I can't give a high enough rating for Owen and his team. Every single aspect of the experience was first class. He was able to also help arrange a team to help have the house painted as well as having our deck re-stained. Every bit of the project was done on time and exactly as promised. I will definitely be recommending Owen and Rosner Roofing every chance I get.

Owen, Mike, Jake and the crew were all fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say. Owen and/or Jake were present at every step while the work was being done and always had great info to provide on where they were at with the job. The crew was very polite and cleaned up everything super well when they were done. Our insurance was a bit of a headache to get the roof approved but Mike came out and did an extra inspection at the insurance’s request and really helped the approval along. Our roof and gutters look great and were done within 2 days of supplies being delivered. Owen was very attentive to our project throughout the process and Jake knew every detail of all things happening at all times. We have an attached house so the Rosner team coordinated everything with our two neighbors and the process couldn’t have been more seamless. I highly recommend Rosner! All of the houses on our block have had their roofs replaced this year from the hail and by far Rosner was the most efficient and professional. Our neighbors have had multiple instances of other companies having to come back because they forgot something or did something incorrect. The other companies also were not as attentive to mess and nails on the block where Owen’s team went over every inch cleaning up. 5 stars! Great experience all around!

After a significant hail storm in May we contacted Rosner Roofing on the recommendation of a family member. Owen and his team gave us excellent service. Owen knew exactly what needed to be done, dealt with insurance and permits. Guided us through the process. Old roof was removed and new roof put on in two and a half days. All was cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend Rosner Roofing. (And Owen was so sweet to my dog! ❤️)

Owen and team were great helping us fix an issue we were having with a steep section of our roof. The existing south facing shingles were literally falling off the roof due to the steep slip and hot sun. Owen offered up an economical solution to replace that section with a different higher quality brand that should be more durable. Installation was fast and it looks great. I also appreciated how they took the time to clean up really well. The even went through our yard with a big magnet to suck up any stray nails that may have fallen in there. I will be calling Rosner for any of my future roofing needs.

Owen Hall has always been super responsive on all my roofing needs, and he will be my first call when the time comes for a new roof on my house and/or apartment bldg.

I haven't used Rosner Roofing because we don't need a new roof yet.
However, I will definitely use them when we do. I needed someone to take a look at the roof to see if we had any damage and needed to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised when Owen responded so quickly, came out on a Sunday, wrote up a description of what he found, and didn't charge us anything. Thanks!

Owen helped us through the process of getting our roof replaced due to hail. He explained every step and was extremely helpful dealing with the insurance and making sure their estimate was correct. He was with his crew on the day of the install cleaning up and making sure we were taken care of. Best roofing company I've ever experienced. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Owen will not disappoint.

I needed a skylight and gutter replaced quickly before the cold weather set in and saw that Rosner Roofing was a nearby business with good reviews, so I gave them a call. Owen (The owner) was friendly and discussed what I needed and worked with my schedule to swing by and take a look at the work that needed done. He looked everything over, gave me a good verbal idea of what would need to be done, cost and timing. He then had an estimate in my emailbox later that same day. Once I confirmed I'd like to go ahead with the work, Owen got the unusual size replacement skylight ordered and got it and the new gutter installed only a few days later. Both look great! Next time I need any roof work done, I'll give Owen a call since I know he does solid work and is local.

I can't recommend Owen and his crew enough. I had a leak in my roof and could not figure out what was causing it for the life of me. Owen invested the time to figure out the cause and put in the right fix. He and his team were professional and thorough. When you talk to him you can hear that he cares about the work his team does and his customers.

Rosner Roofing was great from start to finish. Owen and his crew (not subcontractors) did everything on time and within the original estimate, even though there was more work than they thought. Either Owen or his assistant were always onsite to supervise and work along side the crew. The price was good and the work was top notch. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Owen and Company were fantastic! Helped walk us through the daunting process, allaying any fears or apprehension with solid knowledge of products, permits, instillation and technical know how. Quote to instillation was done in a very timely manner and the crew did a great job, including cleanup.

We had a new metal roof installed in our 100 year old mountain home. Owen was personable, efficient and on time. Their quality of work and professionalism were outstanding. We were not sure that they could stand up to all of their 5 star reviews but they absolutely did.

We had an unusually challenging job—converting a non-functioning passive solar collector (built in the early '80s) into an attached greenhouse with storage. Owen looked at what we had, and made some brilliant, creative suggestions for the roof. He and his team made it happen in great time and top quality. This was the first time I have had to get a roof replaced and was hesitant on the process. I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes. Rosner Roofing had the fastest response, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Owen was so patient and explained the issues he saw and was very responsive to my concerns. I tend to be very analytical and Owen was always willing to help me every time I called. He went above and beyond through the whole process. Going with Rosner Roofing was the best decision I could have made.

It is hard to find a contractor who is honest and that you actually like as a person. Rosner Roofing installed a new roof, partial gutter replacement, roof vents, and completed fascia repair. If you don’t know what any of that is do not worry Owen will help you. He also fixed the leak I was having along the gutter which was attempted years prior to be repaired with silicone caulking (no comment). The new roof passed the inspection with no problems and no gutter leaks during the storm. During the entire process I only had one worry – did I pick the right color. Owen was willing to bring by shingles so I could be more confident which luckily it did not come to that. I need to state that the roofers were great. They were professional and when I asked questions there was someone on site to help me. In the end - I got a great roof and would recommend Rosner Roofing to everyone. This was such a simple process from start to finish. I don’t know if you can love a roof, but I definitely do.

I requested an estimate from 3 businesses for a repair to our roof. Not only was Owen Hall, owner of Rosner Roofing, the first to schedule the estimate the same day I called. He showed up early to provide the estimate the very next day. I still took the 2 other estimates. After accepting Owen's offer, he came and did my repair early the following day, which was a Saturday. He came out himself and worked with his crew, rather than just sending others to do the work without him. If you are looking for a roofing company highly recommend Rosner Roofing, Owen Hall and his guys did an excellent job on my roof in Broomfield. He made sure I got the highest quality shingle (class 4 presidental) which reduced my insurance by $175 per year. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, did an awesome job pointing out supplemental items that were not noted on the original claim by my insurance. They are based in Broomfield so its nice to support local business!

Rosner Roofing recently re-roofed our home and shed and I must say that Owen (the owner) came through with everything we discussed prior to starting the job an then some. The roofing job included a new addition we had built on the home and required a separate roofing permit. This required Owen to make several trips to the city to work out some last minute details. Owen made all of the necessary trips to ensure that the city was satisfied with their requirements. Owen had absolutely no issue working out the details and his commitment to delivering the roofing job at the price we initially discussed had not been impacted. The job was completed on the schedule we had discussed and the quality of his work is outstanding. Rosner Roofing is a business card that has become part of my file for future needs and referrals.

We had just bought our first home and very shortly after it got hit by a bad hail storm, our windows broke and roof was trashed. We called 9+ companies to see about getting our windows boarded up and no one was able to come out. Luckily, our neighbor had Owen out boarding up her windows and he happily came right over and boarded up ours as well. This was such a huge relief! He didn't expect anything in return and put no pressure on us to use him for our roof repair, etc. In the end, he and his crew did our roof, gutters and painted. We have worked with plenty of contractors through the years with various projects. We expect a certain level of competence, dedication and costumer service. Many have met our standards, several have disappointed us, but very few have exceeded and gone beyond what we had hoped for--Rosner Roofing company has been one of the best! I wanted to tell you about my most recent experience with this company. I called and spoke with the owner, Owen and explained what I found out about my roof and he said he would be out the very next day which was Saturday to check out the roof. No call no show; no call no show the next day. I have not heard from him since. I was really surprised and really disappointed. This was the less than preferred from my standpoint.

Drew took the initiative to be here when the insurance adjuster came and helped point out obvious hail damage even on my 24 year old shingles and I got a favorable ruling from the insurance company.
Owen then took over and made sure all aspects of my claim and the associated work was completed, doing a lot of the work himself. He and his office staff handled all correspondence with the insurance company, permitting, etc.
All work was equal to or beyond what I expected and I would recommend Rosner Roofing for your roofing project.

We hired Owen Hall from Rosner Roofing during a home sale situation. We didn't realize we had hail damage on our roof that the home inspector found when our home was under contract with a buyer.
