It was easy to work with Rot Repair Master from the beginning. They communicated clearly, provided a fair estimate quickly, and efficiently completed high-quality work on our deck and overhang fascia. I needed some siding repairs because of rot on my roof and at the base of my deck. The free estimate was thorough and efficient and I had Taras working on my house within a couple weeks. They were always happy to answer questions and talk about what they were doing when asked, but kept about their business while I was working from home. They fixed my siding and trim and also worked to fix the issue that was causing rot in the first place. It was a super easy process and the end result looks great.

David and Max were fantastic to work with on a recent rot investigation and repair on the exterior of my home. We had Rot Repair Master repair the railing alongside our house front stairs as well as the rotting wood under the front porch. Out of all the quotes we got, not only was their lowest but also most detailed. Additionally, unlike some other quotes, I did not have to point out basic requirements that I had to for some of the other contractors - e.g. that we want all the replaced railing pieces to match the other pieces, so that it looks nice as a whole. The team paid great attention to detail and we are very happy with the results!

RRM was a huge help to us when we discovered some rot on an exterior panel of our house. They were able to send us a virtual estimate the same day after I sent them a few photos and they scheduled the repair the following week which meant a lot to us because we wanted to find out the extent of the rot and have it fixed quickly. They were prompt, responsive and they matched the paint and panel texture so it blends in seamlessly. We will definitely use them again whenever we have any issues in the future!

I am very pleased with the service from Rot Repair Master. We had a rotting load bearing post (that was a critical structural portion of my house) that required urgent replacement. I had consulted multiple contractors most of who provided vague details and expensive quotations. I was very happy with the work Rot Repair Master did on the deck of a property I manage. I had an issue with the deck joists, and they shored up the issue and you could hardly tell they did anything - except there were no more soft spots on the deck! We were very pleased with the work repairing the rotten posts and fascia on our cedar porch. David provided an honest assessment and estimate of the work that needed to be done.
