Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Provided an estimate on request which detailed everything they would use and what would be done. Answered in detail any questions I had. They did not hassle me to make a commitment which was important to me and they were able to follow instructions and conduct everything over email which was also important to me and something I had requested. Completed the job within one day and you would not even know they had been. They left everything immaculate. No damage to anything not even a plant. A few years Davidson was my third try at getting some storm damage shingle work repaired correctly. They got it right!
Now, after 28 years, it was time for new gutters. Davidson got me upgraded gutters and downspouts with a quality leaf filter system for less than half the cost I was quoted by the big two. Thank you Davidson! Great Job.

They came in about 7:30, out by 5:00. They were quiet yet tore down old roof and were putting out new in no time at all. Everything cleaned up, wouldn't know they were here except we have a new roof.

During the past snow/ice storm a large limb came down and punctured my roof. I called Davidson and he came out the next day to make the repairs before the next big rain.
It was a great experience and a clean repair.

I had hail damage and Davidson roofing did a great job replacing my roofing in a timely manner. Olivia was so helpful she had someone out quickly to assess the damage then had them come back to meet with the insurance adjuster. She answered all of my questions about the roof and working with insurance. She even helped coordinate a plumbing repair that I had going on at the same time. We used Davidson roofing for maintaining a slate roof and to replace a door cap on our entry surround. The estimate process was through and very punctual. The rate was consistent with other firms and they took the time to understand the design requirements. The job was schedule and completed on time and on budget. They did an excellent job and we will use them agin for any roofing needs. The technician and operation manager were a pleasure to work with on the project.

Davidson Roofing installed new roof in 2012 and did a great job! Recently had a leak due to a gutter and siding issue and they came out quickly and repaired it, as good as new! Clean up was excellent and the workers were professional and efficient!

We had some wind damage on our roof and a couple people recommended Davidson (after I had gotten other previous estimates).
I emailed Davidson on Sunday and had a response by Monday. Fitz came out to do the estimate Tuesday; and answered all my questions. We had our whole roof replaced the very next Monday. All in all they were quick, professional and everything looks great.
Fitz even came back out to do a final inspection and walked around to make sure everything was nice and cleaned up.
They are very affordable compared to other estimates I had previously received.
The crew also did a wonderful job cleaning up the job site afterwards. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

From start to finish my experience with davidson was positive! From the initial call for an estimate to be done, to submitting final payment, the experience was top notch. All wrapped up in a week.

As a Lakeside resident living in a home built in the 30's i was apprehensive about the cost of replacing my roof, and what kind of hidden "problems" a roofing company may find. Working with the team ate davidson took all the stress out of the process. Olivia was a terrific point of contact, and i cannot reccomend the company enough.

Previous owner had a GAF power vent installed by them that was only a few years old and failing. It would still be under warranty. They came out and attempted to "fix it" but didn't and it still made a loud scraping sound though the crew reported back that they had fixed it. Davis agreed to come out yet again to replace it but without telling us they replaced it w a subpar brand that sounded like a jet plane in our attic. No.

I would recommend Davidson Roofing. I had a new roof installed along with GAF Solar shingles. This is a long and complicated process. Scott at Davidson and the GAF Energy team were patient with me and were able to accommodate my needs as I had specific requirements when it came to the solar part of the project.
As you can see from the other reviews, this company can be trusted to do a good roofing job.
I would encourage anyone who is considering a new roof to explore the solar option. With a 30% tax credit on the ENTIRE job cost, it may be more affordable than you think.

Davidson roofing has been great to work with and even better to refer! They are always responsive and ready to help. They do a wonderful job with following up and quickly getting clients I refer taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about Davidson roofing. I reached out to get a quote on a new roof and was given a quote in less than 48 hours. I worked with my contact at Davidson (who was responsive and efficient) to ensure that all the things that I needed would be completed and they even helped me secure contractors that could help with other punchlist items for my home. I was given a time for installation that was about two weeks from date of quote, but was moved up by an entire week for the install---they also did a quick emergency patch to ensure that the rainstorm that was brewing would not supply me with leaks over the weekend. The crew arrived early to my home and set up so as not to disrupt my lawn and landscaping around my home. They worked diligently and completed my roof, making sure to replace worn decking, in about ten hours. The entire team from billing and sales to the actual roofing technicians have been great and a pleasure to work with. I have recently had my roof replaced by Davidson Roofing. What excellent and professional work! The crew worked quickly, but thoroughly. They were courteous. The covered the outside HVAC unit, patio, and shrubbery with tarps. Excellent cleanup, especially loose nails, when the job was completed. The quality of materials, labor, and workmanship was a ten out of ten.

We had our flat rowhouse roof replaced with a TPO roof by Davidson Roofing. All the work was done well and on time. They identified and replaced some rotted roof support beams which the previous roofing had missed. We had a followup issue, which turned out not related to their work, but the came quickly and resolved it very quickly and at no charge, which is unheard of nowadays.

We had damage from a hail storm. Fitz from Davidson came out to perform an inspection and estimate and confirmed that our roof would need to be replaced. Our insurance adjuster had worked with Fitz previously and stated the Davidson quote was fairly priced. Their crew did a great job cleaning as they went and the entire job was completed in days. A dedicated crew came by after the install was completed to clean. And the couple small findings after Fitz came back to inspect were completed quickly. We are very happy with the new roof.

When my Husband and I were selling our house the inspector found out that the replace roof we had was not done properly, I called Davidson and they were out the next day. Unlike the inspector we used when we purchased the house, Davidson actually went up into our attic and saw that after a fire the new roof was put on top of old wood (with obvious soot stains) and figured out the the re roof was done by the previous owners family members and was not up to code. The were able to give me a fair and reasonable price. I felt like my Dad was the one talking to me not a sales person which I love!

From the beginning to the end Davidson Roofing company was outstanding to work with. We needed a slate roof and inside gutters replaced on my grandmothers home. I went back and forth on whether we wanted to switch to the cheaper and more common option of shingles or invest in slate again. We decided to finally go with the slate after a couple different quotes I asked Davidson for. Not only were they priced better than other companies the warranty was also better and well explained. From the beginning Daniel made me feel comfortable with choosing them to complete the work. He never made me feel like any question or concern was too much for them to handle. The workers were professional and fast. Daniel kept us informed with where we were in the process every couple of days as well as took pictures so we could see the work that was done. The best part of working with them was the fact that the homeowner my grandmother had dementia and some days she wouldn’t remember that we were getting work done on the roof. So needless to say she wasn’t nice to the workers and even complicated the job some days but when I tell you every single worker completely understood and just went with it until I was able to clear up things with her. That alone made our already wonderful experience even better. Davidson you have a wonderful team working with y’all and Daniel is the icing on the cake when dealing with the customers on the sales side. Daniel’s responsiveness, professionalism and hands on touch with the workers made the process seamless for us. I could go on and on about how pleased we are with the work and professionalism of the company but that would make this already long review even longer. If you are in the market for getting some repairs done on your roof or gutters or need a whole replacement like we did then you have come to the right place.

We had damaged decking holding up a 100 year old chimney and no other company that came out caught it. Davidson did. Joe was so honest and thorough in communicating every step of the way. The chimney has been fully removed in addition to a re-roofing and, the kicker is—the pricing came in lower than the companies who were just going to re-roof around the chimney. I highly recommend this company.

We needed a new roof installation following some minor leaks that were discovered. Davidson promptly responded to my request for a quote and sent a technician on-site within 36 hours. Joe was timely, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which demonstrated his understanding of the subject matter. I already knew we were close to needing a new roof so I obtained one additional quote outside of Davidson and both came in at the exact same dollar amount. Joe/Davidson were extremely flexible and willing to negotiate throughout the process. I ultimately decided on Davidson given my experience with Joe as well as other Google reviews plus their capacity to have a team on-site for installation within one-week. The day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly before 8AM and immediately began working until they were blown off the roof by an afternoon thunderstorm. Joe was on-site throughout the day and clearly communicated their progress, next steps with the storm, etc. and the team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was water tight through the rain. They arrived early again the next morning to continue working on the roof even through a steady rain. As they were wrapping up installation, they spent a significant amount of time cleaning the worksite, including multiple sweeps of the area with a magnet for all of the nails. Joe stopped by the following day for one final inspection for both the roof and the clean-up job as well. I would highly recommend Davidson based on their timely responses, fairness in negotiating fees, quality of installation, and impeccable clean-up efforts.

After interviewing 7 roofing companies, David from Davidson came and I instantly liked and trusted him and hoped his price would be good. It turned out to be the cheapest and I was so excited! They did an EXCELLANT job on the roof, cleaned up afterwards, respected the fencing and keeping it closed for animals and you should definatly try them. DONT waste your time with those jerks who advertise on tv,,,guess who pays for those expensive tv spots? YOU DO!! Go with Davidson, they are GREAT!

Wow! Tried to schedule an estimate to get my roof looked at for a full replacement due to our house being hit by lightening and hail/wind damage and we also have two leaks. After waiting all day for a call back, the guy on the phone asked what was going on, so I explained, and he said well we will just come out and tarp your roof but I'm charging you for that and we will call you back later next week to schedule an estimate. I said I'd like to schedule and estimste first and we will go from there on what needs to be done. Guy refused to schedule an estimate and said he would just call me back Monday or sometime next week to schedule an estimate. I continued asking if I could just schedule now while we were on the phone and he just said no ill call you back Monday. Yeah no thanks! Thanks for making my already terrible situation (whole electric system is fried in my house due to lightning) even worse. Do not recommend this company at all!
