I worked with Jon Bish from RT Construction on a very large new dock build, and quite honestly was dreading the process due to so may bad experiences with LOTO contractors over the past 10 years. RT Construction was very competitive and the only builder I could find that did not try and talk me out of all of my design ideas. I found Jon and his team to be professional and honest throughout the 6 month process to design, build and install our dock. We are extremely happy with the final product and also with the fact that Jon still answers his phone AFTER being paid, which is very unusual with LOTO contractors. Highly recommend him and I found his company to be one of the few that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

We are very pleased with the product and how it looks. However communication was not a five-star rating. There was difficulty with getting the step railings up. One hook for the swing pull through luckily no one was hurt. Installers were all cordial and did a good job.

RT Construction assisted us in transforming a steep, rocky hillside into a much more usable parking pad, driveway, UTV path, and garage with an upper-level living space.
We experienced good communication throughout the process and our input and ideas were heard and included in the design and completion of this very complex, multifaceted project. Throughout the project, many of our neighbors commented on the quality work they observed taking place.
We found Jon and his team to be professional and reliable and they produced a quality product that we are very pleased with. Would highly recommend RT Construction. They are worth the wait to get your job done right.
