R/T exteriors was honest, responsive to calls and emails, great customer service, no pressure sales, helped us through the process with insurance, roof was replaced in 1 day, would definitely them again!

I was looking for a roofing contractor in my area after some confusing interactions with the adjuster sent out by my insurance company, so I called RT Exteriors on recommendation from a friend, and they truly exceeded all expectations. They communicated clearly, helped me through the entire process which I was not familiar with, and quickly scheduled and completed my roof, even in the face of some unexpected things like extra layers of old shingles and wet weather. My new roof looks excellent, and all the important fixtures were refreshed. If you’re looking for an honest roofing company that will work quickly to re-do your roof the right way, with quality materials and methods, I don’t think you will find anyone doing it better than RT Exteriors.

We had worked with Jake 5+ years ago to get new windows installed. When we received hail damage from a 2022 May storm, we knew we would call Jake. We worked with Jake this summer to still file a claim and get a new roof, new siding, new gutters and a new garage door. Jake's team did a great job and cleaned up after they were done each day. We highly recommend Jake. He is very responsive, helps with all your questions and works with your insurance company. We are beyond happy with the look of our house!

I had a problem with bats getting into my garage attic through a faulty roof ridge cap. I called Jake at RT Exteriors and he came out that same morning to examine the roof. He gave me an estimate the following day - which I thought was very reasonable - and had his crew out to do the repair the day after that. The roof ridge cap is replaced, the bats left and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend RT Exteriors!

Given our roof condition they made it happen before cold weather set in. Very clean. All debris removed when job was complete. Team worked well with us. Very friendly but professional.

We had a new roof put on our house and garage with R/T Exteriors. Jake gave us an estimate the same day I called him. He was very clear on when the work would be done. The team showed up at 7:30 AM and let us know we could move our cars out of the garage before they blocked it with their equipment. They did a great job and were done by 2:30, including complete cleanup. Jake went around checking everything after they were done, and made sure all was complete. Great service, great quality, and reasonable price.

Jake and crew were promptly at our home at 7:00 am. They completed the whole roofing project by 1:00 pm. The job they did was done with great care from the tear off to the installation of the new shingles. Clean up was amazing with no sign of them even being there.
