Royalty Roofing did a great job repairing my roof. Steven took before and after pictures, so I knew exactly what was done. He kept me abreast of his progress and completed the work in a timely manner. I called to schedule shortly after a stom so it took a while to get an appointment, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Aj Herrera helped us with a new roof and gutters on my home after a storm came through. I was very impressed, especially with the short timelines he was given. He made sure the roof was patched before more rain came, then replaced the roof and gutters. All expectations were exceeded and we couldn’t be happier.

I had a company who had done at least 4 houses on my street come out and give me an estimate and said they were confident the insurance would cover the replacement so I opened a claim. My insurance company has a list of preferred companies which extends the warranty. So I called one of them and they said the roof was fine. The damage was minimal and weather willing the roof should last a good while longer. Since I had sadly opened an insurance claim, I decided to have a 3rd company out to "settle it". Jeremy from Royalty Roofing came highly recommended from several neighbors. He largely confirmed what the 2nd company said and provided me a lot more information to help me understand things from what other companies do to try and see what claims they can make, how the insurance adjusters look at things, etc. It's just so rare to find such an honest company who really cares about even their potential customers.

Had Mason come out for an inspection after hail storm last week, amazing service from this young man. Royalty installed an Impact resistant roof for us five years ago and it has no damage! All of my neighbors roofs have extentensive damage, including ripped shingles. Would absolutely recommend Royalty and Mason to anyone.

Royalty roofing was recommended by insurance and other family that used them. They were great to work with. Aaron came out quickly after I called. He helped get with the insurance getting started and got pictures for the insurance. The roof was completed in a timely manner and all debris was cleaned up and taken away. A tree fell on our house during the windstorm in July. Royalty Roofing was recommended by our insurance agent.
Aaron was on top of things from the very beginning. He always kept us informed of what was going to happen next and when.
As soon as the tree was removed he was out to assess the damage. Aaron personally tarped the damaged area before it started raining.
He was on site several times to check on the progress of repairs.
We are extremely grateful that Aaron and Katie had our backs dealing with a stubborn insurance rep. With their perseverance we were finally able to get the claim resolved.

Aaron Loftin and Royalty Roofing made replacing our roof and gutters from a hail storm so smooth and easy. Aaron actually approached me in my driveway, and I had yet to reach out to anyone for an estimate. He took care of everything, and set the ball in motion. I needed a new roof due a large branch falling on my house and Jeremy made the whole process extremely easy. From dealing with my insurance claim to having someone out to repair the water damage to my ceiling, he was always there to help get it done. They did a great job with installation, it was done quickly and there was no mess left behind. I love my new roof, it's already been through two major hail storms and when they came out to inspect it afterwards it was damage free so definitely impressed with the durability. 10/10 would highly recommend!

When our home was hit by large hail in May of 2024, Masen came out and walked the property with our insurance representative to ensure that we had everything that we needed to get our home fixed. Masen sat down with us and explained every step of the process as well as provided materials to choose from. Working with our insurance was not easy, but Masen really helped to make it simple and easy for us. A new roof, new siding and our home is better than new. We had a TERRIBLE experience with a different roofing company after we were hit with a tornado back in 2017. We were very hesitant about who to trust this go round after getting hit by a damaging hail storm in 2024. Our insurance agent recommended Jeremy with Royalty Roofing and another gentleman with another company. We met with Jeremy first and I will say after meeting him, we just knew he was the right guy for us and we didn't need to look any further. This company, Royalty Roofing and Renovations, was phenomenal to work with! Jeremy was extremely knowlegeable and professional. He had excellent customer service and communication. He always answered every question or concern we had promptly and never left us wondering. He was there every step of the way and followed through with everything he said he would. His professionalism and willingness to help us get our home fixed in the quickest, best way possible was top notch. Jeremy literally made this process for us so much easier than the last time we had our roof done. He even recommended that we get a specific type of shingle that would not only be better for our home, but would also save us money on our homeowners insurance! We literally had NO STRESS and he handled everything with such ease. It was amazing! He also did an extra walkthrough of our entire yard after our roof was done to check for nails. Royalty Roofing and Renovations was instrumental in helping us through the paperwork and red tape to get our roof and deck repaired in a timely fashion after the May 2024 hail storm. Macen was great! He helped us navigate the documentation and walked us through each step of the way, communicating what would be happening and when it would happen. Follow up and communications were helpful and thoughtful. The workmanship and attention to detail of the crew was commendable. Masen Prososki is a company representative for Royalty Roofing. He is absolutely terrific! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. We got our roof replaced about a month ago by Royalty Roofing and it is now not only impact resistant but it also looks beautiful! Would highly recommend Masen and Royalty Roofing to anyone!!

Preparing to sell our house and had a pre-inspection done. The inspector found a few issues with the roof and called royalty roofing, as recommended by my very reputable realtor. Devon was literally out here in 30 minutes and did a very detailed report and gave some recommendations And even wrote us a report showing that everything had been addressed. We have used royalty several times in the past for siding and have always been exceptionally pleased with them. I would highly recommend these guys for both siding and roofing!

Nick (president/owner) and his team were excellent in the beginning—responsive, helpful, and instrumental during our roof hail claim process. Temporary repairs were initially made, and I clearly indicated that I was willing to pay for those repairs and requested an invoice. Nick responded, “We’ll take care of it,” which he later confirmed saying. The repairs were neither extensive nor complicated. The repairs were unequivocally and clearly done complimentary and in good faith to earn our business, which we appreciated.

One roof was covered by insurance, and we chose to proceed with Royalty Roofing. That job was completed well and paid in full. No mention of the initial repairs. Unfortunately, the main roof was not covered. Months later, Brandon—and then Nick—reached out to say they would charge for the temporary repairs (on both roofs) but would consider waiving the cost if we hired them for the main roof replacement/repair.

When I expressed concerns about the fairness and legality of their approach, Nick threatened to place a construction lien on our property unless we paid within two days of receiving an invoice, despite there never being any prior agreement or disclosed cost. Under duress, we ultimately paid the $1,350 to avoid escalation.

I’m giving 3 stars because their early support and the roof work itself were commendable. However, if your roofs are not covered by insurance, be cautious. Despite clear verbal assurance, Nick and his team may demand payments regardless of prior understandings. My mistake for trusting Royalty on this. Make sure you get everything in writing.
