Dadwin and his team did a beautiful job replacing a standing seam metal roof on my 125 year old farm house. While removing the old roof they discovered additional old roofing, which they removed very carefully for a very reasonable cost. They made nice clean repairs to the original wood roof, and replaced with a 26 gauge steel. I could not be happier with the roof, the quality of their work, the price and the prompt action they took to work on it.

I was out of state while the work was done, Dadwin is very professional, and communicated everything very clearly with photos and phone conversation. Being an old house, it is full of surprises, Dadwin understood this very well, and went above and beyond to make sure we made the right decisions.

I know I will never have to be concerned about the roof ever again.

Ebenezer Roofing LLC was one of the best experiences I’ve had with contractors. Not only did they do the job in a timely manner; the business and their crew was extremely sweet and helpful.

Finding the right contractors and figuring out which steps to take was really hard to do, since I no longer have my dad here with me. Being a young female in her early 20s most places/business take advantage of women without a care in the world; However, Ebenezer Roofing LLC didn’t do that, wasn’t like that and I felt extremely comfortable working with them through the whole process.

Not only did they do a great job repairing things, but their repairs were made with love. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but now I feel like my home is the best looking one in my neighborhood.

I selected this contractor based on the estimator’s quick response. He also sealed the problem area when inspecting.
The work was scheduled very quick too when I got the HOA’s approval. That’s a great relief for me because I was afraid that there could be more damage if the project was scheduled for longer waiting time for materials.
The roof was installed in one day. The manager, Chris, on site knows the job well. He is very responsive and also offered to fix a small inside ceiling water stain without extra cost.
I’ll consider this contractor for future needs.

I called to see about roof repair in the Covington area. The number disconnected twice on the initial ring but I did receive a call back. The young lady was far from inviting and I could tell she did not want to deal with anything. when I told her where I was calling from she said, yeah we don’t service that area as though I clearly should not have even bothered. I did say you should probably remove that from your ad and she responded we probably should.

ebenezer roofing replaced our roof early this year, and wow, dadwin and his team were just great. Other roofers were pushing nonsensical price inflating extras, but not ebenezer. They actually came in slightly below estimate! After the wind event of last March 2018, and subsequent frequent rains throughout the summer, we noticed water damage to the ceiling of our bedroom in August. A review of our roof shingles showed considerable loss and many others damaged. Not ever having made a claim on our household insurance, we were pleasantly surprised how straightforward the process was. We were fortunate to get a full-roof replacement authorized.
This started a longer process of finding the right roofing company to complete the job. After six interviews and bids, we settled on a company we liked: Ebenezer Roofing LLC of Manassas Virginia. What set them apart in a crowded marketplace were several aspects: their professional approach, their patience with customers new to the business, their no-additional-cost upgrades (architectural shingles and a ridge vent), and their positive reviews across several sites. They were also cost competitive, several hundreds of dollars less than the median of the other bids.
On the day of the roof replacement, the Ebenezer team was thorough, polite and competent. They replaced all water-damaged plywood sections, all flashings around the chimney, stack vents and skylights, and installed architectural shingles and a ridge vent. We had several custom roof-related situations which the company was very flexible to accommodate. They cleaned up after the job, including all trash and the metal wanding for nails. They remediated the deficiencies from the shoddy work of a previous contractor that became evident with the installation of a new roof: caulking instead of flashing around skylights, and a bathroom stack vent went only up into the attic, instead of through the roof itself. In each case, Ebenezer went out of their way, at either no cost to us, or the cost of new material. They even delivered, at wholesale cost to us, 2-1/2 square of 3-tab shingles for our storage-barn structure in the back yard, to match the new roof of our house.
At the completion of the job, Ebenezer was again patient with us as we went through the time-consuming steps of the other inside work remediation, gathering of all the invoices and the waiting for the final check from the insurance company to be processed. At the end of everything, having gone through leaking skylights and other water-damage spots in the ceiling, Julia my wife commented that she feels safe again in the house when it rains.

Blake was my first contact and remained involved through the project which was great. Blake treats you like family. A few adjustments had to be made later on and Blake made sure everything was completed. Blake is very honest, upfront and there are no hidden costs added later. English is our second language (our child is helping to write this review), but they were very respectful and they were very helpful in explaining everything including insurance coverage and the contract. And, they were efficient in the process and responding to any question I had. Ebenezer Roofing recently replaced my entire roof. My roof was damaged due to a spring storm in 2018. I contacted Mr. Blake with Ebenezer to inspect the damage.
