RSI, A Beacon Building Products Company

We were adding on to our house so needed to match the roof shingles style and color. RSI was the only place that had what we needed. We paid for what we wanted and told them we'd arrange for transporting it the next week. When we came back to pick it up, they had sold to someone else what they had already sold to us. They didn't have any more. So I settled for a different color that didn't match our present roof. A couple weeks later I needed a few pieces to finish up the job. Looked online and their website said they close at 4pm. Google maps also had the info that they were going to close at 4pm. So I arrived at 3:35 and they were locking the door. I was told I 'should have called' rather than trusting their website about what hours they were open. Obviously we won't be doing business with them ever again.
