Ben from RoyCo came over quickly when we saw we had a small leak coming from an area of our roof with a lot of ice and snow from the recent weather. He quickly helped assess the situation and helped us determine what was likely the cause. He helped get a lot of ice off of that area of our roof and in the gutters that was contributing to the leak and gave us peace of mind that there wasn’t a bigger issue occurring. Royco is extremely reliable and prompt. I thought the water pouring off of my roof was a gutter problem. I had RoyCo come out and look at my gutters. After careful inspection it was not the gutters, but broken tiles and the torn underlying barrier in the valleys that was the problem. Ben gave me a fair quote to have tiles replaced and the barrier issue corrected. I have not had any roof waterfall issues since. RoyCo was fast, courteous and thorough. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

I had a fantastic experience working with RoyCo. I had some limbs come down during the storms in KC over memorial day weekend. I was able to get up and inspect the damage, but was hesitant to see if there was something I was not seeing. I reached out to RoyCo and they had an inspection of my roof done within 36 hours of my first call.

Edit: in case you were wondering, we're 3.5 years after install (so that's three annual inspections later) and still get prompt responses when scheduling and completing annual inspections. Their guys go on the roof, look around, and document, and send a little recap. This is a great company that stands by their product.
