R&R Roofing - Alexandria, KY

My mom was worried sick last night. She had noticed a few shingles that had been lifted by the wind. Her roof was only 8 years old, but well outside of any warranty. These guys came out, fixed the problem, and didn’t charge her a dime. Most companies would have charged something, but these guys understand that the job is about taking care of people. The money will follow. It sure will, because she’s already recommended them to a handful of people today. Next time I need work on my house I’ll call them as well. You take care of my family & we will take care of you.

I contacted R&R for a small repair job. They were able to come out the same day get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. Good experience.

Hired Rodney to do a roof and gutters. The roof was good, gutters terrible. Once the rains started I noticed water dripping behind the gutters. I inspected and did a basic google search to realize you need to install a drip edge behind the gutters in-between the facia board. I have been calling and texting the owner Rodney for close to a year. He vaguely replies sometimes and has yet to show up. Also the pitch of the gutters is wrong and holds water not allowing to drain to the downspouts. In short time my facia boards will rot idc the weight of the holding water doesn't tear them down first! I just wish this company would honor their work and correct the issue. I would steer very clear of this company. Rodney never showed up when the job was being performed and think a person that has been in business this long would have saw his crew botched this job. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

Rodney got us in for a seamless gutter installation on short notice before a big rain. The gutters look and work great. Prices are affordable as well. We would recommend R&R Roofing for all your gutter needs!

I would describe R and R Roofing as extremely professional. Rodney and
his installers were very polite and efficient. Rodney provided an estimate ( which was extremely competitive) and brought me sample so I could choose a shingle. He estimated that it would be a week or so before they would start the job and that it would be completed in one day and that is exactly what happened. The installers were on time, respectful of my home and my landscaping and cleaned up all of the debris before leaving. I am extremely impressed with the job. My home looks beautiful!

The crew doing the work did a great job. They worked very hard and efficiently . When they left you didn't know we had our roof replaced. Rodney was great to work with . He helped with the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend them highly !
