What can I say other than WOW! Armadas put a new roof, gutters and skylight on my house last week. Roof only took a day and a half, gutters were about half a day and the skylights were installed within a few hours. AND Lloyd, the owner of Armadas, convinced me to get the solar skylight and I have zero regrets! They have built in sun shades and the skylights will raise to help vent the home. Plus they have a built in smoke sensor in case I'm cooking and set off the smoke alarms, it will auto vent AND they have a rain sensor so if they are open and it starts raining they will auto close. I am so happy with the job they did; I only found 4 nails and one small piece of shingle in my flower beds, they definitely take pride in their work as well as the cleanup afterwards. Keep up the great work!!

We had a leak in our roof, I called Armadas Exterior and they were here within a couple of hours. Lloyd came inspected the roof and had the area where the leak was coming from covered immediately! They had the whole process done in two days after my first call. It was done flawlessly. With their fast and friendly service I highly recommend Armadas Exteriors and would not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Armadas did a fantastic job color match, installation and timing was absolutley perfect and it has been almost 2 years now and their product that was installed is still working great and looks perfect. I highly recommend Armadas

I had a gutter overflow problem recently. Called on Monday and Robert was here Wednesday morning to give me a quote. While assessing the issue we discussed a new downspout, but he found it was clogged after climbing his ladder to the top of the second floor. He cleaned it out, said it will last through the winter, made suggestions for future upkeep and likely need for a new downspout, and left without charging me for the call. If I need something done in the future, and I will, I will definitely call this company to do the job. Thanks, Robert, really appreciated the service.

Armadas provided a reasonable quote and then followed up with great service! No drama, no upsell, just quality work reattaching the gutters that were loose at an elderly relatives house. I would use them again but it looks like the gutters are going to hold fine! :)

Appreciated the communication of the supervisor of the job. She was clear, congenial and precise. She and the two other workers worked well, efficiently and had the job done in the exact time that was quoted to me.

When we decided to redo our roof it was because of a hole that had come through the ceiling. It was stressful and I didn't know where to turn. I had at least 10 different contractors come in addition to our mothers to our home and provide estimates. Not only was Armada the least expensive quote they were also the first people who made me feel like I can trust. Unlike some of the companies out there that just come and send a salesperson to push you into a sale and then hire some other contractors to do the work these guys quote and do the work. It's a family business and it's a local Oregon business and that means a lot to me. Not only are they local they're also excellent craftsmen, efficient with their time and yours and very communicative. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience and I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone. Anything exterior I ever need in the future they will be my first call.

I have nothing but high praise for this company and workers. They did a great job reroofing our house and total clean up afterwards so there was nothing in our yard to show that they had even been there. We had one small issue and within 3 days Randy personally came to take care of it.
A beautiful job well done at a reasonable price.

I went on Angi's List looking for quotes to get my gutters replaced. Theresa called me and we spoke. She was very customer service oriented and friendly. She scheduled the appt for the estimate and then called to follow up with me after I received the estimate. The crew arrived to do the job and they did an amazing job. I would recommend Armadas Exterior without giving it a second thought. I know who I'm calling when I get ready to replace my roof and/or siding. 5 stars!!

Had my roof and skylights replaced. Very friendly and great to work with. The price was in the range I expected. They also showed up to the estimate with an example of the materials as well as a booklet explaining their warranty. The roof was installed quickly and there was no left over mess. In fact my yard was cleaner when they were done. Would definitely use them again

We had the pleasure of welcoming Andrew and the adorable "Shop Dog" Loki to our home for an estimate on a potential siding project. The estimate was fair and competitive. I can’t promise they can do this for everyone, but for insurance purposes, I needed my roof done from quote to complete in four days (yikes!!) AND THEY DID IT!! Excellent communication from start to finish. Their work is meticulously superior while their pricing remains competitive.

Several of my neighbors had their gutters replaced by Armadas Exterior, and when I needed mine done, I gave them a call. I was impressed by Armadas' quick response and the quoted price was very reasonable. They were able to fit me in their schedule in a timely manner. I am very happy with the work that was done! The crew was professional and communication with Lexie in their office was excellent. I would highly recommend Armadas Exterior, and they will be doing siding for me as well.

These guys did a great job! My husband had forgot to put gutters on the shop. Many moons ago. The facial boards rotted away. They came to my rescue. Repaired the dry rot. My son and I think now the shop look complete. Awsome job!

The Armadas team is fantastic! I waited a few months to post my review, I wanted see how well our new gutters functioned in the rainy season and they have exceeded our expectations. We had issues with our old gutters overflowing in certain areas and Armadas took care to correct our concerns with the new gutter install. What set them apart for us is the attention to detail. Of the gutter quotes we got they were the only company to point out that our roof was missing a drip edge. That should have been installed with our roof and they fixed the issue when they did the gutter installation for us. Their pricing was very competitive too with the other quotes we got. Since the install we did have an issue with one section of gutter where the soffit is rotting. Armadas responded quickly and showed up to fix the warranty issue! It’s been clear to me that they stand by their workmanship and I highly recommend them.

Our initial project of siding and paint turned in to much more after finding extensive dry rot damage. Andrew was very helpful in coordinating all the unexpected change orders and working in between the weather. I would recommend Armadas and Andrew, Project Manager.

Want to say it has been a pleasure. These people came out Dec of last year. We had some hiccups but they were always available and got it fixed . Well I had a problem with one piece of the gutter. I contacted through an email on Sunday by today they were out and replacing it. Great team and great customer service. Would recommend

Had water leaking through my siding and AE was able to get me a speedy and reasonable quote. They replaced all my siding within a day and the house looks great. More importantly, the rain stays outside now! I really can't speak highly enough of their work and professionalism. I'll continue to use this company if I have any needs in the future.

Everything went great and turned out awesome(roofing, house painting and skylight replacements). The skylight solar powered blinds are awesome, even though it took several attempts to get one of them working properly, though they were perfect in solving the issue. 4th time was the charm. though not their fault, the supplier of the blinds was the issue not them. they were awesome I highly recommend!!

I asked them to install a gutter on 1 side of my shop but then they saw that the other side needed 1 as well and ALSO I didn't have any flashing so they fixed it all for me. They noticed issues that I didn't and I was happy I didn't have to worry about any more water damage. Everyone was nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

We had a utility Van run into our building and Armadas Exterior was there In an hour and forty five minutes and had the outside of our building patched for safety, that same day, and the owner of the company and a technician showed up, to do the repairs. kudos to you too.

Our skylight blew off during the freezing, windy, rainy storm before Christmas. I was unable to reach the company that put the roof and skylight on 2 years prior. I talked to Teresa at Armadas Exterior, she was very informative and could send someone out in a few hours. Soon our skylight was securely back on and they even cleaned up my mess from trying to control the rain water. When I asked for the bill, all they said was "Merry Christmas". We trust and highly recommend Armadas Exterior. We were also happy to see that they do painting and gutters.

Used Armada's for replacement of gutters on our ADU - they were on time for the estimate, open about pricing and the work that needed to be done. The value was by far superior to other estimates we got as they added two additional downspouts where we had runs of over 30' and still were competitive with other companies offering less. Armada is amazing! My son had gutters installed 5 years ago and I went on his recommendation, we were not disappointed! Recently we had a patio cover built and again we used Armadas! I highly recommend Armadas Exteriors for your exterior home needs. Guy explained the process and materials used to replace my roof. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. They are professional, polite and very tidy. My home surroundings were left in the way they were before the job.

We were having terrible problems with a gutter making noise. I ended up trying to call Armadas after hours, the owner picked up anyway, gave me solid advice for free on how I could attempt to fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, the self-remedy was not enough, the owner followed up a couple of weeks later to see how things went and then fit us in to his schedule for what was a very small job. Whole thing was done in 48 hours at a very reasonable price.

Gutter is quiet now, and I can sleep again. He was extremely nice; his crew was nice too. Will be using them for all our future gutter needs, which is hopefully none because who wants to think about gutters.
