The integrity and craftsmanship that Richard York displays with his company is amazing. I have recommended him out to a minimum of six different families for repairs and remodeling.

Showed up to house, took pictures, said they’d send out an estimate within a week but never responded back. We called after waiting for 2 weeks but didn’t want to talk. If you don’t want to do the job, then just say you don’t. Not responding and avoiding is terrible business practices. You might want to check your voicemail when a customer says “I did not receive your estimate.”

Truly cannot recommend Rich enough.

While I have only had the privilege of knowing Rich a rather short time (3 months), it seems that there are few people out there even remotely as committed as Rich is to leaving customers better than he found them.

Royal Shield came out and put new flooring in and it turned out amazing. They were professional, on time and were affordable. I would recommend them to anyone one.

I had a water leak in my kitchen and the whole thing needed re-done. I started out with a different company who my insurance recommended. That was a mistake, the other company ruined my hand painted wall that wasn’t even involved with the kitchen remodel! After that, I called Royal Shield and they came in and fixed everything the other company messed up and fixed it in a timely manner on top of that! I’m so grateful for their help and hard work. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen.

Rich gave me great advice on the height of my fence. We’re so glad we went with his recommendation. They salvaged our old link for the back. They went out of their way to ensure they were done on time. Extremely satisfied! The price was affordable. The work is top-notch!
