I've had very positive interactions with Sean and the roofing team. From initial contact to roofing, it was just a few days and the job took 3 days, but with bad weather. They left the area better than they found it (and I'm thinking particularly my back patio which is not very accessible). They even took a moment to hook up an exhuast duct to a bathroom fan that the electrician didn't do properly for me. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend.

Sean and his team responded during an epic winter storm, while he was on vacation, and deployed his crew and got to work! The entire team is thoughtful, professional, and does exceptional work. Months later we needed a new roof vent installed and Sean and his team took care of it within 24 hours. The venting was time sensitive and unplanned, and Sean and the team made us a priority. It’s just one more example of a roofing company that is responsive, professional, and does the job right standing behind their work!

Long story short: consistent no show on fixing an issue on our roof that they installed and warrantied.

During the purchase of our home the inspection found loose flashings on the roof. French Roofing did the installation several years prior and the roof was still under warranty. We have contacted Sean at least 5 times since August via phone and email. Each time we’re told they can come within a few days and we agree that works for us. Each time they have not shown.
