The roof on my home was 19 years old and my home owners insurance premium had been increasing dramatically over the last 3 years. In addition, my roof had shingles missing due to high winds from several storms.
I have had several roofing company representatives stop by my home stating the shingles on my roof were discontinued and because there were missing shingles my insurance company would pay for the replacement of my entire roof. As soon as I told them the name of my insurance company the conversation changed to my insurance company is hard to deal with and they most often deny claims or only approve payments to replace the missing shingles. I never heard from those roofing company reps again.
Damien Cromartie with RoofStone stopped by my house the week of March 10th, and wasn't phased when I told him the name of my insurance company. Instead, he walked me through the process he follows when working with insurance companies to ensure the maximum payout. He didn't promise the roof replacement would be completely covered, but he did promise he would do everything he could, and would be there during the roof inspection and assessment to make sure the adjuster found all of the damage caused from windstorms and hail.
Damien inspected my roof initially to find all of the damage. He attended the inspection with the adjuster a week later and pointed out all of the damage and problem areas, and three hours later my insurance company deposited a payment in my bank account that I considered to be very fair for the replacement of my home's roof.
Five days later Damien's crew started replacing my home and workshop roofs and were finished in one and a half days.
The RoofStone crew was very professional, courteous, and mindful of plants around our home. They were very thorough, and found and repaired hidden damage.
When finished they removed every bit of material and debris associated with the roof replacement, and the only sign they had been their was the amazing and beautiful new roof on my home and workshop.

Our experience with RoofStone Roofing was tremendous. We had a new roof within a month of starting the process with insurance and reaching out to them. Damien was wonderful in explaining the process and answering many questions we had. They had great communication throughout the process and day of installation he sent us updated pictures. The team who installed the roof were ready to go by 7 am and all wrapped up by 4 pm. Their clean-up was impeccable with no nails left and even put stuff back on our deck. We happened to get all the hurricane storms after installation and it’s safe to say our new roof is fabulous!

I was outside one Saturday and John and Lexi drove up. I explained I had been looking for someone to come and look at my roof, as I had a leak coming into the house, not one of the 7 companies I called returned my calls. They were sent to me!! John and Lexi were great very friendly and professional. John went up into my attic, walked the roof .. came back with pictures to explain what was wrong. Jessica approached me while working in my garden. I'm not one to talk to anyone selling anything in the neighborhood, but Jessica was different. From setting up my inspection, communicating with my insurance company, painstakingly selecting just the right tile "color combination", prep, installation and clean up Jessica was there.

I was able to reach Jessica by phone or text day or night. Damien personally made a delivery to assure the project could start as promised.
