffit board problem. I called a soffit guy who offered to fix the fascia board but had no idea what caused the problem. I wasn’t getting anywhere.

Then I called Monarch, whom I found through Angi, and everything changed: they showed up (right when they said they would), diagnosed the problem quickly with a drone, and told me they could fix not only the fascia and soffit boards but also the causes of the problems: one of the gutters was slanted the wrong direction (away from the downspout!) and the other gutter was lazily designed by the original builder and it was draining in such a way that fascia rot was inevitable. Within two days, Monarch thoroughly documented and priced the fix and scheduled a crew for the fascia fix. They kept in touch about scheduling and communicated every aspect very clearly:
• the list of problems and proposed fixes
• invoicing and payment process
• a schedule change due to poor weather
• status and photos of work as it was completed

The work is now completed and it looks great. I am SO thankful they were able to fix the symptom and the cause.

They even fixed a small problem with some shingles, and they did a really thorough fix: they sealed the heads of the fasteners they installed — with proper weather resistant exterior sealant — to prevent leakage.

If you scroll through my list of reviews on Google, you might conclude that I love everyone I work with because they are all positive reviews. That is absolutely not true: for most vendors I work with, I am not an easy customer…because most vendors aren't real good. Well, Monarch exceeded my standards by being possibly the best home maintenance vendor I’ve ever worked with. My experience with them was so good I am almost trying to find another job for them to do.

The folks at Monarch are incredible! Very knowledgeable & absolutely professional - Joe, Cam, Spencer & their crews were outstanding! Roof was completed in a day & the gutters within 4 hours a day later. All scheduled & accomplished within 2 weeks of house sale/closing.

Our experience with Monarch Construction & Roofing . . . & especially with our contractor Cameron Turbucio has been amazing! Our house was caught in a tornado and sustained considerable damage. While it took some time to finish all of the repairs due to areawide material shortages & weather concerns Cameron always kept us apprised of the status of the various ongoing projects & was diligent about providing us with work crew arrival times & approximate completion times.
He was also on-site frequently for many different projects & scheduled inspections by county & other inspectors. He also worked with our insurance company to insure that we were getting fair pricing for our repair projects. Working with a highly competent contractor eliminated the stress & headaches we have previously experienced with insurance companies & insurance claims & scheduling all the repairs ourselves. The work crews that
worked at our house were also very respectful, reliable & attentive to detail. All in all this was a very positive experience.

Awesome experience with Tim and Liz Flores. Both were easy to work with and got the roof fixed and done super quick. And clean. Only slow part was the city inspector that cancelled a couple times. Everything was done right and tight. And they worked within my budget.

Our only regret with Monarch is not contracting them from the beginning. We had someone work on our roof and that’s all they did so they didn’t fight for the work that our house needed. We got a knock from Cameron and from the beginning he’s exceeded our expectations. He’s fought for us to get the right work done for our house from our insurance. We would advise first time owners to contract with Cameron. He explained the process and honestly basically held our hand through the entire process. Our home is going to get taken care of and get the work done because of Cameron at Monarch.

Awesome experience with Monarch! Cameron has been amazing! I had previously opened a claim with another company and they had gotten my roof approval along with my gutters and that was it. Cameron, reached out to ask about what was done to my property. He immediately said he would love to take a second look and see if there was anything else that could be done to cover my broken windows, paint, and garage doors that were previously denied when the other company put in our estimate. He got our fence, windows, garage doors, and paint approved and was able to help us out tremendously. I had my roof replaced with Monarch this past August after a hail storm. Kenny came out and went around with the insurance adjuster, and insurance did decide to cover the replacement. Kenny even made sure to get some of the code issues fixed while they would be up there! Work was completed in one day, they were quick and efficient. When my rooftop swamp cooler had an issue after the new roof, I had the cooler repaired, and monarch took care of the bill afterwards. Really good company and stand up people. I hope to never have my roof replaced again, but if I do, I will be calling Monarch!

We had a great experience working with Liz and Tim. They came out right away, helped with insurance, and got the job done quickly and efficiently! They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend working with them.

I recently had Monarch do some work for me on my insurance claim and they were very helpful and did great work. I highly recommend them! I changed insurance companies and Allstate was very particular about what comprised an "impact resistant" roof material, it was at this time I found out that Monarch did use the higher grade of shingle and my roof met the requirements for the discount.
Also there was damage to my paint and again Monarch did a Great job on using high quality paint and had the crew do a double spray to get the higher Mil thickness of paint. In addition they did my entire home whereas insurance was not covering the job 100%. The crew was a delight to work with and did an outstanding job!
Some windows were damaged and Monarch did an outstanding job on educating me on the type of window and glass that was original and what I could choose from. I chose to upgrade a few windows from single hung to awnings and that was no issue. They also made sure I received appropriate compensation on the windows. Casey and his crew were a delight to work with, they're very respectful of your home and do Great work.
BTW, I'm a Professional Construction Manager, I designed and built this home and I know that Monarch did a great job!

I am an industry professional who works with Monarch on a daily basis by providing them with building materials for their projects. As someone who distributes building materials to over 80 companies in Denver, I deal with a wide range of contractors and I get to see some of the best, and some of the worst.

At Monarch, they are meticulous and discerning about the products they use for their projects. I know first hand that they only purchase the highest quality building materials available in our industry to use on all of their residential and commercial projects. Monarch has been in business in Colorado for over 15 years, and they have a stellar reputation amongst professionals in the industry. Monarch is a family run company that has achieved success by gaining the trust of property owners and earning repeat business due to the quality of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cameron and his team were amazing from day 1 all the way through the end of the project. Our house was damaged in 2023 with hail and required a new roof, gutters, and paint. The insurance process was extremely difficult and lengthy. Cameron and his team stayed on the ball following up with insurance and getting all of the damage covered. Cameron was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop of unforseen issues with our siding that arose so we could make informed decisions on what to do prior to work being completed, which meant no surprises with the bill at the end. We had a detailed walk through and punch list and they made sure all work was competed to our satisfaction before the end of the job. They did a great job with roof, gutters, and paint. They will be our go to contractor for future work.

I have had too many interactions with too many roofers, and until Monarch came along, they were almost always negative. But Houston and the rest of the Monarch crew were nothing but professional, timely, and cleaned up one hell of a mess that the original roofer did 10 years earlier on the original install (as well as subsequent failed repair attempts). Houston and his team found the problems quickly, gave us several options to fix the problems, and then acted quickly once we decided to proceed.

Houston also gave me a very thorough (free) report on all the problems with another roof on a home that was under contract, and of course found a lot of things the general inspector did not catch.

I cannot give a higher recommendation, as Houston and Monarch are the only roofing company I trust!

Monarch Construction truly stands behind their customer service and excellent quality- I was fortunate to meet project manager Cameron who is amazing- Cameron stepped up for me as a previous company let me down and never showed up to replace my roof and gutters- How he explained the process to me was probably challenging because I was already apprehensive- Cameron assured me Monarch Construction was trust worthy and he showed up and delivered. I have the best roof and gutters in my neighborhood. To top it off Cameron used a drone to show me how it really looks as I’m afraid of heights- Seriously he is the best Project Manager if you require honesty-follow up’s or anything as he responds within a timely manner. The man stands behind his word. You won’t be disappointed with his results. Cameron will be the only project manager I will use for future projects. After deciding between two roofing companies, we chose Monarch Construction and Roofing and they were really great. The work was completed on time and there were no extra charges. The workers were very thoughtful about taking care of the house, were prompt and did a greta job cleaning up. The project manager, Houston, was on site most of the time and really paid a lot of attention to the big and little things. I'd say Monarch went out of it's way to do a good job and I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Monarch replacing our hail-damaged roof. Cameron, our project manager, was great from start to finish. He was always available and quick to answer questions, very knowledgeable, observant and communicative. He made recommendations on roof and gutter colors which suited our design aesthetic. Monarch is professional and very easy to deal with. I called the morning after a hail storm to have my roof inspected and my project manager Christopher Ball was at my home before 8am to do the inspection. Christopher was there every step of the way. He handled the inspection with the insurance adjuster and was present the day the new roof was put on, even helping the crew open the ceiling for a new skylight we decided to have put in. Kenny Benton was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He worked with my insurance company, met with them everytime they were out to assess the property, and kept up negotiations with them so everything was covered, reducing my out of pocket. He is timely with his communication and customized my customer service. He even helped fill out my HOA request as he knew what they were really asking for. It was a great experience getting my new roof, gutters and house painted.

Along with serving as the go between with insurance, he provided a ton of hand holding from start to finish. Kenny Benton at Monarch Construction is beyond excellent. After an awful hail storm broke my window I reached out to Kenny. He provided a detailed inspection of the property, where we found there was much more damage. He walked me through the entire process from scheduling, material choice, and most importantly dealing with insurance company. He quickly addressed the minor issues I had and resolved them quickly and professionally.
I highly recommend working with Kenny and the Monarch Group. My house looks the best it has since 1977!!!

Kenny and monarch did a great great job ! I talked first with Drew, who said he was working in Eagle county but would be out later that day. Unfortunately, he got stuck there and arranged for a more local representative to look at the problem. This too, did not work out, as he was embroiled in an insurance evaluation. Third try... Drew sent another rep (still the same day), who went in the attic to investigate a possible leak. No issues from the inside... Then went up on the roof and discovered that the builder had used a substandard caulking around a vent. Repaired the situation at no charge. Needless to say, they will be my "go-to" if any future problems do arise!

In the end, not only do I have a high-quality roof over my head, but I also have renewed confidence in Jon's dedication to his clients. It’s refreshing to see a company stand by their work and their word, making sure their customers are satisfied even when unexpected situations arise.

I was feeling a little defeated when my insurance spiked up and I was told my roof was too old to adequately insure. Monarch was the only roofing company to come to my house and actually go onto the roof to identify damage from recent storms that was more than enough for insurance to approve a claim. They worked closely with me throughout the process and I always knew what was happening, what to expect, and actions required. It was an incredibly smooth process for something that started out so stressful.

Pleasure to work with; management and the crews. Communication with insurance can take some time, but they follow up as soon as they hear back! 10/10 would recommend to another customer/friends/family.

I had an amazing experience with Monarch roofing!
I was pretty jaded realizing how much money I had spent in high insurance premiums year after year, all due to having original wood shake shingle. I had only owned my home a few years when I went to make a claim with my insurance company. I was shocked when my claim was denied and I was told that my damage was not weather related, rather they classified it as age related, normal wear and tear.
Kenny Benton assured me that Monarch Roofing would ensure that my claim would not get denied again. As previously stated, I was jaded as everything I had learned on my journey taught me that insurance companies did not like paying claims for wood shake shingle.
It may have taken time to cut through the red tape, but Kenny and Cameron were steadfast in communication, setting expectations, and making sure my dogs (my fur babies) were always protected when we had contractors coming by! In fact, at our last inspection Kenny saved our older dog from escape as she had let herself out a side gate when he had come by. He held her until I could come out front to collect her.
They managed multiple teams from roofers to painters and all schedules went exactly to plan and we experienced 0 delays! These guys are experts at time management. They guided me and coached me through the whole process and I was never left with any questions as to how long or when a certain stage would be completed.

I worked with Chris for a fairly small project to paint the brick facade on my home. The whole process from start to finish was super easy. He came out and gave an estimate and also said he was able to fix a small area where bricks were falling off. He picked out colors that fit what I said I wanted to make the whole selection process easier. Getting the painting completed was so easy. He worked around my schedule. And I didn't even have to be home when the work was completed. Overall it was a great experience for a great price.
