Easy to communicate with Heriberto. His crew showed up on time and got the job done in 2 days. Very straightforward. Polite and respectful workers who cleaned up afterwards.
They are doing work on my next door neighbors house. Less than 12 feet from our bedroom and decided to run their nail guns at 7AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING. The quite hours in tacoma on the weekend are until 9AM! I walked into my backyard and told them and they stopped then woke us up again at 8AM. I should have reported and made a formal noise complaint. So freaking rude.
Rooftech did an awesome job repairing a previously patched area of our roof. Heriberto was responsive, prompt, and did a thorough job. Definitely on our list of preferred contractors.
