They did a fantastic job helping us turn our deck into a screened in porch and replacing our front porch. Will absolutely be bringing them in for future projects!

Our project with this company started February 2024 consisting of siding, painting, adding on to our deck, underdecking, gutters, and a new front door.

Siding- good work.

Deck- 8 January 2025 not finished and still have issues. Deck did not have rails installed for 6 months. Hazard for my kids and guest.

Underdecking- Install was terrible. Made Royal Exteriors LLC hire an entirely seperate company to tear out/reinstall the underdecking. Royal Exteriors owes this company money and now their is a lien on my house.

Gutters- Good

Front Door- This door is a custom arched exterior double door. The installer installed incorrectly and cut the doors so now one side is wider than the other. The cost of the door is $10,000.

During these projects we had our in-ground pool with a concrete deck removed and reinstalled with stone pavers within 3 months. In addition to this we had 34 truck loads of dirt brought in with land scaping. All of this done before Royal Exteriors LLC could finish this still ongoing project.

I given this company enough patience and time that has taken a whole years worth of memories not made within my home because of the incomplete projects at my home. I have to pick one star. If it was my choice it would be five blank stars. Work is still incomplete 8 January 2025.

Thank you, Royal Exteriors. We could not have asked for a more perfect job. We had two decks completed with TimberTech, and the project included picture framing not only the decks but also all the stairs. Everything turned out beautifully.

They replaced all the support beams to ensure the installation met TimberTech specifications, then repainted and repaired all surrounding areas. When the work was finished, there were no additional touch-ups needed—it was completed flawlessly.

In addition, their communication throughout the project was excellent. The individual who performed the work was reliable, arrived on time, and worked diligently throughout the day.

All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Had some siding damage from a recent storm and they were able to come out quickly to repair the issue.

Great job from start to finish from these guys. We had a rotted siding area beneath our French doors which had let in water from the recent rains. Found these guys and they called me back in seconds. Reasonable price and rapid response - my siding plank was replaced the next day and with a comprehensive solution for counter flashing / waterproofing. Great emergency fix that will probably outlive the siding itself ! Definitely recommend.

The folks at Royal transformed my 50 year old house from original stucco and cedar to beautiful Hardy plank siding and redwood. When I had a recent problem, they were here the next day to repair it.

5 stars! Roy runs a great business. I had a patch of LP siding that needed repaired/replaced. I called Roy on a Tuesday afternoon and his crew had the new siding up and painted by lunchtime on Wednesday for a nice price.

I have never spent so much money at once as I did for my project with Royal Exteriors, but the end result was worth every single penny. I had them replace all my home’s cedar siding with Hardie planks, soffits and fascias. I also lucked into a special offer to replace my 4” gutters and downspouts with 6” gutters and (4”) downspouts—for free! I accepted Roy’s estimate and signed the contract, and Roy was very kind and informative in every way.

He then set up a meeting at my home with himself, Carlos (project manager) and Cy (color and design consultant) the next week to get things rolling. They set up a group text for communicating with me, and I also could reach each of them by phone, direct text or e-mail. Throughout the project, Carlos and Cy were very accommodating to my particular requests and graciously and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. Cy went out of her way to be helpful to me in other ways during the project, whether it dealt with color choices or financial stuff. I truly felt I was being treated like family by the managers and the workers/craftsmen.

The demolition and installation crew—Roly (crew chief), Jonathan and Carlos (a different Carlos)—did exceptional work in removing the old siding and installing sheathing, house wrap waterproofing, and the new Hardie materials, all precisely cut to fit on my house like a perfectly assembled jig-saw puzzle. Their expertise and work ethic were outstanding, and my property was left very clean at the end of each work day. I could not have asked for a better crew for this part of the project.

After I spent a few consulting sessions with Cy to discuss colors, painter Peter applied patches of various colors on the primed planks to help me decide which colors to choose. Peter, too, was skilled and proficient, and once I decided on the color scheme, he masterfully applied the paint to the primed Hardie planks, fascias and soffits. Peter is almost as persnickety as I am! His very pleasant helper, Vinny, was a hard worker as well. I was delighted that the scope of work included repainting my porch, my front door and my garage as part of the project and that they used the highest-quality Sherwin-Williams paint. I’ve had my 1980 house repainted several times since I moved here in 1996, but I have never had a painting crew so professional and less in need of supervision by the project manager or by me.

Next came the expert gutter guy, Juan, and his helper, Jeraldo. Both of them were sweet, hard-working men. Juan was able to devise a way to extend a gutter over the garage door so the downspout could be installed straight down and not have curves that would have been far less attractive. When he was done, he told me to let the company know if there were any leaks, but there are none. The job is perfect.

The last task was to install a new Anderson storm and screen back door, and, with Vinny’s help, Peter did so expertly, as I had learned to expect from him.

At completion, Carlos and Josh (another nice project manager) came by for the walk-through, and they put blue tape on the (very minor) areas that needed attention, and the next day Peter came and took care of all the issues. My house looks brand new, and passersby say, “It looks great!” or “It’s beautiful!” or “They did wonderful job!”

One often hears horror stories about contractors, but I could not have chosen a more outstanding company than Royal Exteriors. I hope everyone who reads this review and contracts with them will have a similar experience. They are THE BEST! I recommend them highly.

I very, very rarely give a five star review to a contractor but Royal Exterior's set themselves apart. Rating contractor's is relative...they all have issues, it's just the nature of their business. Supply chain, sub-contractors, juggling many jobs with only so much labor, etc, it all makes for a difficult business. However, Royal managed to do an oustanding job removing our old masonary porch and building a new one. Their craftsmen, Samuel, Ricardo, and Peter all did excellent work. I was really impressed with their "whatever it takes" to get the job done right attitude. There were delays and few communications problems, but through all of that, they delivered an excellent job.

As a bonus, Royal provides a generous military discount to those that have served!

I will definitely use Royal again.

We currently live in Tennessee and own a rental property in Atlanta. We hired Royal Exteriors to install our siding and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely recommend them to our friends who still live Atlanta looking to have work done to their home.

I would give zero stars if I could, where do I start. First off we were totally rushed to “lock in our rate”because of the possibility of the price increase . The deposit was given in November there was zero communication afterwards. They were supposed to start around the holidays, I had to call Roy to receive an update. Then he said it would be February 3rd, nothing again I had to call him,His last text to me was “I’ll get an update for you” a month later March 5th still nothing, I said just refund the deposit that’s when I get bombarded with texts about we’re ready to start. It’s been 3 weeks and the refund has not been returned, and again no communication. Extremely dissatisfied, given the reviews I expected great service, it’s been horrible!

Roy and Edgar were in charge of painting the exterior of our house. They did a fabulous job and were very professional. Easy to communicate with, professional, and timely. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Royal Exteriors replaced our sidings with fiber cement material for the entire house and painted it. They’ve done a great job because they’re a professional team and they have a well managed workflow. Excellent crews, responsible project managers. I won’t hesitate to rate it 5 stars!

We had some extensive water damage on the siding along either side of our chimney and had been looking for a company to replace just the damaged boards. Several companies told us they either couldn't do it, would have to charge a super high minimum, or couldn't fit the project in for several months. Royal Exteriors came out, found some additional water damage at the bottom of the chimney that we hadn't noticed, and suggested re-siding the entire chimney due to the potential for water damage behind the existing siding. The quote they gave us was way more reasonable than most of the other companies' quotes for just replacing a few boards!! They even included flashing to divert water away from the chimney, and replaced damaged wood. They were able to fit us on their schedule within a week, and got the roof completely re-sided in a day! We were honestly shocked at their team's speed and efficiency, and the work looks great!! Highly recommend for any siding work! They're easy to work with and very responsive, a solid 10/10.

Royal Exteriors installed our front door portico! They were professional and easy to communicate with. We had an issue getting our permit, but Roy and Carlos were there to handle everything! Excellent client service! Our portico looks great, and we hear lots of compliments from our neighbors and friends! Highly recommend!

Roy and his crew were great! They were quick to get us an estimate and quick to get the work done! The whole process from estimate to completion took about a week. While they were fast, they didn’t skimp on the quality. My house looks beautiful- even better than before! Not to mention that they have great financing options, too! I cannot recommend them enough!

Royal Exteriors was excellent. The project manager was hands on. The crews when scheduled. If there was a rain delay they contacted us immediately and rescheduled. The installation went fine, but since then I've had to call four times to get the job done and they have sent me to voicemail, said 'someone else' would call me back, and just ignored me. They can't seem to cross the finish line regardless of how patient I am. I've been trying to get them to finish the job since September...

Every member of the team, from sales to project manager to the installers, was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Royal Exteriors makes a home renovation project really easy. The process from the very first day has been incredibly satisfying. The CAD design made it so easy to envision what our new deck and screened in area would look like. We absoutely love our renovation! The step by step process they use is exactly how we like doing business. They were nothing short of meticulous, comprehensive, and customer-oriented. It was a pleasure working with their entire staff. They totally complemented one another and worked as a unite. Throughout the total project they continued to keep my property so clean. Every day they took great care of our home as they worked. We sincerely recommend Royal Exteriors and will certainly have them back for other projects! Huge thanks to the Royal staff!

Price wasn’t bad & the finished siding product itself looks good however project took almost 2 months to complete & items were rushed to finished so had to be redone several times. This happened with door seals, trim, gutters, gutter guards, paint splatter & pressure washing. Screen came in late, still doesn’t fit & now get no response from our “project team”. Had a neighbor do siding work with them due to the sign in our yard but we don’t qualify for referral fee....what’s the point in offering it if you’re not going to follow through. During initial walk through we asked if they would remove the old satellite dishes while on the roof since we can’t get up there. One would assume when they agree that common sense would be to seal the freakin hole in the roof especially when it was verbally noted by us to please silicone the holes...I now have a roof leak into my master bedroom were you guessed it....is directly under where the satellite was. This is so ridiculous. Would absolutely love to upload the pictures of my lovely roof leak however there isn’t an option to post them. What a train wreck.

Royal Exteriors run an excellent team. They were very helpful during the whole process and very attentive to any and all questions. They completed a wide variety of exterior projects (board and batten, gutters, portico, porch, etc.) for us and did so with excellence.

This group from start to finish is fantastic!! You got to get a quote and once they start there is not a detail missed. I was so impressed and in awe of the work. Roy and the crew at Royal Exteriors are the best. We had 5 estimates, and Royal's estimate came in right in the middle, and Royal was the ONLY contractor that didn't have an issue installing HardiePlank ColorPlus siding. The other contractors tried talking me out of it. Everything was perfect, arrived on time, the Operations Manager, Cy, was easy to reach if I had a question, and (I loved this) the South East regional rep from HardiePlank came out to my house during the installation, to observe and be certain everything was being installed correctly. Royal Exteriors provided a seamless amd quality solution to my roof leaking woes. I had a chimney chase that would not stop pouring water in. Royal Exteriors came out and provided an in depth consult and we agreed on a method. I was impressed on the level of in depth knowledge they had. We learned the chase needed some new framing timbers, siding and plywood. They also discovered why my chase was leaking due to a lack of proper gauge metal step flashing. So after that was taken care of they began installing house wrap. Overall job well done. I would recommend them because they were friendly and took my problem serious.

I only have good things about Royal Exteriors! After vetting six different companies over the course of six weeks for our 1970's home exterior renovation, I decided on Royal Exteriors because they ultimately shared my family's vision for the type of transformation we wanted for our home.

Management was very upfront about cost, time and scope. Invoicing and payment schedules were laid out well before time, and expectations were negotiated between both parties ahead of time.

I think the best part about Royal Exteriors is their attention to detail and communication with the customer.

Royal Exteriors is James Hardie certified and I can personally attest that they install Hardie products the correct way, which is extremely important in terms of the James Hardie warranty.

The biggest testament to Royal Exterior's work product is the continuous compliments we get from neighbors and strangers alike about just how amazing our house looks. We get compliments weekly!

I saw Royal Exteriors working on my neighbors home. They had the qualities I liked in a company. They appeared to be punctual and appeared to have a good work ethic. I needed work done on both of my chimneys that had been destroyed by woodpeckers and squirrels. I entertained two other companies but they came in short- they were just willing to do whatever I asked. Royal Exteriors came out for an estimate and were hired on the spot. What impressed me the most was the extensiveness of the estimate and how they explained to me what I needed long term. They began work the following week and were done in a few days with the construction work. Due to weather, painting was scheduled a little later, but they matched it perfectly. For the final QA, they were very attentive to my requests and never rejected a single item. If you want a great team, very professional and knowledgeable, this is who you want to hire. I will be hiring them when it's time to replace the remainder of my non hardi plank siding.

We determined that there was moisture damage to our home at the lower part of the stone facade. We decided to have all the stone removed, repair any damage and reface. We replaced the stone with James Hardie shakes on upper and lower exterior. Royal Exteriors was far beyond any other company with regard to the quality of presentation. This quality remained consistent including overall project management. I am a Realtor and I needed details and a sense of urgency. Our home had water damage to the siding on 3/4 of the exterior. After research and speaking with a couple of other companies, we chose to use James Hardie siding and work with Royal Exteriors.
