Rose Roofing is a superstar company that worked with me till the end! Not only do I have a beautiful brand new roof but they also fixed and painted some damage that occurred naturally with a project of that scope and size. The entire staff was professional and helpful. I do like my new roof however, when going over my scope of work I did notify them I had new gutters and gutter guards and asked they be careful and not damage them. I also said something the day of my install. It ended up yhat yhey had to replace the gutter guards on their dome durle to damage. Had I not taken a step outside to check on their progress I would have never seen it. They also out the wrong vent for my dryer on the roof and had to come back and out the correct one on. I do love the look of the architectural shingles. Very nice. If not for the 2 issues I would have given them 5 stars

The roof replacement process what Rose was so much simpler than expected. From getting the right public adjuster to get the claim approved to assistance with the deductible, I was impressed every step of the way! We are delighted with the roof replacement completed by Rose Roofing. The roof looks great, and our neighbors have even made positive comments about its appearance. All of the roofing professionals who advised us and those who completed the actual roof replacement were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The clean up job, after the roof was finished, was amazing. The roofers raked our lawn and driveway with magnetic rakes that picked up any nails that fell during the job. They swept our porch and deck, and left the area better than they found it. Two days later, I opened a closet and discovered that a small portion of the drywall ceiling had collapsed leaving a hole. I reached out to our project manager Patrick, and he arranged for a crew to visit our home the same week. The crew carefully replaced the closet ceiling and repainted it making it as good as new. Again the clean up was thorough and everything looked terrific. We highly recommend Rose Roofing for any roofing needs you may have.

Rose Roofing and its team did an excellent job on our roof for our home. Dealing with the members Rose Roofing was easy and their crew who did the work was conscientious and did a great clean up job when done. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The project managers were very professional, were knowledgeable, and explained the process, showed pictures, and were informative during the decision making process. As a true skeptic, I am very pleased from beginning to end. Nicholas, Kellie, and John has made this experience so easy. So professional and I enjoyed talking with everyone, felt like family. The workers did a fabulous job on every detail and returned on any minor deficiencies I had. I recommend Rose roofing for all your home needs. I feel like I have a new home. One happy soldier that the insurance paid every dime on this.

So I was first worried about the lack of communication and doubtful they’d show up to do the job. HOWEVER they were there early and ready to work come the say they were supposed to. The foreman explained the entire situation and make things make sense to me. After that Conversation my faith was fully restored with the company. They did a wonderful job and made extra sure that they got all the roofing nails, especially out of our backyard where our animals play. They also told me that if we had an animal step on a nail that we had to rush to the vet that that would be covered and if we had any flat tires from any being missed in the driveway that would also be covered. I don’t know many companies that would do that anymore. I highly recommend this company to do your next roof.

Before I tell you all how amazing the roof is, I have to take a few steps back to give this some context. April 2024 there was a hail storm that damaged the roof. Mt next door neighbor has a roofing and construction company. He asked me to contact my insurance to see if they would please the roof and he would do it for a “neighborly discount”. The insurance company denied me because the of the age of the roof.

Then I received a letter stating they where no longer do home owners insurance and I need to get have insurance by May 25, 2024. This is where it all begins. Cena, an awesome sales person was canvassing the neighborhood around May 14th and stopped to talk to me. he inspected the roof and showed me the damage. I told him what happened and he asked if I would give Rose a try.

They work with man excellent public adjuster AllClaims Pro. They were denied 5 times, but never gave up on me when they could have, and was in constant communication with me every step of the way.

In February 2025 they notified me that we got approved for a full roof and partial gutter replacement. Today is 3/26/25. The roof was installed yesterday with the upgrade Landmark Pro Moire Black shingles and the 6” Black gutter system was installed this morning.

This team at Rose Roofing are some/of the best professionals I have worked with. From, Cena, to Devi and Kellie who pulled at this together, to Evan who came out and went over the entire process with me to picking out the colors and helping me to understand the materials that would be used.

When they arrived they covered up everything around my home (bushes, walkway, deck, etc.) The project Manager on site was Scott, He took the time to answer every question and pointed out items so I knew what was happening. His customer service is exceptional! The crews were respected and friendly. If they were sure how I may have wanted something they came and checked with me before proceeding. My expectations were exceeded beyond what i could have asked for or imagined.. Oh, the clean up after all work was completed was next level. Photos are before and after, looks so much better in person!

Was introduced to Rose as they were canvassing our neighborhood after a storm and we were actively in the market for a new roof, so great timing. The steps of identifying damage, making the claim, and working with insurance to process the claim was all handled by Rose, and handled well - in the end all we had to pay was the deductible. Working with our PM to pick shingle style and color was painless, and work started and was completed on schedule with no complaints. We just had our first snowstorm with the new roof and it’s held up great. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! The work crew showed up on time and immediately started to work! They were courteous and friendly and worked all day long on the cold n wind! Took over 7 months for our insurance to finally approve the roof replacement but Rose Roofing was always stopping by to do minor repairs at not extra cost while insurance finally approved.

In a matter of weeks, we went through the entire process and had a replacement roof installed and done. Definitely would recommend the service.

Rose’s did a great job with the actual work; however, it took over three months to get it approved with insurance and actually repaired, which I’m not sure why. It leaves the homeowner a lil anxious when it’s raining! Everyone was very nice and professional.
