Rooftop Chimney Sweeps

We’ve used Rooftop for many years, both for routine maintainable and for a major rebuild and line an old chimney. They have been beyond excellent every time. The,office was nice to deal with, the techs were careful in and on our 200 year old house and its fragile tin roof. They also explained how the new liner et Al work, why problems arise, and how to avoid them. Still a local firm, still the best.

My experience with The Rooftop Chimney Sweeps team was fantastic servicing our gas fireplace units. The technician, Will, was so talented, professional, and friendly. He was very thorough and didn't make any mess. We will definitely use them for our next service.

Eric very professional expert cleaning, checking and repairing my condo’s old gas fireplace. He was thorough in doing his job, diagnosing why the fireplace did not light up when I clicked on the rocker switch or the remote. He explained the problem and what to watch out for to ensure that my condo will continue to have a functional fireplace whenever it gets very cold and my hvac system doesn’t work as well.

Mack was awesome. He not only inspected my chimneys, but also explained everything throughout the process and showed me how to best use the fireplace. Most important though he didn’t try to sell me on a chimney sweep when I didn’t need it. This is a welcome respite from the many fly-by-night chimney sweep companies one finds on Google I’ve unfortunately, dealt with before. I’ll definitely be using Rooftop Chimney Sweeps for my annual inspections as well as some possible masonry work later this year.

I thought I had to vacuum and clean up but Gilbert and his team did a fantastic job . They taped up the area where the work was done and cleaned up no dust or dirt left behind amazing!

Dillon was the most efficient, courteous as well as knowledgeable technician we have had address our issues. his was a long drive from Richmond but we never felt rushed. Dealing with your company was a good experience from the first phone call.

Mackenzie did a great job cleaning and fixing my fireplace. He’s very expert it seems at diagnosing and solving a problem. First rate.

Italo is very professional and strives to understand and complete any issue that presents itself. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Though he normally installs gas log fireplaces our propane fireplace was one of the first he worked on. We had a few issues and he was able to find and understand how to make everything work and explain things as he worked to complete the job. I highly recommend him.

Casey cleaned and inspected my chimney, and provided a detailed report with recommendations. He was very thorough and left my home as clean as it was when he first arrived. A very positive experience.

Mack was awesome! He is very knowledgeable about fireplaces and was able to diagnose my issues and recommend the best options for repair and replacement. Additionally, my ring cam wasn’t working and he grabbed his ladder in order to reach the reset button on the unit and helped me get it working again - above and beyond. Very trustworthy and experienced!

Eric was awesome! He explained everything along the way in his thorough inspection and even found the manual for my fire place to share with me. I’ve never had a wood burning fireplace before, and Eric took time to explain operations and best practices to me. I’ll definitely schedule with Rooftop Chimney Sweeps for next season!

I had my chimney in my condo inspected today by Eber. My husband was home today to let him in to do the inspection.
