I recently had my roof replaced with RoofTek. Everyone I had contact with in the company was personable, professional and available. David is super friendly and was the one who solicited the job and sealed the deal. Humberto and his whole crew did an amazing job tearing off many layers of roofing, re-decking the entire roof and finishing replacement, all in one very long day. Jonathan managed the unexpected (I did not know I needed all new decking until the roof was off and able to be more thoroughly evaluated) promptly and professionally. At the end of the day he came by to do a walk through with me to make sure the job was satisfactory and complete. They even came by for final cleanup of my yard the next day. Of the three quotes I received, their cost was in the middle but their work was outstanding! I highly recommend them!

I worked with David and he worked hard to help me navigate an insurance claim on my roof and then worked with me to make a new roof as affordable as he could.

I recently had Rooftek replace my roof and had a great experience with them. They were able to do the whole project in one day from removal of the old roof to installation of the new roof. They were extremely professional and I highly recommend them.

David came to our home to diagnose a leak in the roof it turned it to be a broken pipe he found the leak and put a bucket to catch the water. It was great very nice person

I just recently had RoofTek replace my house, garage and entryway awning. Their crew was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of redoing my unique roofing problems. I had my roof replaced by their roofers in portland, and I'm reasonably happy with what they delivered. Good price, pretty quick turnaround.

I will say that communication was a problem through much of the process:
* Trying to actually get a copy of the warranty after the fact was a week long process with emails, calls, and texts to many different people, most with promises of getting back to me that never came to anything. I eventually got the paperwork, but it was a frustrating process.
* I was told that communication would "go dark" for a few weeks between signing the contract and setting a date to get the project going, and they weren't kidding, there was no communication or information to get from the main office about the process during that time.
* Getting a dumpster delivered and taken away was problematic, apparently the contractor was way understaffed, which happens, but the communication between the project manager and the dumpster contractor and the actual roofers was lacking and involved the project starting days late, despite the roofers being on site.
* There were intakes that were to be installed, but weren't installed my the roofers initially. I'm unclear if that was because they didn't know, or they did, but the materials weren't provided. Regardless I had to point this out after the roof was installed. It did ultimately get addressed.

I was originally pushed to publish a review with the salesman right next to me.

This was the first roof I've had replaced, so I don't know how this compares to other roofing companies or contractors. The price was better than expected, the warranty seems to have a good value, and as far as I could tell the workmanship seemed good, so balance that with everything else I've said.

These folks were great. Funniest roofer in Portland OR!! They were professional and knowledgeable and the actual construction work was super quick, so very little inconvenience to our day-today lives. Big thumbs up!!!

Rooftek was originally slated to help us with a new roof and gutters. Unlucky for us, we ran into some unexpected issues with rotting wood along the way. It was complex to fix, and when rooftek took a first pass, the quality didn’t meet our expectations. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because they listened to our feedback and made it right. We are happy with the final outcome and will recommend them because if this.

Best roofing company in Portland. I spoke with David. He was very polite and sincere. He is into mountain bikes as much as I am, so we ended up talking about more than just my roof! It was a genuine moment and that's a rare experience these days. I will try to share some photos of the work as soon as I'm able to.
