We can't thank MaxHousePrice (MHP) enough for not only the remodel projects they completed on our home, but also the outstanding customer service they provided along the way. First, I'll start with our kitchen. For years we would have just been happy with a dishwasher. The home was built in the 1930s and we never installed one. MHP showed us the full potential of the space and then made it a reality! The entire kitchen was updated with new white soft close cabinets, quartz countertop, herringbone backsplash and energy efficient appliances including our dishwasher! The original hardwood flooring underneath a couple of layers of added flooring were in good shape for the team to restore. Moving upstairs, we also had our full bathroom renovated as well. It is the only full bath, so it gets a lot of use and has been an eyesore from attempted DIY fixes over the years. Now the bathroom is simply amazing! MHP's service throughout the process was phenomenal. Our sales consultant, Meghan Ibrahim, took care of us from our initial contact with the company to the final walkthrough. Sales Manager, Rhonda Freeman, was also an intricate member of the team and provided great customer service. Our Design Consultant, Natasha Morris, was truly a pleasure to work with as she regularly communicated with us about our options and fixtures for both projects. Dave, Director of Construction, was the miracle worker. Saul, the Contractor, was experienced and did an awesome job. Roxana's cleaning crew were outstanding. We purchased our DC home in the 1970s and have fallen in love with it again in 2022! Entrusting our renovation to MHP was the best decision we could have made. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted with MaxHousePrice to remodel the basement of our home. They developed a good design for my space, sailed through the inspections, and finished it with top quality materials. The team was professional, highly skilled, and responsive to our needs and wishes. They are at the top of the list for my next project.

Normally this is a great concept, but this company is exceeding its ability to produce great work. They have more work than they can handle and rather than recognize that...they continue to take it on and produce shoddy results. It's unfortunate, but it uses subcontractors that cut corners and they do not supervise the work properly. Not one time did the Project Manager for my home come out to check on the work, not once. And the subcontractors took their time, cut all the wire for my security cameras rather than ask first and threw away hardware that was not cheap and could have been reused during demo. They ordered the wrong replacement grills when all they had to do was make note of what they quickly threw away knowing they were replacing. Just not professional which is unfortunate, I was hoping for a more pleasant overall experience. At least you don't pay until closing, making it the best feature...not the work itself. Your home will sell, just not for top dollar as they proclaim.
