I had a small job that another company had botched which resulted in water coming into my sunroom. Red Line came and did a complete and excellent repair. The men that came were respectful and friendly. Red Line charged much less than what had been quoted to me by others. Great job!

When a tree limb punctured a hole in my roof I called Redline Construction. They were quick to respond and very helpful.
My insurance company sent an adjuster out to assess the damage. They wanted to patch the roof and be done with it.
Matt (the owner of Redline) sent his estimate and a detailed explanation explaining why it could not just be patched. The whole side needed to be replaced.
I forwarded Matt’s estimate to insurance and they agreed to do it properly.

Our insurance company made repairs insanely difficult. They also pushed out the approval for repairs by weeks, causing the damage to worsen. In addition they actually asked the Redline team to do unethical repairs and cut shingles to match our discontinued shingles type to avoid doing a larger repair.

Towards the end of summer our house was hit by a tornado causing both interior and exterior damage. Our insurance company just wanted to repair certain shingles, which would not have worked. The insurance company also underbid two different aspects of the replacement and Matt worked to get everything covered. To be honest, he knew much more than the inspector and adjuster and I think most companies would have given up after the denial.

Throghout the process, he either answered our calls immediately, or called back within an hour. The did an excellent job with cleanup and treated our property with care.
He was just a good company to work with. I did not know him prior to our roof damage, but am thankful we chose him for the work.

Service was great and professional from start to finish. My roof was damaged beyond repair from a storm and needed to be replaced. Red Line Construction was quick to respond and had a very quick turn around in replacing the roof. They were informative and answered every question I had. Red Line was honest and never tried to upcharge me. Once they gave me the estimate that price never changed.
I was especially impressed with the amount of detail and care they put into installing the roof, cleaning the gutters, caulking the chimney flashing, painting the vent stacks to match the roof, matching the drip edge to the color of the trim, and cleaning up after.
