My home was under ventilated and really hot in the summers. Arrow Roofing & Exteriors promptly came out, assessed the situation, cut in and added additional vents. So thankful for them!

I hired Arrow Roofing and Exterior and was extremely disappointed with the service. Jason and Ric were incredibly indecisive and unpredictable throughout the entire process, which made me question their professionalism. Their work ethic was subpar, definitely not what I'd expect from experienced professionals. To make matters worse, they left nails and roofing materials scattered all over my property. I'm just glad none of my cars were damaged. I would not recommend them.

Arrow Roofing and Exteriors was a wonderful company to work with! Very reasonably priced and were able to get a us scheduled within a week of selecting our paint colors. The main painter, Ron, got the job done well and in a timely fashion considering some inclement weather that cut a couple of days short. He checked every detail and didn’t rush. He was experienced and we could tell he knew what he was talking about, even giving us some good advice and suggestions. Would highly recommend!

I inquired to have an estimate for both a new roof and full exterior paint. They were extremely honest and informed me my roof was in great shape and a new one was not necessary. I was sold on their honesty and integrity right then and there. I did commission them to fully paint the exterior of my home, which they were substantially less than a couple big name outfits in the metro area. They were extremely professional, efficient and very competitive on price. I couldn’t have had a better experience, these guys are legit. Highly recommend them!

My entire roofing experience could not have went any better. They had the lowest quote. They started on time and finished early. They took great care of my house during the process. Everything was protected and neat. Zero mess was left behind. My roof looks great. Even after the work was complete I had a few questions and they were answered immediately. Beyond the physical work, Everyone I met during the process was professional and a pleasure to work with.

These folks get a Five Star from me for a few different reasons. First is the initial conversations were down to earth and easy, no hassel. Ric Ortiz, our liaison with Arrow Roofing worked with us, took ownership of the interactions with our Insurance folks. He also took point of getting the proper Solar Installers to remove our panels etcetera and put them back on after the roofing was done. Knowing I had a pro taking care of all that made the encounters very peaceful. Arrow was patient with the payment process as our Insurance company and our Mortgage Company had a hard time getting the checks properly endoresed so Arrow could get paid.

The icing on the cake was that we had an old Swamp Cooler on the roof that we had intended to remove knowing we would need to put new sheeting in etcetera. Ric and his team baked that all into the contract and now our roof line looks far less messy.

We also had this project happen as Fall approached and we had many different times we had to reschedule, everyone in the loop was patient and the rescheduling etcetera was easy and graceful. We all had the teams best interest at heart, NO ONE GETS HURT doing this job!!! I appreciated his and Arrow's compassion for their techs doing the work.

So to wrap this up, I most certainly would do business with Arrow and Ric again AND I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Nothing hidden, everything up front and when something did need to pivot or change, it was for the better and fully disclosed. No Surprises.

Discovering a leak from your roof on a Saturday afternoon while you’re playing video games is NEVER the move… However, Arrow Roofing & Exteriors put my mind at ease. They answered right away on a Saturday afternoon, I got my appt. set up so quickly. BECCA has been an outstanding project manager for me. I am a disabled veteran and have trouble navigating technical things and legal documents or estimates. Because of issues with my homeowner Association, this project was drawn out quite a bit longer than I expected, But Arrow construction was very patient with me and did not push at all until everything was completed to my satisfaction and my mortgage company satisfaction. I commend both BECCA and the company she works for with my highest praise and will do business with them again if need be.

Was very lucky to find Arrow after another local company we got a quote from went dark and was clearly dealing with internal issues. Our sales rep at Arrow, Kyle S, was incredible — the entire process felt less like a sales conversation, and more like having a friend or family member in the business who had our best interest in mind.

Kyle made the process as easy as possible on us and was always proactive with his communication. He was our single point of contact throughout the entire project — starting with a visit to the property, assessing our current roof, talking through options and their process, and ensuring that I understood what was going on at every turn. Even once we had signed the contract, he was always available (most of the time in just minutes) to quickly answer questions and help guide us through each step of the process (including selection of the shingles we wanted, navigating options, and coordinating install/county permit approvals. The cost was very competitive to other quotes, and the crew that ran the install was professional, efficient, and careful to clean up the job site.

Even post-install, Kyle was a reliable point of contact, and helped ensure that the final invoice was correct and we were happy with the work that was done. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that this is a great, locally run business — the kind you hope to find when you start the hunt on a project like this. 5 stars, and would definitely recommend working with Arrow! Well with all the horror stories you hear about roofing companies I felt more secure working with one that was recommended from my insurance company. Arrow Roofing and Mark, who was my point man for the project, turned out to be outstanding. The crew did a fantastic job on the roof itself and then when it came to the clean up after the job was done my wife and I couldn’t believe how they left our place maybe better than when they arrived. Special shout out to Mark (our point man). His communication through out the whole thing was great and his eagerness to help with all the details from start to finish was impressive. It’s hard to find that degree of customer service today. I hope we won’t need Arrow Roofing’s services in the future but living in Colorado we probably will and Mark with Arrow Roofing will be the first person I call if Colorado weather strikes again.

Mark was amazing to work with. My insurance recently doubled my rates due to the age and condition of my roof. I figured that I needed to file a claim for prior damage, amd that the process was going to be difficult. A friend referred me to Arrow Roofing and they were able to fit in an inspection quickly. When Mark came out he was professional and personable and informed me that my roof was in great shape and even offered to write me a certification letter. I am very grateful they were willing to show up and help me out even though I don't need a roof replacement.

Arrow Roofing was so great with the work they did replacing our hail damaged roof that we contracted them to completely repaint the exterior of our house. We worked with Mark and his exterior painting team, Ron and Mario. They battled some difficult windy weather, but completed the work on time. Our house looks fantastic! Worst roofing company in the Denver area. They can talk the talk but are the least experienced roofing company in Denver, CO and are reckless. If you like people not following OSHA standards, workers urinating on landscaping, damaging your property, having kids on worksites and having no clue what they are doing, hire these folks. You will be surprised how bad this company really is. They are not part of the Colorado Roof Association which validates a roofing company's experience and workmanship skills. We had to part ways for a concrete tile re-roof after two industry inspections found blatant defects and serious workmanship issues, where an inspector told us, these people have no clue how to install concrete tile roofs. COMPLETELY AVOID DOING BUSINESS with Arrow Roofing.
