I received tremendous service from JRG Home Improvement. I called Ishmael about rotten wood around my home. Within four days he came out, gave me an estimate, and completed the repairs. The workmanship, which included replacing wood with PVC, priming, and painting, looks great. I will definitely be using this company for other items in the future.

Ismael came out quickly to do an estimate when I noticed rotting wood around my windows. He looked at my whole house's exterior and came up with a plan and a reasonable estimate on the spot. When I asked if there was a way to handle the problem for less, he also offered a cheaper solution. After considering both, I went with the more expensive one because I felt I got more bang for the buck and it would be more of a long term solution. But I really appreciated how he was willing to work within my budget to come up with solutions, and explain why the plusses and minuses of both options.
When he and his team actually started the work the project ended up taking a day longer than they anticipated because they found some additional issues. I was informed each time they found something so I could decide how to handle the issue, and they were able to handle everything they found. His team were incredibly hard workers, especially since they had to climb really big ladders for a lot of the work and were up and down a lot of the day. They ended up scraping away the rotted wood around my windows, replacing parts with PVC as needed and priming and painting all the areas around my windows. They also fixed some rotted wood, replaced it with PVC and painted the area around a back porch I have. When there was an issue with the paint I bought (caused by the paint company), Ismael ran to the store to pick up more, saving me the hassle of a trip during a busy work week. When they finished a part of the project, they left the area cleaner than when they found it. They were so considerate of my space and obviously really cared about doing the job well.
All in all, I was really happy I chose JRG to do this work. I understand they also do electrical and plumbing, and know I will be reaching out to Ismael for my next project.
