I have unusual plumbing. My kitchen sink and one of my bathtubs drains were stopped up. These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix my problems. They were courteous, didn’t make a mess in my house. Roto Rooter came out to help us with an emergent sewer line situation last week. We have an older home and the main sewer line had been something we always worried about. We’ve had a few companies come out and really put the pressure on us about it and always quoted the job terribly high to replace.

When they came out last week, the tech was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. He made sure to try to fix up the drain to allow for water flow until we could have the owner come out to quote total sewer line replacement. Mr. Jay came out and explained everything that would need to be done - the quote was the best we’d gotten, even after being nervous about it! They scheduled to help get us taken care of quickly and finished the sewer line replacement in a day! I am thoroughly impressed by the knowledgeable people that work here and the way they approach helping customers understand and helping them take care of their homes.

So I was getting ready for bed the other night and noticed a noise from under my house which would end up being a leak. Upon further inspection I knew I had to get my water shut off fast. Being without water and having a wife is a hard thing. The very next day I call Roto Rooter of Clarksville TN and a gentleman calls me back by the name of Matt and explains it’s something they see everyday and not to worry. No sooner than I hang up my phone I see a Roto Rooter van coming down my street. In all reality it’s probably 15 minutes and they show up and very professional. He gets the tools needed and disappears under my house for 10 -15 minutes and reappears saying all fixed. Upon coming out he talks with me and explained everything he did and also said he did an inspection of the other pipes to make sure there were no other leaks. The hardest thing to find nowadays is affordable, reliable,and great service and hands down Roto Rooter knocked it out of the park and we will use them for any services they offer. Thank you I would recommend you to anyone as I know they will be in good hands.

Best plumbing service in the Clarksville area. Owner has some of the best knowledge and staff. Any problem you have these guys can fix I highly recommend.

My father used this company for my house. My shower was making a rattling noise. They took a piece of plastic out of the shower head that said would fix it. It didn't fix it and it was costly for the service. I ended up just buying a new shower head and that fixed it. The two plumbers were very nice and thought they had great customer service. I called back because my hot water heater was leaking. I thought it was related to the rattling pipes with the shower head. The front desk said I would probably have to replace the whole thing depending on the leak. They never showed because they were backed up after I called back for an update and decided to cancel.

Called to have two showers, a leaky toilet and a leaky sink fixed the lady who answered the phone was friendly and got Matt scheduled to come over to fix everything that week! It’s all good as new, thanks!

We called Roto Rooter for an emergency septic system pump and service Friday morning and they were able to come out on the same day. The techs, SB and C were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!!

The guys who came out were so nice and friendly. They didnt seem bothered when I followed them around and asked questions. Took some extra effort to find my tank since I didn't know where it was but unlike the other company I dealt with they didn't give up. Thanks again.

I had a septic tank blockage/back up. They responded promptly, located and temporarily fixed the problem until they could come back and permanently fix the problem. I felt the price to locate and temp fix the problem us fare.

I had a toilet back up on me. I immediately called a well known company in town that does HVAC and plumbing. I’ve used this company before and they wanted me to wait 2 days due to the Thanksgiving holiday before they would send someone out.

I then went on google and found Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered the phone gave me a window for the technician to arrive. Matt Harris (the technician) arrived with another gentleman by the name of Zach. These two guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and found my problem almost immediately. They had A very nice snake type tool with a borescope-like camera and allowed me to view and take a picture of my broken pipe.
We believe that a third party telecommunications company hit my sewage line accidentally while boring with a ditch witch to run their fiber lines. This is pretty common and Vicki Harris who answered the phone was able to give me the main number to save me from dialing endless numbers and waiting on hold in order to find the right dept.
I’m extremely happy with the professionalism and the level of service I’ve received thus far. The estimate that I received to fix my issue was substantially lower than what o expected and I have a realistic idea of what this type of work costs. I am going to schedule the work through Roto-Rooter and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I'm a local business owner that used this company to clean our grease traps. Apparently they do not clean the collar on the trap which is only 3 inches, but they are more than happy to charge you a service call to clean it. Sounds like they skimp on quality work so they can charge you to make service calls.... Bad business practices!! Wish the lady on the phone was nicer too........ Looks like not carrying a toilet bowl brush on your trucks just lost you a commercial account.

Same day service, reasonable rates, detected a second problem and asked before taking care of it as well! As an out-of-area, retired military homeowner, we were quite pleased they accepted payment by phone, to accommodate us!

Called them up yesterday about a busted hose pipe. They were here within about an hour, which was great since another place I had called said they wouldn't have anyone available till the next day. The guys were very nice and had me fixed up in no time. Would definitely recommend them.
