Eric has handled all my claims through the past 10 years and he has always over performed in working with me and my insurance company. All damage was repaired to perfection, and the workers were respectful and did an exceptional job to include clean up. The thought of replacing my roof shingles was such a daunting idea. Fortunately, Eric was working on a neighbors house and he took the time to tell me what to expect. He advised me to first get an assessment from my Insurance company and then call him. He reviewed the report and explained that the company did not take some important details into consideration, which he took care of himself, and then went on to show me the information I needed for my HOA for approval. His foreman arrived at 6:30 and began protecting my property and shortly after his team began the job. They worked like a fine machine and by 2 pm they were gone and my home was left with a beautiful new roof and not a sign that anyone had been there. Eric is a very rare person with such a great head for business, a respect for his workers, ethics and great understanding. I highly recommend his company for their work and him for being the exceptional person he is.

I had an urgent need to get my roof inspected to determine where water was entering roof vents and causing water damage to the interior ceilings in three of my bathrooms. Company Roofing and Exteriors was referred to my by a friend who had heard that they were very responsive, trustworthy and easy to work with. I gave Erick a call and he quickly scheduled a time that would work for me to come to my home and investigate where the the water was entering the roof vents, he found the root cause to be the original vents that were installed by the home builder were substandard and sent me an estimate on the same day. I hired his company to replace all of the roof vents and the necessary shingles around the vents, the results were successful, we have not had anymore water enter through the roof vents since the repairs were done!

We've had the pleasure of working with Jon twice now to install a new roof. Most recently, the damage was due to hail and repairs extended to gutters, paint and other minor carpentry repairs. All the work was managed well, clean up (which is critical for new roofs) was excellent and timing on completion was great. This is especially noteworthy as we live in Louisville and 6,000 new roof permits were filed due to the storm. We were one of the first to have work completed on our block - thank you Jon! I've had the "pleasure" of purchasing three new roofs in the last 15 years (thanks Colorado hail!) - for the second roof we used Jon and his crew - when that roof was destroyed 5 years later, we only made one call for the third. We knew exactly what to expect - Jon would show up when he said he would, he would explain exactly what was happening and what our options were, the work crew would show up on time, they would be careful around our property and respectful of our time, and the work would be completed on time, on budget and exactly as expected.

On top of that, Jon dealt with the insurance company and the roofing inspector, and the delivery team noticed that our driveway might not stand up to the weight of their truck, so they unloaded the materials by hand. Almost forgot - John also met with the insurance adjuster and was able to explain some of the finer points of roofing material identification - had he not been there insurance would have misidentified, and therefore approved a claim, for lesser quality roof than we had - I never would have caught that myself.

In short, unexpectedly having my roof replaced due a severe hail storm has been a zero-drama experience - many of my neighbors can not say the same. I'm good for 30 years, or until the next "once in a lifetime" hail storm, which, if things keep accelerating the way they are, will probably be sooner than later. When it happens - I'll only need to make one call.

We had severe hail damage in 2016 and were referred to Jon Feltwell at Company Roofing & Exteriors to assess the damage to our roof, deck & fencing. We were able to meet with him right away. Amazing Customer Service. The guys were fast and accurate and cleaned up so well I wouldn't have known the roof had been replaced.

I just had a roof that was wind damaged redone by Company Roofing & Exteriors. The warehouse is roughly 3000 sq.ft. and 3 layers had to be removed before the new roof was installed.
After looking at the reviews and ratings of Company Roofing & Exteriors along with others I decided to have Erick (the owner) come out and give an estimate and opinion on what he thought should be done.
I was impressed with his promptness, thoroughness, and explanations of what needed to be done to both replace the old roof as well as improve it with the newest materials.
After going with these guys, I noticed that he showed up on time with all of his guys ready to go and got it done in the time he said it would take. I was concerned about the clean up of old nails and other refuse, because it is a car and truck shop, and therefore couldn't have anything left behind to puncture someones tires. I must say that they did a stellar job of installing the new roof, of which I did go up and inspect myself afterwards as well as an exceptional job of clean up afterwards.
Erick helped with working with my insurance company to provide what they needed and all went as smoothly as could have hoped.
I have other buildings that will eventually need new roofs and I will definitely use Company Roofing & Exteriors in the future.
