Royal Gutters

I contracted with Riley's Roofing and asked about gutters. I was informed that Riley's Roofing works with Royal Gutters. Royal Gutters came today as planned. They were amazing. They were very friendly as well as extremely considerate. Parking is sparse in my neighborhood, they asked for permission prior to parking. I also was a bit crazy as I have a particular flower bed that is days away to perfection. I requested if possible to protect my garden. They were absolutely amazing!!! I give Royal Gutters a 10 star vote!

Tony knew what was needed to remedy our gutter troubles. The work was done well. We are pleased. The new downspouts are doing a great job and look nice, too.

Fast and effiencet, they are reasonable with pricing and the quality of their work is superb.

Looking forward to working together more in the future.

Orion and crew were fantastic. I was scheduled ASAP. They were thorough and fixed the poor caulking in all our gutter corners and fixed the slope and end cap on one gutter. We've been trying to get the slope problem fixed for 2 years! Thank you Royal Gutters. Also, it's great to be able to find a local company to work with.

I decided to go with Royal Gutters due to the fact that Eugene, who came to give the bid, was the most knowledgeable guy we encountered. Down to earth and honest. This company knows metal!! I had one issue that I noticed the day after the installation and they rapidly came out and fixed it. Excellent company!

I was very happy with the work done by Tony and the crew at Royal Gutters. They were efficient in getting the work done, recommended a small upgrade that will make cleaning the gutters easier and charged a reasonable amount for the work done. I do wish their communication had been better. The first day they were hours later than they had originally said, because of the rain. That's OK but I had to call to get that information. Same thing happened the second time they were out-no rain, but still late, and no communication as to why or when. Thus the 4 star rating. I will still have them do any future gutter work I may need.

Service excellent and quick. Very easy to work with and would recommend them to friends and relatives. Tony was awsome, full of energy and was in control of his staff making sure all work was completed correctly.

Service was fast and efficient! Crew was courteous. If we hadn’t seen them and spoken to them the only evidence of them having been here was our clean gutters. Price was reasonable too!

Eugene was the estimator for our job. I appreciated his honesty and kindness. He took a lot of time with me and explained all the details, showed me samples and other. benefits of going with Royal Gutters. We had an appointment within the week and three people came and did an excellent job. They were polite and considerate of my property. Eugene then called me back after the job was done to make sure I was happy with my new gutters. They are beautiful. Thank you Eugene and Royal Gutters.

Pancho was my sales associate and he was amazingly knowledgeable about what equipment I needed to start out with and he also kept in mind that we are a new comp just starting out and kept our cost down.

The short version is that I've had many contractors who have worked on my house, only three whom I'd recommend. Royal Gutters is one of those contractors.
Royal Gutters is the only place that I found that had wide bottom fascia gutters that also had straight, non corrugated, downspouts where we could opt to have or not have tapered "funnels" from the gutter to the downspout.
They arrived mid morning, in the rain and installed over 200' of gutters on our single story house. I was impressed that they modified the gutters so that there would be adequate drainage slope to the gutter since our house has relative few downspout drain locations. They got the extension that the gutter protruded past the end of each gable the same and at the same angle.
When we discovered that we actually had more downspout drain locations, the charge to come out and install the additional downspout was very reasonable.

Highly recommend! I had basement leaking issues and knew just cleaning the gutters would not completely solve the issue. Out of the three bids I received, Eugene was the only one who addressed my concerns and provided a solution that worked! The crew showed up on time and were very efficient. No more leaky basement!

Scheduling was easy and fast. The crew arrived on time, completed their work, and cleaned up well. It was a positive experience.

These guys are amazing. Called royal gutters about getting a bid, within 30 mins had Tony stop by. Tony gave me a bid right on the spot. Had other guys take days to get back, not these guys. Great price. They have so many options and they recommend me a better option for the shop. I was worried about the 6k gutter being too small, but the other gutter guys said it should be fine. Royal gutters gave me an option I fell so much more comfortable with, the BG7 commercial gutter. Communication on the spot, they reached out to me at least 3 times, which is unusual in this line on work
I was surprised. Custom-made 6x5 downspouts with custom-made large clean out. Their team came out and got the whole project done in less than a day. We had one fallen gutter that needed to be rehung and were worried we wouldn't be able to find a contractor who'd take on such a small job. We expected to pay a high price to get someone out to address it. Royal Gutters to the rescue! They remounted the fallen section and inspected all our gutters. They replaced screws that were starting to fail and got everything totally shipshape at a very
reasonable price. I give them a well deserved 5 star rating and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutter work.

The whole team at Royal Gutters was absolutely amazing starting from the estimate to the execution they showed up with a huge crew and were in and out in one day. They waited for me to get home to do a walk-through. They were even kind enough to help me put my Christmas lights back up. Now I can’t wait for it to rain. Tony, Thank you for leaving my house cleaner than it was when you arrived.

Royal Gutters came highly recommended from reviews. They were quick to respond. Eugene came out for an estimate and was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They had a crew - also friendly and professional - on my roof within the week! I had them check slopes, seal all corners, clean them & reinstall covers, and put a needed downspout in, which only took them a couple hours. They were reasonable and true to their estimate. I’ll definitely hire them again!

They did a great job, totally fixed the problem. But communication was very difficult as the two workers who were here spoke almost no English.

Very happy with the work. I had gutter guards installed, and had a section of my vintage fascia style gutters replaced. Royal Gutters was able to fabricate and match the style so closely I can't tell a difference, and connect the new segment with the existing gutters. With another big storm on the way, we'll see how well the work holds up.

Eugene and his team were great! They went above and beyond replacing some gutters, moving others, and unclogging one gutter. I almost put 4 stars instead of 5 because there was no communication on the day the work was scheduled. I hung around the house for hours not knowing when they would show up. But at least they did show up!

I had gutters replaced in August, kept existing downspouts. I am happy with price, color selection, service, and the end product. Going from steel to Aluminum they seem to be a tiny bit louder, but then it sure beats those 2 waterfalls I had going on from rusted holes that turned into rusted slots! Thank you Royal Gutters! I've used RG a few times now and been pleased -- they have always been fast, thorough, and fair. I was a little less than pleased this last time -- not with the actual work, which was great, but with basic customer service-related stuff from the crew. Eugene responded quickly and kindly to my concerns. He was genuinely appreciative that I told him and I'm confident RG will take steps to improve. I recommend them highly!

The price was higher than some of the other gutter quotes we received so we were a little hesitant at first, but once they started the work it was clear why that was. The team was incredibly professional, fast and paid attention to details. They were done in two days, and the gutters look amazing. One example of their attention to details was that they used a magnetic sweeping tool to find any screws or metal scraps/shavings that they had dropped during installation. That mattered to me because we have two small children and dogs that could have stepped on them. Dmitriy, the salesman we dealt with, is one of the brothers whose family owns the company and he was a very good salesman…flexible, focused on our needs and a pleasure to work with. We’ve already recommended them to our neighbors and friends and would have no hesitation being a reference for them.

First off I will say the installer was great, other than that working with this company was a nightmare. After receiving the estimate and paying the down payment it took 3 weeks for the work to be done. Honestly I’m not complaining about the 3 weeks, what I’m upset about is that no one from the company would talk to me about the project or any kind of time line. Then the installers showed up with no warning while I was gone and my wife was asleep ( she is an ER veterinarian and works nights). There was no call from the company( they assured me I would have at least 3 days warning) and when I called the office to find what was going on no one called back. After hours and my wife calling we finally were able to talk to someone other than reception. I understand that jobs take longer than expected and I have no issues with that, it’s the total lack of communication that upsets me and it seems like everyone in any kind of management position does not care about customer service or satisfaction. No I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done.

Royal gutter is the master of box gutter in Oregon. They helped me did a customized gutter repaired with relatively fair price. Recommended

RG replaced a portion of gutters on our 20,000+ sq ft equestrian facility, which had a long history of gutter problems and leaks. Commercial grade gutters and fixtures were used in the project, which required a large crew working a full day. Now that the rains have started, drainage is excellent with no pooling and other water issues. And the price was literally less than half of that quoted by the competition. I don't give a lot of 5-star ratings, but RG earned the highest marks.

Love Royal Gutters. Large crew showed up. Gutters installed in record short time. Crew respectful of home, kept voices lowered Clean up after was great, swept driveway and sidewalk. Highly recommend.
Gutters look amazing.

Very happy with the complete removal, installing new gutters, downspouts and clean outs. They showed up when they said they would and made sure the area was free of debris prior to finishing. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and I didn’t know a thing about gutters before but I sure do now. It’s so nice the rain goes in the gutters and down the downspouts and not dripping on me.

I had Royal gutters replace the old outdated gutters with new gutters and I couldn’t be more pleased. The crew that did the installation were very professional and nice! We highly recommend Royal Gutters. They were at our neighbors installing gutters on their new house. We walked over and talked to them about replacing a winter damaged gutter that was hanging off of the soffit. When Tony came over, he determined that the gutter could be reattached instead of replaced. Tony and Paul came over and reattached our gutter, used our blower and blew out the gutters and screwed down our metal roof where it had lifted due to winter freezing and thawing. He also sealed the screws with a sealant so that they would not lift. They went above and beyond for us. I am pleased with the experience of buying equipment and supplies. Everything was completed in a professional way. In the final pickup I received extra help loading a difficult machine on my old trailer.

I had a gutter custom made and it came out awesome It took about a week to get it delivered. The guys delivered it to my house today and they put it all together in the street. They then offered to install it. The two guys were nice and were fast. My only problem was the install price. It was a little expensive as it only took them 15 minutes to install and i had already paid quite a bit for the gutter. But I’m glad i don’t have to install it. Thank you Royal Gutters. I would use this company again.

Outstanding work! The way they did changeorders was aweful. Wouldnt give firm price. Gave them extra $100 because of the quality.

Pros: The gutters were installed quickly and professionally. They look great. Price was reasonable with a discount for cash payment.
Cons: The installers were not on time. Fortunately, we had no other appointments that day.

I needed new downspouts and storm drain pipe replaced. Royal gutters was highly recommended to me and they were great.
I’m so glad I hired them and now I’m looking forward to a downpour so I can admire their work even more.

My job turned out to be a little more custom than I originally thought, and Tony was extremely open to the changes made on the day of the install and offered excellent ideas on how to make my install work better. Royal Gutters were professional and did fantastic work, Tony even made a video of the install which was fun to see the work that got done!

Royal Gutters and the crew of guys that came out were beyond exceptional! I'm autistic and don't enjoy multiple people at my home, so when I saw they offered a not contact option for an estimate, I was elated. They used satellite data, imagery I provided, and drove by to confirm without needing to disturb my homeostasis.

They promptly answered my questions about the estimate when it was emailed over, and we were able to get on their agenda for the same week!

The guys on site took the time to explain WHY my gutters needed to be repairs. I could see the physical defect in my old gutters, but understanding the source put me much more at ease. They worked through the rain, and offered multiple check-ins along the way to make sure my muse and I were happy; even offering to get rain chains delivered if it was something that interested us.

Overall, the experience felt very tailored. They were accommodating and communicative!

I just used Royal Gutters for repair of my gutters and they gave a thorough and logical explanation of the job. Slav and his crew checked, cleaned, and repaired the damaged gutters and also cleaned the gutters they installed 2 years ago on my detached garage as part of a roof-replacement job which remained in great condition. The repaired gutters are working well in our heavy rains.
This team inspired confidence as they were knowledgeable and trustworthy in their recommendations and did not try to hard-sell any particular product just discussed things in need of replacement.
