Darryl came out on Saturday and completed the work requested. We had some drywall above our shower that had gotten soft over time due to water. He came out and replaced about eight inches on two sides. He did a very good job. I wish he had completed the job quicker because he left for about 2-1/2 hours just before noon till about 2:20. He came over at 9;30 and was finished about 6:15. He had said he would arrive at 9 am. But the work he did looks good and he repainted also. His price was better than a couple others who quoted us.

Darryl did a great job at one of my properties repairing some drywall and a roof leak. I was very happy with the work and he did a good job cleaning up and even painted areas of the house that wasn't part of the job but he did it anyway which I very much appreciated. I will definitely use him in the future for other repairs, I would highly recommend him.

Darryl of HomePro Masters did an incredible job painting our bathroom that prior to his arrival was chipping and flaking horribly on the ceiling and patches of the walls due to condensation from the shower. We think this happened because it was not primed properly before the initial paint job. Darryl scraped off all the flakes and smoothed everything out perfectly and did a beautiful job painting with the color we chose. It took him all day essentially and we appreciate his hard work and attention to detail!!! Would recommend him to anyone and will surely rehire him any time the paint needs help around here again.

I had water damage in the ceiling at the back of my garage. The drywall was moldy and some of it was previously torn out. Darryl from HomePro Masters quoted a reasonable price for the repair including new drywall, insulation and a custom access panel. The finished product looks better than new. Darryl did knock down drywall (walls & ceilings) in our stair hallway and a bedroom upstairs w/our cape cod style home. I had a great experience with Darryl and his group from Home Pro Masters. They did some drywall repair as well as tile replacement for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were a bit inconsistent on the time that they were showing up each day. I didn't think to ask as they left each day as to what time they would be there the next. I assumed since the first day we talked about 8:30 that would be the time for each start of the day. I didn't think to ask when they left the next day either, but that was my fault.
Other than that, they were fantastic and even added on a small tile job in my bathroom that someone else had not done correctly a few weeks prior, and that I was INCREDIBLY thankful for!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking to have work done to their home!

Bought a groupon for power washing. After a week of leaving messages, I finally caught a real human and scheduled an appointment. They never showed. I had called three times that day to confirm a specific time and I never even received a call back. So I wasted my Sunday waiting around for absolutely nothing. I since left multiple messages for the next few days with no returned calls, and even got hung up on once. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and the complete waste of time.

Long story short, I needed a painter for my 1240 sq/ft rental property in Norfolk, so I submitted a request on a website that sends out the request to several local companies. Keep in mind, I live in Louisiana. HomePro Masters was the only one to call immediately. My property was surveyed and I was quoted for a single coat for the entire interior; walls, ceiling, doors, trim for all rooms. The quote was beyond affordable. I almost didn't believe him. The house was thrashed by the previous tenants, and due to plumbing issues, the painter had no water to work with on site. And even though I had people helping to clean up, the house was still filthy since clean up was in early stages, so he had to make do. Which I appreciate. My only complaint is his communication and punctuality. Certain spots needed a touch up, based on photographs and reports sent to me, and he didn't communicate well on scheduling the second visit, leaving me frustrated. He was also late. Being so far away, I was very concerned. Hence the 4 stars. Communication is a big deal to me. And of course punctuality, since I had to have someone at the house representing me to show him the spots that needed some extra work. However, the job is done and I'm happy to say that the work looks great. I look forward to coming home to my freshly painted house soon. I'm keeping HomePro Masters in my phone for future use, since he does other home projects, and I'd still highly recommend this company.
