I went over and asked if he had a minute if he could come look at my roof as the cap needed to be replaced. he gave me a price and completed it within a within an hour and a half. A massive windstorm sheared several courses of shingles off our roof overnight. We were in a panic because snow/rain mix was being forecast for the next day and we could not have our roof exposed. We called Shawn first thing in the a.m., left a message and he phoned back within 15 minutes or so. Told him our situation and he was at our house less than 10 minutes later. He took a look at our lost shingle situation and said he could fix it that day, no problem. Came back in less than 90 minutes with his assistant and supply trailer and in less than 2 hours had us re-shingled, good as new. He even walked the roof and checked for any other possible issues, and was very kind to apply some new caulking around the vent pipe because he noticed it was needed. His price was very reasonable, and he toted my debris away. We are so appreciative of his responsiveness on short notice, being willing to get up there on a bitter, cold, windy day, and of his great, can-do personality. Please hire Shawn.
