Brian and his crew did an outstanding job. They worked quickly and did a great job. They cleaned up very well. The whole yard afterward looked great with no damage to my plants. The men were very efficient and hard workers. Leo was easy to work with and helped my grandma understand the whole situation very well.

I looked at a couple different local roofers near me but ultimately went with Rooftek. They did a great job, Boone helped me through the insurance portion and the job was completed efficiently and cleaned up well. If you’re looking for a local roofing contractor, I would pick Rooftek again.

Things looked amazing and the team worked fast! Made sure everything was cleaned up everyday and at the end of the project were very thorough on making sure no debris remained from the job. Would recommend to anyone!

Brian, the project manager, made sure that we had everything taken care of that we needed in getting our roof finished and completed. We appreciated that.

I booked a free quote with this company THIS MORNING, and yes, did confirm it and they've now called me 13 times just today to keep re- confirming. Not to mention over 7 emails.
That's enough for me to not work with a company. Have some respect. People work and have lives and I ALREADY CONFIRMED. But now have canceled. Don't sign up for a quote unless you want to get spammed.

Zero Stars. Fixed my roof a couple of years ago, told me I had a 20 year guarantee, leaked a little a couple of months ago. Called them up a guy came out for 10 mins, then left without saying anything. Leaked later, now I cant even get them on the phone. Not exaggerating I've called 20 times. They NEVER answer. Finally called the salesman's cell phone and he doesn't work there anymore, he calls them for me, then they promise me they are coming out, then no show and still wont answer the phone or reply to my messages. On my receipt it says A+ from the BBB and 2017 Angie's List Super Service Award? Well there goes their credibility, cuz Rooftek is terrible at customer service. Next time I contact them, will be thru my attorney. I will NEVER let this go.

Overall I had a pretty meh experience. The sales person was great but after that there was a lot of miscommunication and project management details I had to straighten out for them. At the end, there was no final walkthrough or quality inspection, just asking for pay. I also felt the roofers could have been cleaner--I've been finding random nails everywhere for months now.

Brian Calderon and team did a great job on our roof. They accommodated a quick install for our insurance. Always responding in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up after install and the roof looks amazing!!

Overall sale went well, installation went great and looks great but clean up was abysmal.

Initially found a couple of missed nails in our driveway but after getting a magnetic sweeper off of Amazon, we ended up finding 50+ nails throughout our yard. We are still finding nails 3 weeks after install.

I contacted our project manager, Brian, after noticing this and he said he would get someone out, but have yet to hear anything about scheduling a crew to come back out. At this point I'm thinking its a lost cause.

Installation would have been a 5-star job, and 4-stars had Brian gotten a team back out for cleanup. But, since they failed to follow through with cleanup as stated on our contract, 2-stars.

If you have children/dogs/like to enjoy your yard, be wary.

Rooftek has been one of the worst companies we've worked with. Boone in sales promised things during the sales process he guaranteed would happen, they did not. We signed the contract and then didn't hear a single thing. We aren't currently living in the home that is being remodeled, we went to the house one day to find out the entire roof has been replaced without any communication to us, we hadn't even paid a deposit. Parts of the roof were installed incorrectly. Boone admitted it was his fault things were done incorrectly then promptly ghosted us and didn't respond to us ever again, despite us reaching out multiple times. It took many attempts to get them to come out and fix the errors. We will never work with this business again and would not recommend to anyone. Extremely disorganized, poor communication, terrible follow through.

Really poor job. Spots on the roof are questionable. They called daily to be payed, and after getting the money they took a couple months to come out. Andrew promised cleanup before final payment and after they finished, we were called daily for last installment. We told them repeatedly that we were finding dozens and dozens of nails everywhere. They sent a couple guys out 3x for cleanup, but they didn't clean. We got a nail in our tire from our driveway a few days after and they didn't respond. They left our window well cover off for who knows what reason, and we have a couple of toddlers. Extremely poor quality, non existent service, and the value was not worth our time. Find another company

Working with Boone and Brian was a great experience and pleasure. They were in constant contact and kept me informed about the process and progress on the roofing and gutters.

I would highly recommend them for your next project. The work is top quality and I am very happy with them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. 2 months ago Rooftek collected over $10,000 for a deposit on a roof replacement and we still don't even have a date.

They originally told us 2-3 weeks from the deposit/contract signing. Then nothing happened, no phone calls or any other contact. So we called them and they told us 2-3 more weeks.

Again, nothing happened. So again, we called them. They told us December 26. Then several days later they left a voicemail saying sorry, they would be closed for the holidays and would get in touch after the holidays to set a date.

It is now January 8 and we can't get a hold of anyone and still have nothing scheduled.

At this point, we just want our money refunded so we can go with a different company because it feels like we are being scammed! We leave messages, no one returns them. They don't answer their phone or transfer us to someone else who doesn't answer their phone.

As you can imagine, this is beyond frustrating and we have been patient and understanding for way too long.

This is their "finished work"...my roof looked better before they replaced it.

The project manager said to me about his crew "these guys don't use thier brains, they just want to finish quick".

But after telling me every day for 3 days they would be done.. they just said another crew will come back in 10 days. They said it would have only take 2 days.

Eman was the crew lead and Brian the project manager. They were terrific and cleaned up after it was all over. The communication couldn’t have been better and the work of replacing the roof was done quickly.

The crew name that worked with me was JOB. They did a fantastic job, they were professional, they knew their business and did a professionally and quickly they cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell that the roof had just been installed that same day would definitely recommend this company to anybody!

RoofTek did an amazing job clearing off the old roof shingles and installing the new shingles in one day! I'm impressed! The rows are straight and RoofTek also added the new ventilation along the top of the roofline to help cool the roof in the summer.

September 2024 had a full roof replaced and new rear gutters installed. Wind had caused part of a tree to break the corner of the gutter and I was told by the sales rep that he’d cut the branches to avoid further damage from future storms. Once the contract was signed, no contact from the sales rep until I asked to review the final bill. Initial price quoted was $17,760 with $1,700 for the rear gutter. Rooftek received over $25k from insurance/my deductible and still charged me for the gutter and I had to cut down the tree branches myself.
Crew showed up, worked and left without any review of the job or anything. I gathered trash from the job from my backyard and had to coordinate in having excess material picked up that was left in my driveway for days.

Our project manager kept us updated through the whole process I would recommend rooftek to anyone looking for a roof replacement

Our estimator Andrew was extremely helpful and coached us through every step. Andrew gave us an excellent price beating some competition by over half the price. He answered every question we had and even covered things we hadn’t even thought about.

Brian and his installation team did a fantastic job! They were very clean and efficient. Our house has a very large roof with several skylights and they were able to have it completely replaced within 3 days! They cleaned up the very night before leaving and made sure to bring everything up to code. I couldn’t be happier with the way this project turned out.

I will recommend Roof Tek 100% to everyone I know.

I thought they were very professional. Great workmanship with a great eye for detail. Lines are straight and I like that nails were used not staples. They left the job clean and even dragged magnets thought the lawn to pick up nails. All said and done I would use Rooftek again and would be happy to reference them to all my neighbors.

1st issue was a $5000 miss understanding on the gutter replacement. We wouldn't have replaced the gutters if it would have been communicated better.
2nd issue was that the weather caused the project to go over several days, but they didn't clean up the nails very well between days. We found several nails in the driveway after they left for the day and even after we cleaned up I still got a nail in my motorcycle tire.
3rd issue is that I have had several calls about making the final payment, but nobody had visited to make sure the work was done right. After complaining about the gutters, they don't care about the customer or the work. I hope I don't need to use the warranty because I don't trust that they will help.

I choose rooftek for the 50yr warranty and the upgraded ridge vents offered with the insurance paid hail damage on my roof. Went smooth so far. Salesman David was responsive and no pressure during the whole process, not just to the initial contract. Project supervisor Eric fixed 2 problems before I could point them out and explained any difference in roof from finish until the heat cures the tar. If it has issues in function later down the road I will update

Never showed for the appointment to do a bid on the investment property I am purchasing. I set the appointment up and told the tenants when the people would be there so they could plan around the appointment. I got a text from the tenants 30 minutes after the set appointment time asking where the roofers were. They were very angry, understandably so, that they had rearranged their day to make sure they were available and no one ever showed up.

My review is specifically for the sales/inspection tech, Andrew M. He was knowledgeable, presented options we needed, and checked in with us without pressuring us too much. And that’s rare!

Andrew Mullen gave THE BEST and most professional presentation out of all the roof and gutter estimates I experienced. He brought samples, a folder with, not only a copy of their license, but paper work that answered all my questions. He knew exactly what he was doing and providing. Needless to say, I chose Rooftek to do my roofing/gutters because of Andrew. I will update on the work done at a later date! I'm so excited!

Rooftek did a fantastic job for us. Their bid was competitive, and we appreciated our salesman, Boone, recommending a different type of vent that would work better for our home. The crew was great- efficient and they did a really good job cleaning up. Shingles and a dumpster were dropped off the day before, and the job was complete in one day. Would absolutely recommend.

Andrew and Brian answered my inquiries regarding gable wrap and would have accommodated me if I had decided to install it. The workers were diligent in getting the roof installed in two days, even without a conveyor system to lift the shingles. The finished product looks beautiful!

Roof tea is absolutely a a joke of a company do NOT USE THEM have nothing but problem with them from the just silicone over nail holes with out removing to nail ..to paying for new sheeting and them not replacing the old sheeting ..still have issues and they won't even answer your calls or call you back ...Worst roofing company ever and they said it was ice dam that cause the leak that was a lie chalking failed and nails through the shingles ..DONT USE THEM .

I had the best interactions with these guys and felt they really did a great job from start to finish. They listened and accommodated the vents I wanted for my kitchen and bathroom. They were great over the phone and in person. I got detailed photos of the entire project and they did amazing work. I recommend giving Rooftek a call for roof replacement projects.

I had a great experience getting my roof replaced through Rooftek. Our salesman, Boone, spent the time needed to get us informed and comfortable. The crews were scheduled and kept the schedule. The follow-up was fast and thorough. I would use Rooftek again and recommend them.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO DIGNITY. They took advantage of my 75 year old mom who lives in St George Utah. $2300 dollars to replace a few shingles on a double wide in a retirement community. It took them 1 hour
Im a contrator in Washington. Clint (the person who came out) Didn't right her a contract of the work they did and demanded full payment including a extra charge if she used her card.

The crew from rooftek were great! There was a whole team of guys that worked hard and finished the whole thing in one day. My yard was left in good order better than when they started. The roof looks so beautiful. I couldn’t be happier!

If i could give a negative 10 i would. had a good experience with the workers. Except the damages done to my property. They cut the cable to my satellite dishes, I paid for it to be fixed. Damaged my siding with a dump trailer, I will have to pay to get that fixed. The dump trailer took out one of my 2x10' 3' high flower planters. I will jave to pay to get that fixed. Never came back to pick up the rest of the dishes like promised. I paid for facia never got it. I also never received my warranty for my roof. I did have one of the workers fix a portion of my roof that wasn't sealed down. He put a bundle of shingles on that part to keep it down. That bundle of shingle is still on my roof.
I had my full roof done with some sheeting. Like I said facia was paid for never installed. My siding guys noticed a leak. My roof was done 2,1/2 months ago. It's when I called the office and spoke with Cindy the office lady I got laughed at. I told her about the leak, less words where. Well we done know if the roof leaks until bad weather. I said that's not a thing. Then she laughed at me. I said if you do your job right then the roof should not leak. Cindy said diago was going to call me. 2 weeks later nothing from diago. Next Chris came to my house . I called Cindy stupid. Chris gave me a lecture about I need to be respectful and have an adult conversation with him. Oh I was so livid at that point. My husband i mader that he had the balls enough to say that to me. In the end I asked Chris if he was going to repair the roof. He flat out told me no. Now in panic from what cindy told me , im worried there might be other leaks. I asked chris to moisture gun my home to check if there where more leaks. He told me they dont have one of those. Basically no. They told me I need to heat my roof with heat cords. That's great and everything but doesn't fix the leak. It's still leaking!!!
Now being in construction for almost 3 decades and having multiple advantages of contractors at my fingertips. Not one of my contractors have ever heard of what I was told with such a new roof. Ice damage. Well hmm. If the tar paper or shingles didn't seal properly now that wouldn't be the case. My roof was glanced at. Not inspected. My shop roof that I shingled a month prior has no leaks, it has the same ice drift. Guess what no leaks!
My house is still leaking . No phone calls have been made back to me in 13 days. Not happy. Poor customer service all the way around.

Update Monday Jan 29th 2024Atten: to whom it may concern.
I am writing this letter to see if we can resolve the following issues. Roof leaks east side of the house, ridge cap, facia.
With the comments of "we done know if a roof leaks until bad weather". I would like my whole roof inspected. I would also like the whole house moisture tested.
I would also like the damage to the front of my home repaired.
The leak on the east side of my home is currently causing water damage. My contractor was in the middle of construction, when he noticed the leak. Accumulated damages are continuing each day.
Proper paper work will need to be filed with the county, prior to having work orders done.
This letter is to resolve these issues. Since I have contacted rooftek for the past 3 weeks. I would be willing to have these repairs done by -2-10-24.
This is.notice of demand as an official notice. To you and my be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to cooperate. If legal action is required to solve these issues, I may involve you paying attorney's fees. As well as damages accruing.

Very poor scheduling, don’t show up when they say they are going to, and always have an excuse to why they didn’t make it. Missed the first appointment and said they would come back the next day, told them I had a conference call and they needed to come after 12pm. They showed up at 10:30am and could not do the work that day. Missed all other scheduled appointments after that all of which where on suny clear days, and now it’s raining and they had to cancel for weather. Would not recommend for small repairs, we seem to be on the back burner and not a priority at all. Wish we had gone with a smaller company as this one seems to be to busy to actually do the work in the time they tell you they will.
*Follow up: rooftek did not finish the project in a manner I felt was appropriate. The work we had agreed on with the sales person was not completed properly and the work that was done was done sloppy and poorly. Rooftek did agreed to reducing the price of the project by 50%. After some emails exchanges and pictures of the poorly done work*

I just had my shop re-roofed by RoofTek and I am very please with the quality of work done by the install crew and the project coordination by Brian. My only frustration would be with the lack of communication from the office where returned calls were rare at best. If it weren't for the quality of work , clean up and professionalism from Brian and team this review would not be as generous.

Updated review from 12/11/23 - This review is being made souly on customer service, I cannot speak for roof construction services.
After I, and my husband, couldnt get a hold of the service man who completed a roofing quote on behalf of my mother, I started working with RoofTek's finance staff over the phone for about 3 weeks regarding my mother's passing and if they could cancel the job that was scheduled. The first time I was able to speak to someone, they stated that there where notes on the account to cancel the job. However I never received a call or notification that the cancelation was received was processed. My mother had made a down payment, and I inquired about getting that refunded and the staff member had me verify my mother's address and told me that two checks would be sent and I would receive them with in a few days. Unfortunately they didn't show up and once I was able to get in touch with the staff member helping me, she apologized and said the checks where sent on 12/07/23 and if they don't arrive by that following Friday to call back. I waited till 12/09/23 to check my mother's mailbox and sadly they didn't arrive so I made a review post on 12/11/23. On that Monday afternoon I received a call back from the staff member helping me and she informed me that the checks where going to be sent to my grandmother. I told her that information would have been nice to have in the beginning. I was told that I was informed about the destination of the checks, but I don't believe that is true when I had to verify my mother's address during the 1st phone call. I was repeatedly told I was wrong. I told the staff member I will excuse myself from this situation if they want to continue this business with my grandmother. The staff member said that is what they will do. The staff member then begins to insult me about my previous review and that I was saying incorrect information and that I needed to remove my review! I was told to remove my review several times before I disconnected the call. Regarding the refund checks, my grandmother has only received a check for a partial amount of the down payment. She is currently working with RoofTek's staff to get the remaining amount.

They came November gave me a quote I told them to give me one moment while I deal with home insurance. I finally contacted them to send me the quote again and payment plan options I called 4 times last week to get quote emailed to me nothing has been sent to me at all. No one is communicating with me. We just need our roof fixed before snow gets worse but we are just going to have to go with option 2

The crew showed up on time, worked hard and had the whole thing done in a day! Cleaned up well and it looks amazing! Thanks to Brian Calderon and all the guys!

Brian Calderon, the project manager, was great to work with on our roof project. He kept us apprised of progress and addressed any issues as they came up. The crew did a phenomenal job on our roof and left the area around our house very clean when they were done. I would highly recommend RoofTek!

RoofTek - A great experience from beginning to end. We started getting bids to replace our roof and found them all to be about the same price. We were referred to Andrew Mullen at RoofTek, who presented his program in a concise and professional manner. After careful consideration, we chose them because they offered what I believe is a greater value at a much better price than their competition. The project manager, Brian Calderon, and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They finished the job in one day. The new roof looks amazing! While cleaning up the job site, they even hauled away some leaves and tree branches in the yard... above and beyond expectations. Brian stopped back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He answered a couple of questions we had, picked up some leftover material, checked a trouble spot, and left us feeling assured that we had made the right choice.

Customer service department are not very nice. You. Need to catch them in a good mood to get your questions answered. They also like to give you the round and around when asked about the paper work for your guaranteed. They also LIE about the pricing with a final bill. Dont trust what they tell you on the pricing of your roof up fron.

Roof Tek sends a kid out to knock on my door despite the conspicuous “No Soliciting” sign. After I immediately made it clear that I had no interest in whatever he was selling, he called his boss at Roof Tek who then instructed him to stand there by my front door and lecture me on the laws in the State of Utah. He could have politely walked away, but instead Roof Tek directed him to try to make some kind of a point which only solidified my resolve to never use this company and to share my bad and unprofessional experience with them.

Update to add: the fact that it took TWO YEARS for the company to respond to the review should tell you all you need to know.

Coming up on 3 years now still no help from this terrible company damaged my drip edge put two different kinds of styles of fascia on with my gutters gutters didn't drain an absolute battle to get them to fix what they've done wrong
Another update working on 2 years for roof deck to come fix the damage they caused to my roof while installing gutters no response except someone gives me another person's number absolutely horrible company beware do not use!

Just a quick update it's been nearly a year and the company has still not fixed the damage they cost to my house they are consistently bombarding me to pay my invoice which is fine but they won't fix the damage they cause very unprofessional company.
maybe they are efficient at roof replacement but do not use for gutters - maybe they sub out this kind of work but I had gutters replaced and when I received my invoice thought I would make sure the water would drain properly before I paid - gutters are designed to do one thing, drain water from the roof away from your foundation - well my gutters catch water but instead of draining through the downspout it now is conveniently captured in the gutter itself. I don't know how you install gutters that don't drain - it's like having a contractor install windows but he just happens to leave the glass out of window frame , worthless - do not recommend. Still waiting for retribution for running my drip edge... Horrible business
