Not only did he ensure all errors were corrected to our complete satisfaction, but he also went above and beyond by personally covering the cost of our motel stay and all our meals while the work was being redone. This remarkable dedication transformed a potentially negative experience into a testament to RROC's unwavering commitment to delivering on their promise, no matter the obstacles.

We were out of town and had them come while we were gone to install seven windows in our house. Their work was incredible. Every window is beautiful. They went above and beyond. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. We were extremely impressed with the work they did and how quickly they did it.

Project contract signed: July 2024. The complaint that I have is regarding pricing. The sales person used extremely high pressure tactics. I know that I should know better and should have known how to refuse the offer. In short I was overwhelmed from the move and the purchase of a new house. There is nothing wrong with the work completed. They did a good job. Its a straight rectangle shaped house (nothing complicated) -- 1500 square feet. Regular asphalt shingles. I paid more than twice what I should have. I did have the freedom to refuse the deal and I caved to the pressure. And I paid for it (dearly). Because of the high pressure approach and the extremely high pricing, I feel this is unethical and predatory. I take responsibility for the fact that I did not simply say "NO". And for that mistake, I paid over $36k for a roof that should have been under $15k. I would recommend AVOIDING this company.

Had RROC exteriors come out for an inspection and Joshua Lee did an amazing job taking a look at our siding. We had all of our questions answered plus some other ideas from Joshua we didn’t even think of. Unfortunately we did not start the project but in the future I know where to turn to. 100% would recommend!

I liked to share and few comments on my initial meeting with the sales Rep Josh Lee. I found him to be very professional agent and concerned about every aspect from pricing, kindness and job knowledge. I With that said, At the end of the job I will add final comments, Final thoughts are the contractor was very professional and completed the job within 18 hours. I highly recommend them to any future persons looking for a roofer. In closing, the office personnel (Amy) and others were very professional and courteous. I especially thought Josh the
Sales rep was the best of them all. Kudos!

Anthony Cossano and Jesus Lazo arrived on time for our appointment and listened to my less than fully formed objectives, something not everyone has done so far. They offered several options to afford me a range of price and appearance for the finished look of my home. They also investigated using a brand of siding which I had located on my own for this project, and not carried by RROC. They far exceeded my expectations for this initial bid process with a breadth of knowledge and product options to afford me a wide range of possibilities to fit my budget and the style of my home. They're professional and very positive representatives for their company.

Amendment to this review: In the process of getting bids for my project, RROC was undercut by another company. When I told them I’d selected another company they asked for another chance to win my business. I hesitantly agreed, and Brandon DeFevers showed up a day later. We went over the initial RROC bid and he worked out a way to lower the price, and convinced me this company was the right choice. He’s definitely a committed rep for RROC, firmly believes in the values and objectives it endorses. Mine is not a large project, but if it works out the way Brandon says it will, perhaps there will be others in the future.

Mike Evans & Sean Potter came out to the house and sold me a new roof. They were so kind and patient with me and the roof turned out beautiful! I highly recommend this company! They came from the Spokane office that opened up here and oh was I happy they were here! GAF roof, very affordable! Had 3 bids and they easily won! Look at the pictures of the roof :) Also the roofers were so nice and cleaned up very well!

Mike Evans & Larry Pierce came out to our home and we're very kind, they helped me get a new GAF Roof.

I am so grateful for these guys! January 2024, the windstorm lifted the back of my roof and flipped it over to the front! What a horrible disaster!

Buddy and RJ got their team out super quick and took care of the roof quickly. Sadly, I have State Farm so they delayed soooooooooooooooooooooo much on payments! Matt, Carleigh and Amy was so helpful in guiding me and pushing State Farm to pay what they were supposed to which they been trying to low ball me! Now I know why everyone said don't go with State Farm!!!!

We had RROC do our gutters, fascia, soffit, and siding. They did an excellent job and did their best to make the end product look great. Their work really transformed the look and feel of our 40+ year old houses exterior. Matt the owner and Chris were always available to answer my questions and discuss the project. I had rroccome out to my house to give me and estimate on a new roof Jocelyn tried everything she could to help me get finance but needless to say fail through she did and excellent job doing the estimate and she was very professional from the time she got here to the time she left if I could figure out my finances I would more than likely use them to do the job I was very pleased with numbers they gave will use them if I can

It took leaving a negative review to get satisfaction but RROC finally made it right. Be aware that sales will over promise, so get everything in writing. That said, I'm now satisfied with the new gutters. I want to give a special thanks to Ley, for coming back out and doing what the original crew should have to begin with. It's much appreciated.

We had new windows and new siding installed by RROC. We are super happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend calling them before looking for other companies or getting other bids. We had shopped around and found RROC to have the best prices, professional trained installers, and great customer service. 9 windows were installed in one day any our house was cleaner when they left that it was when they arrived. It was three days for the siding and it is beautiful. We were asked by the installer for our preferences when odd situations arise in our very old, somewhat unlevel home.

Auto listened and answered the questions we asked. He provided information in a respectful/intelligent manner. He clearly knows his business.

We met with Matt, of RROC Exteriors, after talking with several other roofers. After our conversations, we hired RROC to put a new roof on our house, and are very pleased with the results. The crew came on time, worked for two days, and completed the job, cleaning up all the trash, and leaving our yard and house very clean. The crew was professional. The job was completed; the roof looks wonderful; we are pleased and recommend this company.

We had a great experience! The salesman we worked with, Joel was absolutely fantastic. I would suggest requesting him if you find yourself inquiring about a new roof. He gave us honest information real pricing and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. From sitting down initially to talk about shingles and gutter and all the roof things to worries though installation and final payment he followed through on it all. The roof turned out great and the team working on it was efficient and courteous. We are very happy with our experience!

From start to finish we had a great experience. We had our roof replaced. They are extremely knowledgeable and the quality of their work is excellent. We are absolutely recommending them to friends and family and plan to use them for another project.

We contracted RROC to do the trifecta- new roof, windows, and siding and we are so happy with the final product- it’s truly like being in a new home. The quality of the product is top of the line as well as the customer service and integrity of all the contractors. They also gave us a great deal doing all three at once. And for a young new family, that made all the difference. We were so pleased to do work with a family business and to have met with the owner directly.

I will start saying they are not the cheapest option, but let's be honest, there are some things in life it's OK to be cheap about, your 30 year roof isn't one of them. We had 4 companies give us estimates. This one was the only one that was in the attic and spent quality time checking the integrity of what we already had. He was at our house for a good 2 hours. He took pictures, went over options, it was such a thorough inspection, we went with them on the spot. Customer service was fantastic. The workers were very professional and on time. Even after the roof was done they contacted us making sure we were happy. They also offered us 1 year no payments. Even better. Can't say enough about them. Neighbors are even going with them. Give them a try. You won't be sorry.

We had our windows installed in February 2023. A spokesperson has called at least twice to make sure the windows met our expectations.
The windows met our expectations and the crew who installed the windows exceeded our expectations. They were the best.
The crew wore slippers over their shoes in the house, vacuumed the floors and sills plus washed the windows. We were so expressed.
If I have anymore work needed done, I will call them first.

The roof looks great. The roofing crew were very professional and kept us informed of the progress. I would definitely use this company again.

Wish I could leave a zero. The salesperson made a few promises that weren't kept because it didn't make it down on paper. They won't even stand by their word. I was told it would be a one day job, and I told them that's why I picked them, because I needed it done in one day, and it ended up taking the whole week. When I complained about it, they never gave me a reason why it was taking so long. One day, the roofers left early. Just 5 minutes after I left my house around 3. I know from my security cameras. Of course I asked to speak to the boss because I didn't feel that I should pay the full price since the contract wasn't fulfilled. When the boss called, he came at me like some mobster asking for money and telling me it was not his problem and held no accountability for anything his salesperson promised or for the workers who took all week. He only demanded money. This company is nothing more than a middleman for exterior jobs. I would go with any other company for future projects and greatly regret ever hiring rroc. It says 1 day job on the paperwork

Very professional workers. Got our two story house done in just four days. Did a wonderful job with clean up. The salesman was very personable and friendly and gave a great quote. Would definitely refer them.

RROC completed a Flat roof and A Frame shingle roof project on my detached garage. They were professional and completed the project in less than 1.5 days. They are very flexible and a veteran friendly business.

RROC installed a new 50yr roof on my house. Easy process, and quick too. Had a 2300ish square roof, they got out here and got it done in a day. Crew cleaned up well. Communication was great. Price was much better than the competition. I got probably 5 or 6 quotes and ended up picking RROC because of pricing and timeline. Although I hope I don't have the need to get another roof anytime soon, if I did I'd use RROC again!

The men that came to our home to do our siding was so professional and did an amazing job. It turned out beautiful and we are so very happy that we had them do our home and highly recommend them. They got the job done quickly and even took the time out to wipe down our entire home so it was nice and clean.

RROC Exteriors gave us an estimate for roof replacement. The representative, Xavier, was wonderful. Unfortunately, it was necessary to cancel the project. Derk and customer service and Xavier were super at working through the process. We give them a 5+ for sales and customer service.

I recently got an estimate for siding. The person who did all the measurements and communicated all the pricing and product information was extremely knowledgeable. Still getting estimates from other companies, but RROC is definitely a contender.

I hired RROC to rebuild my garage roof. They didn't come or contact me for any of the three different weekends I was told I may expect to have work done. I called around the time they said to expect them at latest, but they still didn't have an ETA. As I was leaving town for the weekend, they called after I had left, to tell me they would be by in morning. I was out of cell service. When I returned, I had a few messages from them asking me to call back, because they had run into some major problems with my roof. By the time I returned home, I found my entire house to have a new roof instead of just the garage. I was also charged over $5600 more. Then my monthly payment went up $58 from what I had originally agreed on. I was pretty upset about being charged for work that I didn't ask to have done and without consent. I was also frustrated that I wasn't notified they would come until less than 24 hours prior, because big decisions were made for me since I didn't have cell service for them to get permission to continue on after finding a lot of problems. I expressed my concerns to a few different members of the company. I sent an upset email, some texts, and phone calls. They were all quick to respond and take time to see me in person and explain everything. My house is 100 years old, my roof was made with ship lap, and they couldnt redo the garage without anything to attatch it to. When I wasn't reachable, they stated it would be worse to just leave my house with no coverage until whenever I came back, than to go ahead with rebuilding the roof. Atleast that is my understanding. I honestly still dont understand it all but I have a totally rebuilt roof now, with a lifetime warranty, and the total cost is pretty average ($26,000+). I voiced my issue with the increase in unexpected charges, and I refused to sign the new contract that was presented. I declined several offers of ways to finance the new total charges. Every single person involved, regardless of how difficult I was being, was highly professional, kind, understanding, and patient with me. Three different employees came to my home and spent hours speaking with me about my concerns, until a new contract was worked out between them and what I felt comfortable with. I felt very heard and understood. The work was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up any mess left behind. The roof looks amazing. I am very happy with RROC.

Update.. so glad you responded to my review considering I sent the requested email and to my surprise(wait, I’m actually not surprised) it’s been 2 months and no response…

The sales person at first was awesome.. then we signed the papers and he was then absent. The promised timeline was not met and RROC was less than responsive or helpful in communication through the whole process. They use a third party installer who didn’t speak English which made it very difficult to point out that windows were installed crooked, doors didn’t close properly, and a slider wasn’t even installed completely. After I denied payment they sent the installer back out to “fix” the issues but again the language barrier proved difficult. The exterior of the windows looks acceptable and they seemed to seal it up good however the inside was a different story. After the installation was “complete” I had to, out of pocket, have the trim work inside the house done (fortunately I am capable of performing the work in my own but still a very large additional cost on top of the window cost).

In the end I am glad the windows are replaced, would I use RROC agin.. no..

I found them on Angi and Jacob contacted me immediately and his walk me through the entire process. I have been very confident and comfortable throughout the whole deal.

I called company to get an estimate. Everything with good and told them I wanted to be financed. Apparently it takes a week or more to here back... So far I am not trusting them. If I was not approved say so..... Be honest and straight forward like I asked

I recently purchased a 40 year old home that had siding in poor condition. I interviewed several companies, but RROC exteriors were the company that I felt I could trust the best as they were all priced essentially the same. I needed new gutters and was given a much better price for the total replacement than another well-known competitor. They even provided a military discount. The quality is excellent, and they worked quickly. My house looks like a brand new construction at the completion.

Matt & Nikki are very professiona (The Owners). Every employee I spoke to in person and on the phone was very respectful and kind, not to mention they were very knowledgeable about any question I had or anything I needed to know. They didn't waste no time during the whole process, very quick, from setting up the appointment, having someone look at the house, the installation, and having the project completed.
