From the first phone call to the final walk-through, the response from Royal was timely, professional, and well done. Every person who came to our home, from those who estimated cost to the men who picked up and returned furniture from storage, was knowledgeable and tuned to our needs. Jaime, Edwin, and other members of the repairs crew showed up on time every day and did not run off to other jobs in the middle of ours. Communication was excellent.

Was directed to Royal Restoration via my insurance and they made the experience very simple. Reza reached out very quickly and coordinated the appointment for the project manager to come evaluate the damages. They had a crew out later that day to assist in drying out the place, the tech explained what he was doing and what the next steps would be. Once the drying was complete, they again reached out right away to coordinate the repair. I greatly appreciate how easy they made everything.

Following extensive damage to our townhouse from a sprinkler pipe break, Royal responded quickly to thoroughly remediate the damage and then complete the restoration in a very timely manner. Our home looks new now! From top management down through the supervisors and the workers, the Royal personnel were responsive to our inquiries and overall easy to work with.
