I contracted Jacob's Ladder to replace the siding on my rental property that had damage due to a hail storm. Seth Dorotich, the President of Jacob's Ladder, met me at the property and gave me a quote very quickly. Seth was very pleasant and wanted to make sure that I was able to order exactly what I wanted. Jacob's Ladder also was very accommodating with scheduling the work when I would be in town, which was weeks after they had gotten the materials. Seth also served as my project manager, so I felt well assured that the job would be done correctly. The finished job looks great, and I am very pleased with their work. I also had interactions with Cortni Byrd, who works in the office, and she was equally as pleasant! I will consider using Jacob's Ladder again if I need any other work performed.

Justin, Shorty, and their entire crew did a great job replacing 22 windows in my house. I was communicating with Justin to finalize the quote and scheduling the installation for about 8-9 months and he was extremely patient with me. Very easy to work with. The installation was smooth and the entire crew was very efficient and neat. The cleanup was amazing. One of the picture windows got damaged during the delivery but Justin arranged to order a new one within 3 weeks for free. I haven’t compared their price with other businesses for windows but I’m very happy with the results.

We have used Jacob’s Ladder (working with Justin Pittman) for 4-5 projects (replacement windows and doors, siding, house painting) and they have always been great to work with. The company responds to you in a timely manner, answers any questions you have, provides reasonable quotes on good products, shows up on time, does good work, and follows up on any punch list items that you have promptly. I don’t even bother getting quotes from other companies for exterior work now because I know I’m using Jacob’s Ladder every time.

Terrific experience from start to finish. Emailed Jacob's Ladder and received a response in no time at all. I believe Justin (our Project Manager) came over within a day or two and spent at least an hour and a half with us showing us samples of siding/windows. Communication with Justin continued to be excellent throughout the process. Everything was very clear and spelled out in the contract. We had all our windows, shutters, siding, trim, two doors, storm door and gutters/gutter guards replaced.

I can't say enough about the crew of 4 guys that arrived every day at 8:00. They were up on ladders and working by 8:15. Other than their lunch break they worked until at least 7:00. They left everything cleaned up before they left each day. I think what really stood out their attention to detail in everything they did. Very happy with the results!

It came out really nice, and it looked brand new, especially the edges of our windows. The repair was excellent! We can tell they take their work seriously, they are very professional, and will definitely use them again for any of our house repair in the future.

We had repairs made and our house painted. The folks from Jacob’s Ladder were great to work with. They gave us a detailed estimate, which wasn’t the lowest one we received, but it was complete (We felt the other estimates left a number of things a bit up in the air).

The carpenter and painters showed up as agreed, arrived on time every morning, asked for clarification on exactly how we wanted things to look. Upon finishing, we did an inspection and noted only one thing. We asked them to fix it and they did immediately. Then the next day, the person who had done the estimate came out to do a final check.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Jacob’s Ladder again, and will recommend them to anyone we know who needs additions, repairs, roof, paining, etc.

Crew was on time each day and performed true to the contract. The work was exceptional. Every aspect of the job was very professional, even the cleanup. I could not have asked for more.

Jacob's Ladder just finished a complete siding replacement for us on our townhouse and it looks great. They worked very quickly even with all the unpredictable weather we've had this summer, and the few small concerns we had were addressed very quickly. Jacob's Ladder repaired sections of siding boards that had damage from rot and repainted our home. They carefully matched the existing color scheme and worked with us throughout the process to keep us informed. The crew working on site were pleasant and efficient.

Justin did a great job explaining how the process works, communicating during the process and following up. Freddy and the crew were very professional and showed up as scheduled. Unfortunately they could not finish the job in the 2 days allocated and had to return a 2nd time. This was due to a few windows shipping late and not their fault. I would recommend them on price, quality and timeliness.

Our second time using Jacobs Ladder for a carpentry job was as successful as the first. They returned our call within hours. they came to do the estimate within days. We were given several suggestions for how to deal with an old fence gate that was dragging and difficult to use. We opted for rebuild with a slightly smaller, and lighter gate that matched the existing one in looks. Repair was done when promised and it looks and works great. Jacobs Ladder is not the cheapest bid, but their dependability and the quality of work are worth it. I am just not interested in hassling with contractors who don't call, don't show and don't do what they promised. Jacobs Ladder saves me time and worry. No hassles. I will continue to use them and recommend them

I highly recommend Jacob’s Ladder. The six/seven person crew, led by Jose, painted three interior rooms and some exterior panels at my home, replaced rotten deck boards and painted the entire deck. They were all professional, skilled, worked efficiently and neatly and were very friendly and pleasant. We hired Jacob’s Ladder to fix damage to the corner of our house after a crazy woodpecker went wild. They were able to provide a quote quickly with pictures we sent. Then they had someone at the house the next day to fix the issue. They were quick , considerate, and very professional. The work looks great and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
