I HIGHLY recommend using Rooftop Solutions we have done business with them now multiple times and every time has been an awesome experience!

We have no immediate experience with the quality of their rooftop work. However after an experience in Rexburg with an individual driving a vehicle with RTS Rooftop Solutions vehicle and their telephone number, we would never recommend this company. The way the driver completely disregarded motor vehicle laws, regulations and safety is atrocious. He speed across on coming traffic and nearly sideswiped another vehicle never once using a turn signal or clearing the lane to make sure he was colliding with other vehicles. He may have been too distracted on the phone or listening to music as he was had headphones on. His actions raise concerns and questions about safety and following standards for roofing.

I’m writing this review for Eric Webb. Long story short, there was reason to believe that one of the roofers had put a scratch into my truck while working on the roof nearby as they worked on my apartment complex. Eric made it right as I contacted him about the incidence. He offered to pay for detailing to get the scratch buffed out or repaired, whichever was necessary, even though he had reason to be skeptical. I got it buffed out but costed a good amount of money. He reimbursed me for the detail job in full. If this man of integrity is any reflection of Rooftop Solutions as a whole, the company is in good hands. I appreciate it Eric!

I am very impressed with this company. The estimator was able to come out quickly and explained clearly what I had and what he thought I should have done but was good about explaining my options. I feel like the price was competitive and the crew that came out and did the work was good. The work was done quickly and they did a very good job cleaning up the mess after. Office staff was professional and very helpful each time I called. Will be using them again for future work!

Working with Rooftop Solutions has been an amazing experience. We met with them and a week and a half later we had a new roof on! Not only that, but they worked with our insurance company to get not only two sides of the siding replaced, but the whole house (due to our siding being discontinued and our house not being wrapped with Tyvek.) I can’t say enough about this company for going the extra mile. Would definitely do business with them again.

Rooftop Solutions did an amazing job with our roof. They were fast, professional, and the roof looks perfect. Within a week of meeting with them, the roof was completed. The roof itself was put on in one day. I highly recommend this company

I contacted Josh the owner, and he mentioned he would get right on our roof leak. I had to follow up two to three times and Roof Top Solutions was not solutions for use, "THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!" we had to end up calling another roofing company! Poor service, poor follow through!

Very professional work, helped me to connect with just the right color of shingle to complement the houses' colors. When a skylight was found to be leaking (three years after initial installation) they made good the correction. I could not be more satisfied. Thank you!

I had Rooftop Solutions to place a TPO membrane 4 inches of insulation ,new metal fascia and soffits, and new gutters. The overall work on the house is excellent the crew out here have cleaned up every night, ask for my preferences on looks and placement keeping me informed of their progress. The craftsmanship is outstanding work and the ability of the crews and foremen have been above expectations. I should know I worked in the mobile home industry for a while working with metal and roofs.
Here is the down side. From my understanding there was a change in managers (or lack of one until after job started). My job was delayed a week at the last minute. I had to call the office to find out since no one showed to work for two days. Delayed again due to foreman illness. Delayed due to materials. In short the communication with the office was slow and sometimes lacking. Keep in mind that there is a new manager and things has improved.

Overall the price was the best in town I got bids from other roofing companies. The workmanship is outstanding. The communication is getting better. This is why I give 4 out of 5 starts would do 4.5 if I could. I would recommend them to other to do roofing and metal work.
