Very unprofessional, does not have a contractor's license and has a cease and desist from the state of WV Div of Labor. He will take your money and run. Would not recommend. In response to Mr. Genco's reply below. My account is over 10 years old so no, it wasn't created to review his business. Although he seems to have a long list of very unsatisfied clients, all of which have the same complaint. He represented having a contractor's license and does not. He represented being insured and bonded when he was not. He has taken deposits from clients and disappeared, doesn't finish jobs that he has been paid for and often does not pay his employees. Just take a look at the Blue Ridge Reporter on FB post where you can see his history in print and a long list of former clients and employees. When he says he is licensed for what he is doing, he means he is bidding at 3k or under as handyman services. But it's still the same package.
RTA has done multiple home improvements for me, from smaller projects, to larger projects. Each time I’ve been completely satisfied with the work, and the pricing. They were professional and completed the work efficiently.
Run from this con artist. He has scammed me and others out of thousands of dollars. Constantly lies about everything including returning money, it’s been over a year. Knows how to avoid the court system by not having a physical address. Police report was filed unfortunately there isn’t much they can do.
