Royal Restoration replaced a roof for me under an insurance claim. The job was professional, timely and handled well, including the insurance company interactions. I was impressed and sought to have them quote on another job at the same location, which the rep said they would do but I never received a quote despite several follow up calls. Otherwise, I would have given them a 5 star review.

Great service! My pipes burst on Christmas Day and I called the day after. They were able to come out within 24 hours. The crew did a great job of clean up and kept me informed of their arrival time (for all visits). They were polite and did a good an through job. The owner contacted me several times to make sure that everything was going well. Excellent communication.

The team at Royal Restoration is top notch. I had a water leak that damaged one of my bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen ceiling. My insurance company connected me with them and they came out right away to start water mitigation. Once they took care of that, they came back out and took care of the repairs. Very professional and treated me and my family like royalty! We used this company after not being happy with ServPro which was a vendor our insurance company assigned us for a water damage claim and luckily my fiancé was able to Google search and find Royal Restoration.

When it came to Royal we never had any issues with communication and the managers followed up each step to make sure me and my family was satisfied. From day 1, the mitigation team was very responsive. John did a great job at explaining to me the work to be performed and each step that was needed to get the place back to its original state. Savas kept me well informed of the progress of the mitigation and helped coordinate the repairs. He even had a good plumber that recommended and worked out great. The repair team led by Ismail did great work as well. There was an small issue that I spotted after they were done and they were back in 30 minutes and fixed it. Overall, very satisfied with the service and work

They showed up promptly after receiving the insurance company's phone call, and John went straight to work on mitigation and remediation. After drying things out, another crew got started on repairs and renovations. Rus, their Project Manager, was excellent. From doing a detailed estimate and negotiating on our behalf with the insurance company, to keeping us abreast of the project at every step, Rus was the consummate professional. Royal's attention to every detail made our project stress-free. The work crew were highly skilled and did a great job. Savas, Serghei and John were angels on earth when my 2800 sq ft home was completely flooded. I called Royal Restoration on a Sunday within 90 minutes crew arrived ready to go to work! They scoped out the damage, provided a step by step plan for emergency mitigation through construction and everything in between. It was very difficult for me to deal with the mold growth on the walls of my basement. I contacted Royal Restoration , and they did a great job. The workers were excellent and extremely knowledgeable at what they do. They are the best in the business!

This review is to not only share my extremely positive experience with Royal Restoration but to also express my sincere gratitude for them literally making my issue disappear within 24hours. Upon returning home from a business trip I noticed water on my floor than on the wall. I immediately freaked out because there was a musty odor and I didn't want my belongings becoming mold-contaminated nor my body! I called Royal Restoration and immediately the owner Savas called me back to fact find and troubleshoot. Within an hour the polite and professional team arrived at my townhouse and got straight to work. I was on a conference call for an hour in another room. Once the call was over I went into the room where everything was protected, moved, and things where being cleaned up. They set up a few machines and then started the construction removing the problem. One worker even left to match the paint color for the new drywall. Within a day it’s like nothing ever happened. This particular office is top-notch, I highly recommend Savas and his awesome team!
