The office staff, Olivia, is very helpful and has the ability to explain things well. The plumber, David M., came out to the house and showed me video of exactly where our problem was in the sewer line, and he fixed it. He also sent me photos of the line (roots had grown in it) and gave me a fair price to fix it. My experience with these people was good. I was very pleased. Great job.

Don’t ever use these people they are crooks. I needed an estimate on some work done in my yard for a building. They text me and emailed me that there was no charge and then when the guy came out here, he told me I owe them $70 for travel fee, unbelievable I will never refer these people to anyone

Absolutely wonderful business (people). Professional from the answering of the phone to leaving the job site. The team dressed professionally and spoke respectfully. They explained every step and answered all questions. I have recommended them to several other business owners. My wife and I own two businesses in York, AL, so we know the importance of repeat customers. And, I will continue to recommend them.

The gentlemen who came out Monday were gracious and knowledgeable. They came in a timely manner and rescued our drain! Highly recommend the company and the service from initial call to final service.

Had a building sewer back-up problem. Called Roto-Rooter and was able to get appointment scheduled for the same day. Issue was resolved promptly but sewer backed up again a day and a half later. Called Roto-Rooter again they responded very promptly within the same day and sent out another crew who also did a very splendid job. Thank you Kris, Larry, Eric and (other gentleman). Very courteous and conscientious crew.

My whole pipe system had been stopped up for about 2 weeks. I made one phone call and they came out the very next day and fixed the issue in record timing. Did not take long at all. I called them the next day just to HELP me out with a washer drain that i thought was closed off for about a year. Come to find out it was stopped up on the roof and what do you know, the rotor rooter guy climbed on my roof and got it unclogged and now my washer drain is working just fine no leaks no clogged nowhere. Im really glad they helped me out.

member was great to deal with and had a crew out promptly. Crew members explained the issue and had it fixed within minutes

I called them on a Monday, afternoon and was told someone would come out the next day and they would call. No one came on Tuesday, no call. Tried to call about 4:30 woth no answer. I figured I would give them a second chance and called Wednesday morning starting at 8am. No answer until 830. The person answering the phone acted like they maybe forgot to put me on the list? Not really sure what happened there, so some guys came out on Wednesday afternoon, found the clog point and had to leave. Told me they would come out the next day to install a cleanout and do the work and that someone would call. Thursday at 3:50, I call and am told that they only have one plumber and he would be out to my place tomorrow on Friday. Don't give this place a call unless you want to waste your entire week at home.

They broke the sewer and gas line on Tuesday and still haven't came to fix it yet. They didn't tell us they broke the gas line. We started smelling gas had to call the gas company. The gas company said rotor rooter has to fix it

Very unprofessional. They did not take into consideration that my water was continuously leaking. It took 7 hours for them to call back and they couldn't give an estimated time. I missed a whole day of work waiting on them. They advertise that they have several guys but "only so many was available." I will never call them again, nor would I recommend them.

They went above and beyong to fix our stooped up toilet and drain lines. Very happy with the price and results. Very professional.
