Alex was very professional. We had some siding And soffit repairs that needed to be taken care of. He responded immediately via email. Came out within a few days to give us an estimate on the work. Got the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend Rose Exterior’s to everyone.

This company did siding, soffit, and facia. They came every morning at 6am and stayed till 4:30 or later. Working all day. Friendly. Cleaned up after themselves. Great company! Definitely will be back!

Requested for someone to come to our house and give a quote for a covered porch. They didn’t even come to the house to look at our needs, and gave us a quote that was 3x higher then the other quotes. They have no idea on what we what done and shot a quote blindly. I’m guessing they don’t need the work.

Rose Exteriors was responsible for a major roof and gutter re-design for our home in 2017. We had met with several other companies and no one wanted to tackle this project. They did an excellent job. Since, then we noticed a couple things that needed attention, a minor gutter problem, and in past month, a small repair to some flashing. Both issues were resolved immediately, without question, and even went the extra mile in cleaning out our gutters while they were making repairs. We won't hesitate to call Rose Construction for any major construction project we have in the future.

The work they did for me was excellent. The crew was fast, polite and knowledgeable. Clean up after the job was finished was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Installed a metal roof on a historic building -- excellent work and even came back to correct something that was not their responsibility. Very knowledgeable and will offer free estimates. I am a real estate professional and they are on my list of preferred contractors.

The workers seem skilled, the foreman was polite and helpful. They changed the date of install without notice and tried to deny it until I provided proof. Unfortunately, the company charged me extra for sections of the roof that were supposed to be on the original quote, but later were claimed hadn't been included despite my request, at least $500 extra. Some workers had little concern over personal property, leaving messes in my yard and porch, damaging personal property with not as much as an apology. Sections of roofing material were left hanging off the edges until I brought it to their attention. They had agreed to hook up all vents/ventilation, but didn't even attempt to hook up one of my exhaust fans, and I was forced to crawl into the attack to even let them know its location. The job was quoted at 1 day, but it took 2, with zero communication about this fact. Most of the on-site problems were caused by the 2nd day crew. If it wasn't for the foreman this company would have received 1 star.
