Needed roof replaced after recent windstorm. Contacted ATS Roofing in Broomfield. From start to finish ATS was professional, always receptive to questions and always followed through with what they said they were going to do. Roof is now replaced. I must say my experience with ATS Exterior Roofing and the owner, Jeff was an absolute joy, easy, impressive, professional, properly executed, done in timely fashion, clean, and safe. He was the most professional from all the companies showed up for estimate and was great communicator. He fixed parts that we did not even talk about. After our neighborhood was bombarded with heavy hail this last spring. Roofing company after roofing company went door to door promising everything under the sun to fix our home. Jeff was excellent to work with! They installed siding and gutters to a new garage. Jeff went out of his way to find the colors I wanted even though it was extra work to purchase from two different stores. Their professionalism and attention to details is hard to find these days so a true gem. Elvis and Henri did a great job installing everything. They cleaned the job site every day and made sure every detail was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them for any project you need.

Ats are professionals. Jeff arrive to review my roof issues. He address what will be be done. He also documented the job with photos which was interesting. It showed what was NOT done by the roof installers from 11 years ago. I would use ATS again.

I chose ATS Exteriors based on reviews and that they were a local company. I was not disappointed at all. I had gutter installation, roof and siding repair, and whole house exterior painting done by ATS. Everything was done to perfection. Jeff is very communicative and kept us in the loop as to when certain work would begin as well as any weather delays. Roberto( supervisor) and his team were extremely professional and courteous and were great about seeking our opinion whenever there was a decision point. The paint job is the best the house has ever had. The team took an entire day just to seal gaps and prep for the paint and it looks great. Going to one company for all this work made everything easier and it could not have gone better. ATS is now my go-to company for house painting and any exterior work.

I cannot say enough about ATS… truly, they are the number one best roofing contractor.
A few years ago I had Jeff come out to inspect our roof and he was one of four whom I asked for this service. He was the only one that told me that we didn’t need a new roof at that time, but he told me to keep an eye out for hail in case one day we might. I was impressed by his honesty and, for this reason alone, called him back when, indeed, a few years later, a big hail storm came through our neighborhood and damaged many homes. Jeff and his team.. Matt, Rebecca, his roof & gutter installation crews and his painters.. were just outstanding. They helped me from beginning to end, with calling our insurance company and even with working through an initially rejected claim… which, with Jeff’s help, got resolved quite effortlessly. Jeff was very transparent in everything he would be doing.. the options, cost, timeline, etc… our roof looks wonderful, our decks, also damaged, were painted beautifully, and we asked Jeff to replace our gutters, and he was very honest about the choices, the benefits and drawbacks to each, and the differing costs. Never did he try to upsell us on anything and he was always easy to reach and like the rest of his crew, very friendly, patient, and wanting to do the best job for us. My gut instinct to ask for Jeff’s help paid off and I couldn’t more highly recommend his company.

Impressive siding replacement.

I could not have asked more in regards to the job carried out. The work crew was the hardest working group I have ever seen! In addition, they were polite and very skilful.
The house is something like a show on HGTV.
If I had any questions they were answered promptly by Jeff.
The entire process was hands down the best I have encountered.

ATS was quick to respond to a roof repair request. Jeff was able to come out quickly and give me a quote which was competetive and fair! Because they did so great, i also had them paint all my house siding...im so happy with their work, quality, and responsiveness. Ill be referring them too friends and family!

Couldn't have been easier or more pleasant an experience. I called Jeff and he came out the same day for an estimate. Once we accepted, we had beautiful gutters less than a week later. Jeff helped us choose from a wide array of colors and options. His crew was quick, efficient, and neat. After the job was done, Jeff inspected it, and I asked for a longer tip-out on one of the downspouts; He had a new one installed about an hour later and let us keep the shorter one for a backup. I would highly recommend ATS.

We noticed a leak and ATS came out day of and started on our repair. They showed up every day when they said they would and did a meticulous job. They'll be the first company we call for any future work.

Rebecca and her company were top notch for two roof projects for which I hired her and her company- my duplex and my small HOA. Handling the insurance claim for a covered roof replacement does not immediately make much sense your first time through, and Rebecca guided me the whole way through all the required steps and turned a headache into a pleasure to work with her company. I recommend her and would hire her again if I ever needed a roofing company. Thanks!

Jeff was the first person at my door the day after Fort Collins was pummeled by a hail storm. My first impression of Jeff was that he was well-spoken and really seemed to know what he was talking about .

Shortly after meeting Jeff that day, at least 15 more companies show up at my house soliciting my business! Most of them had fancy flyers, custom wrapped vehicles, and fancy presentations - example: shingle books.

Despite many options to choose from, I ended up sticking with Jeff at ATS. Sure he looked young and didn't have the fancy vehicle, he answered all my questions and really seemed to be a man of his word-
Straight shooter.

Jeff started the job immediately after we agreed to work together. He was on site EVERY day picking up debris and monitoring every step of the process. In speaking with neighbors, no other company in our neighborhood had this level of service. In fact, the "salesperson" who sold most of neighbors was never to be seen again!

I was so impressed with ATS that I referred them to multiple neighbors... both neighbors down the street and across town. Jeff actually inspected a friends house and discovered that even though another company claimed damage, Jeff could find none - saving them thousands in deductible. That neighbor thanked me profusely for Jeff's honesty.

I could go on and on with this guy. Here's a list of some other things that happened on my job:
1. ATS battled my insurance AND waited for payment without any push back.
2. Jeff make sure that our insurance adjuster was thorough - as in, he literally walked the site with the adjuster!
3. He discovered numerous attempts of my insurance company to cut corners on my repairs.
4. He ordered my window the right way, while most of my neighbors had to wait months longer
5. His painter spent 8 hours touching up small hardly visible marks - no other contractor in the neighborhood paid this much attention to detail. I don't even think most actually painted afterwards!
6. He never once showed an ounce of distress about doing it right
7. He went the extra mile and made my roof flashing look great - many other neighbors were not so lucky. I'm happy to show you!
