We are so happy we went with Royal Remodeling LLC for our new patio and new gazebo roof. For the price I was able to add a skylight, and better quality roof. Our initial estimate was within budget, and then the added expense for the problems they found once they started were well within reason and not excessive.This company is reliable, affordable, and provides excellent service *every time*. The crew was on time, and completed the whole job in 2 days, including cleanup. We even asked for a new overhang for the back porch and one of the guys custom built it in a couple hours during the roof installation. Bryan was in contact at all time, and onsite multiple times a day to field any questions or concerns.

The roof and gutters look amazing, and we have even been asked by the neighbors for contact information so they can get the same great service.

They were very responsive to our request for roof repairs. They provided me an accurate quote, were on time, professional with appearance and work, cleaned up the work area completely and stood by the quote. It was followed by a same day inspection to be sure the work was completed to our satisfaction and quality workmanship for the company. Great friendly group to work with, from workers to office staff. When we get ready for roof replacement we will call them first for a quote.

We got our roof redone by Royal Remodeling. The owner and whole team were fantastic! They did such a great job, and were so polite and friendly. They cleaned up everything really well too. They also repaired some drywall on our ceiling and painted the ceiling after and they did so well that you can’t even see where the repair was. When they did the work inside they took extra care with blocking everything off so no dust or mess touched any part of our house. Thanks so much for the great work!

The owner and the crew of this company are very conscientious and courteous. They pretty much went out of their way to accommodate us. They pressure washed, cleaned and scarped to get our house ready for paint. They fixed our siding and then painted. Our house looks amazing I will look to them first if I need anymore work done.
