This company, the owner steals from you and does not respond and tells you that the insurance company did not pay him. He is a thief. He keeps your money and does nothing. He is irresponsible. He calls you and tells you in a few days I will come. He is a person who wants to live with money. Of the rest, the people who work for him do not pay them

I had Manny come out to do a roof inspection because I had several missing shingles due to wind/storm damage. He was very professional when he came out to take his images and the team at Royal American provided great and fast service to get my shingles replaced. Very responsive and at a great price.

Mr Brandon was very helpful and responsive ( excellent customer service) .They’ve done a Beautiful job and I don’t know how they can get it done so quick with that level of quality!
I wasn’t sure at first but they did a free inspection and guided me through the process with the insurance as well. Great job overall

Reported wind damage to porch and garage. Company found damage on roof and gutters. Roof and gutters fixed in April. Porch and Garage still not fixed. Each week, I'll be there next week to complete. Never give payment unless project is complete. Integrity of owner is obsolete. Would definitely not use or recommend this company. Shame on the owner.

I was driving on 116th Street tonight at about 10:35 tring to get on I-69 south and one of this companies vehicles drove up behind me with his brights on. I have trouble seeing at night in certain conditions and all I could see in my mirrors were the lights from a big truck behind me. Because I couldn't see I slowed down so the truck would go around me and instead the driver got as close to my bumper as possible and stayed behind me all the way down the interstate entrance. After we were on the interstate the truck got beside me and wouldn't let me merge and almost forced me off the interstate at 106th street. I dont know what your company stands for but harassing drivers in a community you supposedly serve doesn't seem very American and seems more like road rage.
I was finally able to get around your companies truck where I was able to see the license plate, something like foamex or roamex, I'm not too sure, I was just trying to get away from the driver.

We had an exceptional experience with royal American exteriors . In addition to our roof shingles and gutters being replaced, two new stainless steel chases were installed. Excellent coordination by the service personnel involved.

I got a free roof laminated upgrade and gutters from Gordon at RAE. They did everything on time and I saved money !

I called royal American exteriors for my storm claim. Brandon answered right away and took care of the restoration work within 5 days. They are extremely professional and they genuinely care about the service they are providing to their customers. I would recommend them and their team to anyone in Indianapolis!

It took a long time to get completed. They pressured me into trying to get more money from the insurance when I asked them not to. I had to follow up multiple times and felt like I was on the bottom of the list. I was not impressed with their work and if I questioned it he would say that's normal. Then I got calls and voicemail from 4 different people hounding me about getting their check. I got it to them and they lost it. Had to call the insurance and get another one while they continued to bug me. Would not recommend.

I paid Royal American Exteriors premium price because i didn't want to babysit a contractor to make sure they did a good job based on their reviews, but I now see that they are all false reviews. I trusted that they would provide an excellent product and execute it well. Thats not what happened. I really wish i’d gone with a more quality roof contractor. Im so disappointed with his work.

I called Brandon for a free inspection due to some interior leaking in my bedroom. He was out here the same day. He showed the storm damages on my siding, roof, gutters so I filed a claim with Nationwide. Brandon met the adjuster within two days and took care of my home claim. He guided throughout the insurance process. His team came out out 3 days in a row to fix the exterior and interior damages that the insurance paid for. I only had to pay $500 for my deductible. I’m very satisfied with his company’s professionalism and expertise. Thank you again.

I was denied by ALLSTATE , Brandon did a free inspection and was able to have them come out for a re-inspection and they ultimately paid for roof , gutters , and siding. All I paid was for my deductible. I am beyond satisfied wit my my experience.
