I had a great experience working with PuroClean of Sammamish. I had a water leak and the team came promptly for the inspection. They went over the different options for mitigation and explained me the process. They setup everything the next day. They also gave me very good advice on how to prevent such situations in the future. They also looked at my fridge and told me why it leaked and how to prevent it from happening again. They went above and beyond. I was completely satisfied with the results, especially of the wood floor drying and extraction mat that they used to dry the flooring. PuroClean (Luis) showed up on a snowy inclement evening to save my floor after Service Master bailed on me. The repair was limited to rescue mats on the floor and dehumidifier. He did daily checks and was great to work with through the process.

Luis has helped me on two occasions with water remediation. My masterbath shower valve broke unexpectedly and leaked through an immense amount of space. Loads of damage. He also helped me with my kitchen sink faucet that also caused a serious leak. He was able to get on both projects asap. And thank goodness for that! He was so helpful! He helped mitigate the water damage by strategically placing the right type of fans. He gave me all the info I needed for my home owner insurance. Told me tips I would have never thought to do that was immensely helpful - not only for my insurance but for conveniences in my own families life since we were so out out by things. Such a great guy. PuroClean really helped us out! We had a huge leak in the crawl space of our house. I called them and they were able to come out the next day and review the damage. I was given a clear understanding of the issue, what the next steps would be, cost and timeline. All the damage was removed, the surfaces were sprayed with an anti-fungal to prevent mold, then the space was dried and aired out. Once all the moisture was gone, they replaced the insulation. Our crawl space looked better than before the accident. They cleaned up everything and it looks fantastic now.

We had a water leak in our house due to a refrigerator pipe crack.
Luis was extremely professional in dealing with the situation, he gave us a good estimate and a project plan.

We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel when we discovered black mold from a leaking dishwasher. Luis with PuroClean responded on a Sunday and was promptly at our house on Monday for an inspection. Mold was treated, removed and the area dried. There was some damage to our floors and they provided a contact for help with that issue as well. Completely satisfied!

My son and his fiance recently purchased their first home. Like many starter homes there were some issues to address; primarily the strong odor of cigarette smoke as the previous owners were heavy smokers. Due to the somewhat outlying location of the property it was difficult to get any remediation company to even return our calls. PuroClean responded right away, made the effort to get out to the property and applied a four-step process which yielded very good results. Thanks to Luis and his team our kids are off to a fresh start!

Luis and his team did a comprehensive water damage and mold remediation in my home with great professionalism. He treated my home with care and required little coordination, working independently. He made many useful observations and educated me, which I appreciated.

The apartment complex we rent through hired PuroClean to come out and inspect our kitchen after it flooded and it was discovered that there had been some pipes leaking for some time. They worked around my work schedule to make appointments pan out and the representative was very rofessional. Like the saying goes, when it rains it pours. That was the situation I found myself in, after a recent divorce, now raising 5 kids on my own my daughter noticed a very soft spot in our pantry. I called PuroClean on a weekend during a period of very heavy rain and they still made sure to respond to my call the same day during this busy time. If I could I would leave ZERO STARS! We had an appointment for today between 9:30 -10:30 am with Luis he didn't show or call so I called him at 10:40ish and the lady passed on the info to him to call me. Well I couldn't answer because I was on the road and specifically told them to have him call my husband. He calls my husband and tells him he had emergency jobs and he will try to be here about 2pm or so. It's now 4:30pm and he hasn't shown up or called us. I call him and he said he was very sorry he was busy (which is understandable but have the courtesy to call and let your customers know you can't make it!!) and wasn't able to make it today and that he told my husband he couldn't get here until Thursday. I asked my husband and he was like he didn't say that he said 2pm or so today. Well we wasted a WHOLE DAY sitting around waiting for a no show! I'm glad we didn't pay the outrageous $250 he charges for him to come out and see if we would hire him. All these 5 star reviews had me excited until he lacked in communication and ended up being a NO SHOW! A courtesy call woulda been nice and also not lying!!!

Luise has done super good job for my clients! I am a property manager, I have used him 4 times now from last winter! First time I called him in the biggest snow day in Feb this year, after I called 3 people , no one wanted come out due to big snow, he came out right away, identify the issue, remove the water! I was afraid of a big Bill due to snow day plus weekend! But he did excellent job, but a normal bill, donot even charge us a rush fee! The price was more than reasonable! Now he is the only water restoration company we work with for our properties we managed! Highly recommend him!

Luis was unable to come the first day however called and explained the situation when he had a minute which I totally understood given the work they were doing prior to coming into my house (sewage, and believe me I appreciated him not coming after that). He came the next day with his helper, determined what needed to be done right away, went to work after I agreed to the work, and came back in three days to remove all their equipment. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone I know and use their company again for my own home.

We found water damage in the basement. Luis got my call, arrived at no time, was able to diagnose the issue, and came back the next day to fix the problem. I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

My 60 gallon fish tank had a crack and we had water all over in my living room, one of my friends asked me to call Luis, when I called Luis, he was busy with his other appointments, but he made time for me.
